Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

Hello – I am having trouble installing a single post template. It is stuck on the loading screen. I have tried Chrome and Safari and private windows.
I am able to install header and footer templates fine but cannot install this single post template.

Hi. I still can’t find out where is the problem.
I installed the WordPress.org community’s “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin and I performed a test in Diagnostic mode.
If I disable all the plugins the site is fast. If I enable the only TD Composer plugin it takes about 30 seconds to load the homepage of my site.
I also installed and activated the John Blackbourn’s “Query Monitor” plugin, when I load the homepage the Query monitor panel shows about 40 “Slow queries” coming from the TD Composer plugin.
I would be happy for some advice.
Also for further information, this is a clean install of WordPress and theme, with no custom code.
I have a multisite with many newspaper theme installs.
One one of the sites I am getting the “Invalid reply from server endpoint.” and the tagdiv editor cannot save.
They all have the same plugins, the site in question has less plugins, than the others. Most of the plugins are network plugins.
All sites have the exact same configuration yet this one site gives me the errors.
I’ve tried all the solutions listed elsewhere in the forum.
I bought, installed and activated the theme… it worked fine for 1 year.
After 1 year, now, the key disappeared from the admin, and the site was all disfigured…
However I put the key back in the admin, but the site is still all unconfigured.
Any explanations?
What remains to activate? And how to do?

Having seen a previous thread I have tried deactivating plugins to see if there are any conflicts and also uninstalled and reinstalled tagDiv composer to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I just can’t use this theme, I try to install a demo and deleted my whole site, I can’t even insert my site logo because it is not responsive, I insert the site logo in theme panel and nothing happens. it is really something absurd.
Template is SPORT PRO, i have installed CUSTOM demo (FULL DATA). Side bar in a single post not it works, but if i enter in edit mode show side bar .

I copied everything of my current bog to a staging site, including the posts (360), and then installed the Newspaper X there.
The installation went fine, and I was able to activate Newspaper and went to the welcome section. There, I installed the plugin and installed the Default PRO prebuilt.
When I view the site, the top page is displayed. However, when I clicked on a post in it, it does not go to that post. I deleted all the plug-ins and tried again, but still no luck. Is there any reason for this?

Please install the theme on a staging website, and use only tagDiv plugins and see the problem persists.
Also, what demo did you install a Pro or a Standard?

Unfortunately, we have not tested Litespeed Cache Plugin, it can interfere with the theme when doesn’t recognize mobile theme plugins and mobile pages, for example, but you can try it.
We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

I’m sorry for all those problems that you are facing with our theme and with vimeo playlist. This was already reported to our developers and I hope they will fix the problem soon. Unfortunately I do not have a quick fix for this at this moment, sorry!
For youtube playlist, this is working for me without any problems, I just set a api key in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/lPBqdI2.png and set some youtube id’s -> https://i.imgur.com/c77gALq.png If you want I can take a loot at your install to see what can be the problem for you, for this please make a full backup and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and include, provide all those details and wp-admin access. We’ll inspect the problem as quick as possible.

Hello, I have followed this advice (author archives enabled in Yoast, assigned author template in theme panel). But when I click on the author, it still redirects to the home page.
My site has been this way ever since I installed Newspaper. Hopefully there is a fix or something I am missing?
