I followed your instructions and could delete the SVG image. Now I can upload the image. The issue is the logo is not loading. I couldn’t see any logo.
Deleted the cache. No use! Also, I have a few more issues.
1. On the mobile browser, I could see the title “Gadgets” instead of “ExcelMee” (on the header only). In the footer, it’s correct.
2. When I edit the page that already published using the TagDIV composer, once saved, the content got disappeared.
So I think it’s better to depend on the default theme 🙁

Please check if the elements that are set on homepage are not set in header or footer and when you edit homepage these changes appear on homepage too.
If the problem still persists, please provide me a link where I can inspect this problem and the page that when you edit it is changing the homepage.

Acum referitor la “problema” cu mega menu, din cate vad eu folositi mobile theme plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/jYy5MLO.png aceasta este o tema conceputa de dezvoltatorii tagdiv peantru a obtine o versiune mai rapida pe dispozitivele mobile. Cand utilizezi acest plugin, aspectul de pe mobil nu va mai fi acelas cu cel de pe desktop, iar unele functionalitati nu sunt recunoscute de catre mobile theme, acesta fiind realizat peantru a mentine versiunea mobila cat mai simpla si rapida. Datorita acestor implementari pentru a avea un meniu functional pe dispozitivele mobile puteti creea un nou meniu ca cel principal, dar in loc the mega menu setati un link catre acea categorie (sau setati direct categoria in menu) apoi setati in theme panel > mobile theme > header > mobile menu meniul creat.
O alta varianta este sa folositi versiunea mobila a temei (versiunea responsive), acest lucru se poate efectua dezactivand mobile theme plugin, folosindul mobile theme doar ca template pentru amp -> https://i.imgur.com/uVuacM3.png sau folosint mobile theme dar si varianta responsive pe anumite pagini sau posturi, acest lucru se poate face folosind optionea pusa in editorul Gutenberg -> https://i.imgur.com/dIiLlJ0.png

In order to adjust page width you have to select every row of your page using the tagDiv Composer and then set the stretch mode you want like here : https://www.screencast.com/t/BkWwdHh6
In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it. These are the ways you can increase your page width from theme options. Anything above this will require custom code which is not covered by the support team.

Wow. How to replace the text in an imported cloud template with an image I have created at the correct size would seem to be a simple task. Apparently not. How do I delete the imported Pulses Pro text? It can’t be selected and deleted or overwritten! The image appears as a tiny little image beside the text. Having to wait 24 or 48 hours for a response that is just a direction to look at more unhelpful videos or text is immensely frustrating. Please provide an email to a person that I can communicate with without having a 48 hour turnaround just to make contact.

I was working on updating our existing Newspaper9 theme to Newspaper X by following the instructions at https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/ . I was sure to unzip the file with documentation and upload only the Newspaper.zip file that was 1.2 mb inside of the larger folder. However, every time I attempted to upload it, it said that the style.css file had an invalid Theme header. I manually unzipped that folder to look and saw the following in the style.css file, though everything looks right from what I can see:

Is there anything else necessary to enable to theme to upload properly? I completely deleted the existing Newspaper 9 installation to make sure they weren’t both writing to a /Newspaper folder, but that didn’t help either.

If you are using a cloud header or a PRO Demo, you can edit with tagDiv Composer the homepage and remove the login element using the right click https://i.imgur.com/acOqrXR.png -> https://i.imgur.com/678Y1Wk.png and make sure that the option from theme panel is disable -> https://i.imgur.com/fRIb2xO.png this will remove the code for login, but if you are using a standard/default header style, this will be only hide.

The mega menu is working only on mobile only if you are using the responsive version, the mobile theme plugin will not recognize the mega menu, therefore you’ll need to make a new menu with the elements you want to have in mobile menu and set it in Newspaper> mobile theme > header > https://i.imgur.com/031qn30.png or you can disable the mobile theme from some post/page using this option -> https://i.imgur.com/AQmgQKb.png

So if you have a cloud header, you can use tagDiv Composer to edit it, but the image still need to be load in a good size and make sure that is not very large but not small.

When a header is set in theme panel as global -> https://i.imgur.com/xX2tdIm.png it will be set on entire website, but if you edit a page or cloud template you can assign an individual header that can overwrite the global for that page/template -> https://i.imgur.com/8MDbsmH.png
Please check if you do not have set an individual template on these pages with a different header.

Hi pkvolattu, this is because the gadgets pro is using an overlay header and all the pages, post should have first set an image and over it will be set the header menu.
Another solution is to change the header menu or change it from overlay using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/QAXbOyT.png and set the header template 62 -> https://i.imgur.com/LOtVjms.png.

Can multiple sub menus be displayed in a mobile horizontal menu? Currently, the top-level menu and a sub menu are displayed, but we would like to also display an additional second-level sub menu. For example, if our site uses a World > Continent > Country structure, we currently see World in the top-level menu and Continent as the sub menu, but Country is not displayed as an additional sub menu. This structure is displayed correctly in the Header Main Menu row on larger screens.
We’re using the Tech News Pro theme and we are not using mega menus or the mobile theme.

Is it possible to select a logo for stickt menu that is different from Header and Mobile? It would be great cause there are situations where for sticky menu just some text and not a small logo would fit best.

1) So you are saying that I should first create 4 categories and 4 different pages. Then I should assign each category with each different page. right?

1. If I understand correctly you want to have a page that will display only the post from that category, for this is use the category pages, this will display only the posts that are from that category or a sub category from that category.
2. Yes, you ca no that using a cloud header or a standard post style like 9,10,or 11.
3. Yes, you can do that, on standard demos, the content for “About us” is set in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/i0NM74k.png and for pro demos, you can edit theme using tagDiv Composer.
