Hi,

If you mean the “Features” menu item, that is only for the live demo page. There would be no point including that in the install-able demo.
It is meant to provide users with a chance to see some of the theme features, not to be imported with a demo install.
You can create your own menus after importing a demo, presenting content published on your website.

Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to minify the style.css file and we cannot recommend any plugins with this functionality because is not tested with our theme. For minifying this file, we are using CloudFlare for our demo and works fine. If you tested and that implementation is not working, then it would suggest a level of incompatibility.

Premium themes are custom coded, different than default WordPress themes. In some cases this means that some plugins and implementations may not work. This is the case for all premium themes.
