HEADER.PHP HACK: (same hack we did with Newspaper where snippets worked right)
One hack to header.php was removing call to pingback since we don’t want that
REMOVED:<link rel="pingback" href="<?php bloginfo( 'pingback_url' ); ?>" />
Removed the “facebook sharing fix for videos” section, not needed for our use.

Argh. So far only thought at this point is checking the actual content that makes up the review text itself, but looking at the Techwalls site with same issue, I don’t see any oddball characters in the summary box that might cause such an issue.

okay, now with Yoast WordPress SEO “on” as well as “Limit Longin Attempts” plugin turned on (security to block repeat hack attempts by password guessing with bots); we now see the “rdfa-node” populated.
The preview still does not show the rating.
Publisher markup now on via Yoast setting, but “not verified publisher markup” error – even though it is verified.
Bookmark section related to item 1 appears to be error; as that is different story than “this page.”

If you use the YOAST WordPress SEO plugin or similar, it will place the correct OG tags in the header to put the story summary there. You can also control the story summary by manually placing that in the summary/excerpt box on each post page. This has been the best solution I’ve found across all themes we use.
Hello, First thanks for this great theme. It is awesome. I want to add a 728 90 ad like here : http://postimg.org/image/qjmwnsoll/ – when i choose article top ad, it is not like that. How can i do it?
Hello, I have a problem with the mobile version of the site.
site : cinema-trip.com
Image:

In spite of setting , my site’s mobile header is no image .
i wanna make like this header on mobile view.

On Ipad portrait mode:
My logo (300×100) is running into my banner (729x 90)
Could you please advise? I tried various css and can’t fix:
.header-logo-wrap img {
margin-right: 10px;

Hi again,
I have deleted the “search” from my menu to make more rooom for my menu titles (Categories) and am trying to extend the line of categories towards the right. I have a half inch of space when viewed on the ipad portrait mode.
I can’t seem to get this code right on the ipad:
.td-menu-header ul.sf-menu li a {
font-size: 14px;
padding-left: 7px;
padding-right: 2px;
}
Any help is always appreciated. Thank you so much!
Hi,
Every time I try to put video article i get this error that you see in the attachment.
So I select “DEFAULT” look of post, choose the format “VIDEO” and when I go to save the post, and this appears to me.
After this error, post is visible on the front page. However, is there is a solution to put video post and that does not answer to this error.
Thank you

Hi,
On fashion stack is used the header style 7 and the “homepage post” VC element: http://screencast.com/t/FD205fru0RY
Thanks
Hello,
What header is equal to the fashion style?
Hi,
Use it like this with “!important”:
@-moz-document url-prefix() {
.td-header-menu-wrap li a {
color: #ee490f !important;
}
}
Thanks

Hi,
You can find the head tag in the header.php file just like you already figured this out: http://screencast.com/t/3VQFFMzBfq3
The and of the body tag is located in the footer.php file: http://screencast.com/t/68A6XtoQ5t
To place the code under single post content, below the Article bottom ad you need to edit the loop-single.php file and you code like this: http://screencast.com/t/gvIiBJGhKYg5
Thanks
Is it possible to use Header Style 5 but without the ad banner below it in the header? However, I would still like to use that ad position but maybe separately. Reason I ask is that we want to have a couple of pages on the site where that banner is different banner versus the rest of the site (home page and posts) where a different banner will be used.
Hi,
Please use this css for your top menu: http://screencast.com/t/dBEIorEbdg
.menu-top-container .top-header-menu li a{
color: #000000!important;
padding: 0px 15px 0px 15px;
}
Thanks!

I am trying to add a sponsored content widget, which is basically another ad code, to single posts. My instructions say I’m supposed to add some code in the <head> and at the end of the <body> tag, as well as under content for it to show under my posts.
Am I supposed to be looking at header.php or index.php?
I found the <head> tag only in header.php, and the <body> tag I found in index.php, but I did not see a closing </body> tag, so not sure where to put the code or if I’m looking in the wrong place.
Also, when I already have adsense “Article bottom ad” enabled, what would be the correct location to place the code under single post content, right below the Article bottom ad?
Hi Lucian,
Thanks for the quick reply, but it’s not working.
I added it to the css, purged cache and everything – but it’s still the same (white text color) on Firefox:
This is all the CSS changes I have so far, maybe there’s a conflict:
@-moz-document url-prefix() {
.sf-menu > .td-menu-item > a {
font-family: Roboto;
font-size: 14px;
line-height: 47px;
font-weight: bold;
text-transform: capitalize;
color: #ffffff;
}
}
.td-menu-placeholder {
top: 6px;
}
@media (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1018px) {
.td-menu-placeholder {
top: 32px;
}
}
@-moz-document url-prefix() {
.td-header-menu-wrap li a {
color: red;
}
}
Thanks! That worked, I appreciate your help!!
One last thing — the links at the top header are showing in grey. How can I just change them to black? I tried the following CSS but it doesn’t seem to work:
.top-header-menu li a, .td-header-menu-wrap .menu-post-and-page-settings-container .menu li a {
color: #000000;
padding: 0px 15px 0px 15px;
}
Thoughts? Thanks again for the great support
James
Hi,
Please use this css to change it on Firefox:
@-moz-document url-prefix() {
.td-header-menu-wrap li a {
color: red;
}
}
Thanks
Hi,
Please use this custom css for the desktop and tables view:
.blog-stack .td-header-style-1 {
display: table;
margin-bottom: 49px;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
position: relative;
}
.blog-stack .td-logo-rec-wrap .header-logo-wrap {
margin-top: 20px;
margin-bottom: 20px;
}
And this css for mobile view: http://screencast.com/t/rw6JkWgpxc
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.blog-stack #td-top-menu > div {
display: none !important;
}
#td-top-search {
top: -55px !important;
right: -56px !important;
}
.blog-stack .td-header-style-1 {
margin-bottom: 0px !important;
}
}
Then set style 1 while using the blog stack, should look fine now.
Thanks
Hi,
Not sure to what css coding you refer to, just add the block where you want it then use css to style it.
You can also take a look at how the blocks are used in the footer and do the same for the header.
Thanks
Hey Lucian,
Thank you for responding. I know how to do all the coding (PHP/CSS, etc) by myself so I don’t need to hire anyone, I just need to know what CSS coding to copy as my template to best code the header with block 16. I already placed the block in the correct header file, but the result is the content appears in a singular column instead of as a row.
Have no idea. You should contact your hosting provider and make sure you have the gzip/deflate or comparable running as well as figure out how to add expiration headers. There is some help for that on the GTMetrix site. My only experience the past 20 years has been with Apache based Linux systems, so can’t help with Windows setup at all.
You might look online for some help on how to optimize a Windows server platform for WordPress, as your issues are with WordPress optimization in general and NOT with the theme. Meaning, you need to spend the time to educate yourself on optimizing your system for running WordPress at all before you even worry about the theme setup or design issues.
12 seconds is awful. Best bet is to test one of your post pages with GTMetrix.com and pay close attention to the “server” section on stuff you need to address on server side.
see test
http://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.movzio.com/MPeo0Lff
Page load time: 10.61s
Total page size: 2.59MB
Total number of requests: 151
You need to do the things mentioned in the pagespeed sticky topic here, such as setup browser caching/expiration headers. You need to setup gzip/deflate on your server.
That’s covered in the pagspeed topics in this forum. You will need to contact your service provider to ask them how to setup your site properly. Nothing to do with the theme.
You have numerous elements loading with missing images (!).
Lots and lots of problems. Look at above report and start fixing them.
Hi, again.
To fix the above problem I changed a HEADER STYLE – Blog style – full text logo + menu
But I want my site http://www.stylishangels.com/ to be just like default version http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ . See screen shots –

but the same time i want are to have no problem with the mobile version. I tried all versions of HEADER STYLE, but see this :

Thanks for support.
