As I can see you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, so this have set an ad or row for ad, in order to remove it, you need to edit the header using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/GYGE7ZL.jpg -> the header should look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/JVJq9X2.jpg or this -> https://i.imgur.com/H1W0u16.jpg and if there is no add set -> https://i.imgur.com/Qr1OCcT.jpg then will be display a line -> https://i.imgur.com/QvAVJMY.png if you do not want to set ads and you only want to remove that line, you can use the right click to delete thee ad box-> https://i.imgur.com/hgWadmG.jpg after that will remain a row win empty column, use the right click on it too -> https://i.imgur.com/DxYMxQm.png the results -> https://i.imgur.com/lULcoNF.jpg

If you open any page using tagDiv Composer you will be able to open the website manager. The website manager will allow you to edit the footer and header. You can achieve this using multiple cloud headers and tagDiv Composer, set global a cloud header with a specific add, on posts you can set on single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library a different header with a different add and so on.
Also if possible to be some plugins that can do this, unfortunately we didn’t tested any one of them, therefore we can not recommend one.

The second problem is related to a plugin conflict, tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of them, please deactivate the WPBakery and the sidebar should work again.
