Hi.
I’ve tried all of the options in Header Manager and Appearance >> Menu. Still when we scroll down on any page, including the front page, a demo sticky menu appears. We can’t seem to find where it’s getting that from.

Hi,
Unfortunately, the empty page template has been removed but you can remove the header per page, using the header manager. An option will be added for the footer. If you require it, you can download it from here – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/page-empty.zip
Place it in the main theme folder, upload it by FTP for example
– http://prntscr.com/mo17zp
Then select it for the pages you want. The footer will be removed and the header can be disabled
– http://prntscr.com/mo17bw
Thank you!
Hi,
You can use the header manager and set a header without ads on homepage, in this way you’ll not need to change the code in theme files after each update.
Thank you!
Hi,
The new header manager allows you to have a separate menu on the sticky menu and the main menu. Please read this guide: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/
Also, you can have separate headers on separate pages so make sure you page uses the same header as the one set globally in your header section of the thee panel.
Thank you!
Hello.
Site – https://paratem.ru/
I have child theme and created header using Header Manager. For user login I use shortcodes “Header Login”.
If click on user avatar, I redirected on author page – that’s fine work on screens resolution 1018px and less, for it I edit file – parts/logged.php. But if screen resolutions more than 1018px redirect will not working. Where I can preedit code so that make it working properly. Preferubly in child theme.
Hi,
Yes you can change the header name, also you can duplicate https://www.screencast.com/t/e82K6tdvKGFt the header and change the logo, after that set the general/global header in theme panel -> https://www.screencast.com/t/VEsottoh5 and this will be applied to all pages/post that do not have set an individual header ( to set individual header on pages you need to edit theme and set from header manager the header, for post you’ll need to set the header on a single post template and apply it on posts ).
Thank you!
(FIXED, I FOUND THE SOLUTION)
Hello,
I have imported and edited a header using cloud library. I configured it using TD composer, but when I scroll down the page the header menu gets sticky but logo disappears (it shows ‘NEWSPAPER’ text and subline, menu shown is different (default is header menu, but in sticky it shows footer menu) and item hover line changes color to default blue.
Sticky show/hide is not controlled from theme panel>header>main menu when I am using header imported from cloud library. But if I get back to my ‘Global Template’ all the issues are gone and logo shows correctly, menu is ok and hover underline is right
What am I missing?
thank you in advance
Okay I’ve made tries with your new headermanager. Changing of logos on different pages works okay.
But I still got two further questions concerning this method.
At first: Is it possible to rename a imported header template, or to define a new one with a unique name?
And Second: I am also using a variable changing header logo in single article view (single.php), depending in which primary category the post is. Could I solve this problem with the header manager too?
Best regards
Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Indeed the fonts are not available in the current thee version. However, you can now use the header manager to create custom headers for your website. Please use this guide to learn how this is done: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/
Thank you!
Hi,
The Header manager is available since Newspaper v9.5 you can use it you need to have activate the tagDiv Cloud Library.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
Most of the theme files were moved into the tagdiv composer plugin as per the requirements of envato: https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000472383-WordPress-Theme-Requirements.
We wrote an article on the subject here: https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
Moving forward with such requirements, a child theme will only work with functions.php, and style.css as there are very few files left in the main theme as envato requires all functionality to be added through plugins.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
On the bright side is you do not have to alter the theme code to make modifications to the header. Please read this guide to create a custom header design using the cloud library: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/
Thank you!
Hello,
Indeed we did foresee this but we have to stick to the new envato rules. We had to comply to the new envato rules. Please read this article: https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
The rules are the rules. Our products are envato exclusive and envato made these rules very clear for all theme developers. Every envato theme will be implementing such functionality.
On the bright side, now you do not need a child theme to make modifications to your header. Please read this guide and use the new header manager: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/
Every template can now be modified using the cloud library plugin so you no longer have to go in manually to edit the code.
Thank you!
Hi,
Now you can set the code directly in ad box using the header manager and set in header an ad box -> https://www.screencast.com/t/4Bej3HcGfH
Thank you!
Hi,
You can use a header from tagDiv Cloud library using the header manage there are a few header that do not have this problem, like Header template 38 Nomad -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UgiuoDeCso4j
If you are unhappy with our theme, you can request a refund here -> https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
Thank you for understanding!
Hi, thanks, that is helpful in terms of the header manager. https://www.westislandblog.com/laval-template2/ i’ve created a new page, and added a logo an a menu in the header area (started with a blank template), but there’s the site title in there as well. how can i eliminate that? also it’s missing the ad spot up there, am i able to get that in there?
Also, it’s not then obvious how i would make all my posts in a specific category use this new template?
I want to create three different templates, for three differnt categories in the long run.

Hi there!
I can’t see the Head Manager button on the tagdiv composer. In fact it only displays the “add element” button, what makes it a bit tricky to edit the logo and header.
Have I done something wrong?
Thank you!
Hi,
This can be done using a the fast news header template from tagDiv Cloud Library -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wOZS6rAfWBV
Also this can be achieve making some changes in theme files, you can check the sugestions from this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/fast-news-demo-header-color-gradient/
But if this is a problem for you, then you’ll need to edit the demo file and set there the header color gradient, you need to go in Newspaper>includes>demos>fast>demo_style.css
on line 15
https://www.screencast.com/t/IbKm1xAoc3h
https://www.screencast.com/t/GYqLtetMzTp
Because the first time is load the style from the theme files and after that will be load the one from theme panel, also please make sure that you clear all cache after you do those changes.
Thank you for the understanding.

Thank you!
Hi,
This can be done with the new header manager -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/jmjfrdv7z
Thank you for your understanding!
How do I edit the header on a blog? I used the demo “Newspaper Travel Demo” and wanted to add a shadow to the bottom of the header.
When I open TD Composer and klik to the Header Manager, I could not edit the header of the demo results.
Hi,
You can use the new header manager to create a custom header and add the margin you need using the tagdiv composer: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/
Thank you!
Hi,
1)If you want to have a custom header for each category, you need to use the Cloud Template Library for that and create a new category template for each of your category. Please check the documentation from here -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/
2)Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this, sorry! If you want to develop the mega menu functionality, you need to check the theme core files where this element is created and edit it. Also, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!
Thank you!
