About the design of your pages integrated with buddypress, you need to have some adjustment done and it is not enough just to install the plugins and it is done. We do not have specific customizations for buddypress based on every demo, we only make sure the plugin is compatible with our theme from the functionality perspective.

I checked your website and it seems that you do not have anymore a menu or header.
Also, I tested this demo and I didn’t find any issue regarding to this demo.
Please start looking for a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

The theme package does indeed contain the Revolution slider. No need to activate it, simply ignore the activation messages. It is a bundled plugin, you can use it fully without the need of a activation key

I’m not sure I fully understand what you are trying to achieve. Can you please provide me a screenshot? When you install the demo you will have the same design in TagDiv Composer for header if you look carefully.

If you don’t want to use cloud library templates you will have to use the standard templates ( as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/ZDL2wxcI2e )

Or you can remove the demo you have now and install a clasical one.

Cloud library templates and PRO Demos are fully editable using tagDiv Composer. You will have to edit the ROW on each template that you look to make wider. Theme panel options do not take effect on Cloud library templates.
