Hello Anamaria,
I have followed the video tutorials step by step and it seems that if I use tag div template, the smart list doesn’t work (smart list 1). However, If I use template 5 (any non tagdiv template) the smart list works but there is no header menu (see example 2). In example 2, I didn’t find a way to have the header menu and in example 1, I didn’t find a way to make the smart list work (even if I pay attention to have the same heading).
Example 1: https://www.captainforest.com/the-5rs-framework-to-eliminate-waste-from-your-life/
Example 2: https://www.captainforest.com/7-ways-to-reduce-plastic-from-your-life/
it’s the menu up top under the header. only half of it is clickable.
it works when i am signed in but not when a user visits the site.
i added your name and contact@tagdiv to my siteground account so you can look.
i read the documentation but it doesn’t seem to be an object cache issue.
thank you
Hello!
Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-link-on-theme-header-login-to-something-custom/

Hi Anamaria,
OK. I don’t know where is the issue but I continue showing this errors (I’m using Ngnix for your information).

Is it possible fix manually adding any specific code in comment-template.php?
Best regardas,
Hello!
This is a simple menu created in the Appearance -> Menus, then add the Header Main Menu element. You can see a lot of settings for it: there is a hover color on the items: https://prnt.sc/7X9XBCZMfphH
Or you can import a homepage/header template from Cloud Templates and assign it to your website: https://prnt.sc/VhI0W-Mmz6M2
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to add Contribee as a social icon, what you can do is to use a cloud header and a cloud footer, in this way you add an icon using tagDiv Composer, then set the SVG icon for Contribee and the full link -> https://i.imgur.com/eSSrFYq.png
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure you have the same header template for all templates, if not, then you need to edit the templates and set the content in the content section.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, this demo doesn’t have a mobile sticky header. Please follow the video to see where you can find, build your sticky header on mobile and desktop too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt
No, you can make a sticky row like this: https://prnt.sc/sR1ppwW85x9M
Thank you!
Hello,
Please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the row on the menu and stretch the row https://imgur.com/34LEl6W
Also, please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-header-and-body/
Thank you!
Hello,
Question1: I’m using the “news hub pro” newspaper theme (as seen in the demo https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_news_hub_pro/) and I see that the header is not sticky in the mobile version. How do I fix it? in the Header template manager I do not see any option to fix this. I see only global fonts and colors options.
Question2: How do I make the top row sticky as well? This is the row that includes the logo, title, my account, search button, etc. Do I need to create child theme and my own CSS?
The issue I have is that the smart list only works with template 5 (not with tagdiv template). Do you know how to have smart list + header ?
Hello,
Usually, this happens when you set the page content in the header section
-> https://i.imgur.com/381J9qm.jpg
-> https://i.imgur.com/wVGxYeg.jpg
-> https://i.imgur.com/0O3iGEg.jpg
So, you need to add the text in the content section.
Thank you!
Hello,
So, the problem is with the image, which can’t be found, right?
If yes, then please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the row on the header (sticky header, mobile header and mobile sticky) go to the tab called CSS, and remove the background image -> https://i.imgur.com/wmUVOZ3.jpg you need to check each row.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can achieve this using the page menu and set it for the menu, for example, this header template contains a page menu -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-menu/ https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_music_life_pro/header-template/
Also, you can do changes with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/D6AIXXL.png
Thank you!
Hello,
Yes, you can import what template you want, it doesn’t matter if you have another imported template.
You can duplicate a template, or install a new one and assign on the posts you like or create one from scratch by importing a blank template and build it as you like.
Check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-logo-in-categorypage/ ; Here is explained how to duplicate a header template correctly and do some changes for single post template
Thank you!

Hello.
The Google ads of course alternate their ads as they please, all we need to do is just to enter our adsense code, but how about alternating our own ad codes?
For example, I have 2 images that I would like to place in Header ad position, and with every page load I would like visitors to see different image (ad). How would that be done?
Thank You!
Hi,
I’m creating a news website which will have two languages. In the header there will be a dropdown listing the two languages. There will be categories in the home page, and each category will have multiple posts. When a particular language is selected, I need to change the category to its 2nd language equivalent and change all the posts to that category. How do I achieve that?

Hello!
You need to import/create, assign a cloud template/header for your posts and make it global(make sure that all your pages have the same template/header. In this case, you’ll have the same menu on all your pages.
Documentation here:

Hello,
Please check if this option is enabled “Drop menu items in More”, if yes please disable it from Header Main Menu-> General -> Drop menu items in More => https://www.screencast.com/t/atQU3lVxD and check the results.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use the same template/header for all your posts or pages, then they will be the same and have the same menu.
Thank you!
