Hi I’m trying to change the colour of the bar above the header on mobile theme.
For example, my header is dark blue, but the space above it is white (on mobile device)
If you see the image, the header is red and the space above is all red, how can I edit this?

Hello,
I’m currently setting up my header menu with my main menus and I’m using a mega menu for my subcategories.
My subcategories are automatically placed in alphabetical order and I would like to change this default order.
Could you help me with this problem?
THANKS
Hello @stefanegirard !
You can delete the text Pulses PRO from there and let only your logo to appear: https://prnt.sc/7LbqhQhKNbid
Click on that hamburger menu and choose a menu: https://prnt.sc/KM1WiaiJlPSD or you can delete this element.
You can customize the mobile header as you wish in the TgaDiv Composer.
Edit the single post template with the TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport and make sure you have the element called single post content.
Thank you!
Ciao, sito https://tenacemente.com/
Perché solo in questa categoria: https://tenacemente.com/news/essere-animali/ su desktop l’header si vede tutto spostato a sinistra e la scritta tenacemente.com è molto più grande? https://imgur.com/a/P5tOjT3
Grazie
I don’t know why my mobile menu (visible only on mobile devices) is different from the header template for mobile (created using Newspaper Cloud templates). When I view the site in a Desktop browser with a small screen width, the menu is as set in the Newspaper Cloud templates.
The TagDIV mobile plugin is disabled, I also have Max Mega Menu, but there the Mobile Menu is also disabled. I don’t know which part of the system controls the mobile menu visible on a smartphone.
The site I am working on is here: https://portal.pti.org.pl/
Please, help! 😉
Thanks, Bettina.
It means we need to redesign the header footer I guess.
The website has a lot of traffic and how can we handle this smoothly? Do we need a staging site?
How is possible, that the update of your theme is such complex? You didn’t consider this?
Hi stefanegirard, it looks that you are using the Newspaper theme on that website, therefore you can edit the homepage and also edit the cloud header using tagDiv Composer, then select the separator element above the menu and delete it. Also the one below is set on cloud header, for that select one element from menu, then select the header menu an remove the shadow – https://i.imgur.com/SJkfyCZ.png (set it on 0).
I hope this will help you!
Dear Bettina,
please understand that I have checked any templated created with tagdiv composer. There is no such modal button.
The code appears on any page (posts, pages, homepage, category pages, archive pages, …). So, it is universally included in the theme.
In the code surrounding the links, I can find classes like “td-coaching-mm” which indicates that the Coaching header has been used. This, in fact, has never been the case.
So, I assume there is a technical glitch with the theme and I would be really grateful if someone of your team could take a look.
Thank you!
Good day.
May I ask how to display header ads on mobile view?
Desktop View: https://picsdrop.com/ZMbWwAsCuyQTTGb
Phone Viewport not showing the header ad: https://picsdrop.com/LuF4rihde5svnBn
Hi,
I do have a problem updating the Theme. Here is the website: https://evergreenseeds.com/
I have an old version and the theme has not been updated since 2019, when I proceed with the update all get messed up.
-Is there a way we can use the same header and footer in the updated theme? These seem to be the parts harder to replicate.
For example, how to replicate the “Header style” and “Footer Templates” in the latest theme version?
– Also there are some blocks not available in the tag div composer plugin’s latest version. We were using those blocks in our Homepage.
Thanks, Paolo
Hello,
I could not able to access cloud templates (Header template), and facing this issue.
Can you please help me to fix this issue?
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QII0JudY8TXw000GNRbp8Cwc_K-xhV62/view?usp=sharing
I am sorry, but this is still not the solution.
The only modal on the homepage is the newsletter optin. This does not contain the problematic code.
Further, it appears on every single page in the frontend.
Please see this code snippet:
<div id="tdm-popup-modal-menu" class="tdm-popup-modal-wrap tdm-popup-modal-over-screen" style=""><div class="tdm-popup-modal-bg"></div><div class="tdm-popup-modal td-theme-wrap"><div class="tdm-pm-header"><div class="tdm-pmh-close">
It seems to me as if it is implemented in the header/menu section. However, I cannot find it in the cloud templates.
I have checked any field one by one without any result. How can I locate it eventually?
Hi,
This is the issue: Newspaper Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a templates/index.html or index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet. Please help
Yes, I used Updraft Plus to export the site and uploaded the files via FTP to the proper folder. Used the export theme settings and imported that as well as what you had just explained for the cloud template(appeared to be empty). The header logo is back, but the nav menu is not the same and the heading font is different. Inspecting the element on the old site shows the font used as Satisfy, yet on the imported site it shows a standard font.
I checked the header style and it is style 10 for both, not sure what is missing at this point. I alter my .hosts file so I can change back and forth to see the new site from the old. (not that it matters for transferring files)
I have a mobile theme for main page. After last update to Newspaper 12.3 I saw that header contain custom content – text Newspaper Pro. Also default blocks in body looks not as earlier.
Dear Bettina,
please kindly note that I do not use the Coaching PRO header. Editing 404 templates does not solve the issue.
The links are inserted into the page header automatically by the theme.
Please recheck it?
Hello,
After downgrading to 12.5.1, we thought the new update would solve the issues of the 12.6 update, instead it’s created more.
The header is completely wrong and we haven’t been able to get into other pages to see how bad they are.
When we downgraded back to 12.5.1, the problems of 12.6.1 didn’t disappear.
Hello Joachim!
We also have the 404 templates, which can be modified in the TagDiv Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/ (see 404 templates).
If you use the Coaching PRO header, then these are the elements from your header: https://prnt.sc/EnkC-wzg-OBe
Delete the ones you do not want there.
Thank you!
I have deactivated mobile theme and AMP pages for testing, now.
However, the links to the 404 pages are still there. After investigating the source code for the desktop version of the theme, I have found following section:

Here, these problematic links are inserted in the header section. However, the links are not visible (i.e. hidden) on the rendered web pages and I cannot find them in the tagdiv composer templates.
Do you have a clue how to remove them and why/how they are inserted?
The header is broken and codes are exposed , no internal changes done , though it will be rectify after the theme update but even after update of the theme its same.
Hi,
I checked, and there is a sticky header, but you have an ad that hides it -> https://i.imgur.com/367SpbV.png.
Thank you!
Hi, after updating to 12.6.1, the sticky header stopped working in the mobile version. How to reactivate sticky headerin the mobile version? web: https://nasetema.cz
Thank you
When moving a client’s site, I purchased a new license under my business as his old website person had it registered in their name. I copied everything over and for some reason, the header is different and does not look anything like the original site. Are there settings within the theme panel that are not transferred over or are only available to the registered theme owner?
Hello!
I can see your logo here: https://prnt.sc/6P828r34hIpZ and in the footer as well.
You should edit the pages with the TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
Please note that you should add the logo element in the header zone of your mobile version because it is different than the desktop one.
Thank you!
