Unfortunately this can be achieve only if you have the Newspaper 9.5, if you have this version all you need to do is to build/edit one header from tagDiv Cloud library with tagDiv Composer and set the Trending Now were you want in header or content.

Unfortunately NewsPaper 7 do not have a place to set the code in order to be set in header of footer, sorry!
I think that you’ll need to edit the theme files, I should be somewhere in wp-content/themes/Newspaper/header.php

I check that header template 39 and seams to have some bugs that need to be fix, sorry; will try to fix this for the next update, until then you need to use other header template, sorry!

1. For blank template, just use the Pagebuilder+ Empty page -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
If you have the last version of the Newspaper (v9.5) then the empty page was removed, but you can sue it; If you require it, you can download it from here – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/page-empty.zip

Place it in the main theme folder, upload it by FTP for example

Then select it for the pages you want. The footer will be removed and the header can be disabled
