I have installed the Newspaper Theme and then there was a site to install/activate the Plugins.
But all Plugins have an “ajax error” and then the wohle site was down (Error 500). Do you have any idea about this problem? i have screenshots, but could not upload them at this post.

1. When i try to load my cloud library it says ” Invalid reply from server endpoint ” What could be the cause.

2. what Contact form plugin works with this theme because I installed Gravity and my wordpress went blank, I deleted and installed WPForms, the same thing, it would simply not allow me install any form.

a few days ago I opened a ticket about this problem i had, newspaper was somehow resetting wordpress menu and remove and change order of the menu items.
I thought i fix it by deleting the Menu and start from scratch a new one.
But now after 3-4 days the same problem again.

At first i though it was the mega menu plugin I installed, so i de-activated it and deleted completely. No FIX
Second i though it must be the WP-Rocket plugin i was using in many of my websites so i did the same. NO FIX
I almost de-activated all third party plugins to find a solution in this but i did not succeed to identify the solution.

My domain is sportlive.gr an almost production domain as you can see so i really need to find a solution in that i cannot let over without main menu on my website.

Hi there, I’ve installed Newspaper with Romanian News template. Iv’e activated tagDiv Mobile Theme and I would like to know if there is any way to select the post categories to be showed in the home page, instead of displaying all the categories.

Hi. I currently using update version of WordPress and I successfully install the Newspaper Theme.

But when I try to activate the plugin, which is TagDiv Cloud Library and TagDiv Standard Pack plugin, the whole WordPress crash.

I searching from previous Topic on this and confirm that I have fulfilled all the requirements, but still the issue not solved yet. Maybe can I give you my hosting details you assist me to rectify this issue?

Is there a way to add header and footer html code inside the TagDiv Newspaper theme to all pages?
Currently I am using “Insert Header and Footer” plugin but if I can install the html code without the plugin, that’ll be better

I created a website magazine based on the Newspaper theme. Currently, I use the WordPress Classic Editor to create temporary articles for the website. The WordPress Classic Editor is accessed thru my WordPress website dashboard “Posts – Add New” link.

I want to try using NewsPaper’s TagDiv Composer to create temporary articles for my website. My WordPress website dashboard shows that the TagDiv Composer plugin is installed. However, there is no TagDiv Composer button displayed anywhere on the home page of my WordPress website dashboard. How do I access TagDiv Composer from my WordPress website dashboard if there is no TagDiv Composer button to press/click?

Liking very much what I see in the videos, bought the newspaper pack and installed into wordpress.com
However, I only get to see parts and slightly different than what appears in the videos.

I do not get the tagdiv ‘blue logo’ in my pages/posts to be able to open it… It just gives the page or post without the clickable blue tagdiv button:

Furthermore, I uploaded the crypto-theme specifically…

1. I noticed a difference between the pro-themes and one like the crypto one. Is pro more comfortable to work with? Because it seems difficult to make changes, though it looks simple on the presentation videos. Are there in detail videos how to work with this. Like really step by step guides?

2. Is it more wise to build from scratch? Or do you have advice how to go a about as a novice? (Well, I worked on Weebly. So I know a tiny bit of HTML… And I know basics of design in such an environment. But very new to WordPress…

To give you an example: I installed the crypto plugin. But then to get the color of the background in that block identical to the moving banner, I would need the exact same color reference number. That’s like looking into a haystack: Either find it in the Theme Panel, of which I am still discovering all the different usages and possibilities. Either find it in the code. Look at the following page, which is almost Chinese:

Even placing the banner was almost a gamble, the: [ccpw id=”348″] Because there is little text there. Probably referring to the theme editor & how you built the theme and how it works.

Then it says “Deactivate Standard Pack for blazing fast-websites”, so when do you use it? When do you de-activate it? Kind of confusing as a newbie: to see that all in one page, use don’t use 😉

I have installed a new Footer for the website. And it works. However, when accessed by mobile devices, the homepage has Footer, but the remaining pages, post are still displayed as a demo. So what can I do?

I have a two problem.
1) I configured my website primarily in Turkish. Then I installed the Polylang extension and added Spanish language support. I’m just having problem in two places. Category comes in Turkish at the breadcrumb and in the category article with black background on the pictures. Category and post translations work fine everywhere except these two fields.
2) I need to select the “featured” category for the post to appear in the home page banner area. I added the Spanish translation of the same category for Spanish language support. But when I select this category, it does not come to the relevant post banner area in Spanish. In Spanish language support, I changed the category name to “featured” but didn’t work.

I would like your help with these two issues

When importing the Default PRO demo, a message came up saying ‘tagDiv importer detected an error. The importer will try to recover and continue to install the demo after you click ok on this dialog’.Steps to troubleshoot:-check the permissions on your upload folder;-please make sure that WP_DEBUG is set to false in wp-config.php;-Contact our support via email contact@tagdiv.com’.
The import failed and the homepage remained blank. Could you help me find out why.I’ve been through the following steps: 1. WP_DEBUG is set to false in wp-config.php(checked);2.upload folder permissions? My WP files were uploaded into a Linus server under the default /www/wwwroot/www.singleproud.com/ folder, with the 755 previlege for most folders/subfolders.

Before posting this, I have referred to many articles on the forum.

A summary of what I did:

• Updated to latest version of the theme. Before update my mobile score was 22.

  This was checked multiple times over a span of 15-20 days.
• After update my mobile speed has reduced to 19.

• Still optimistic, I installed and activated the mobile theme. My mobile speed has increased to 34.

If the mobile version is meant to load faster and make the site light, why is the speed below average? I am not expecting a 90 or 100, but somewhere between 60-80, is that possible?

I can see majority of the lag is caused by render blocking resources many of which are javascripts and css. Is there a way to optimise this?

P.s – I have tried w3 super cache, autooptimize and several similar tools but no luck.

Please can you suggest a solution for this asap? This has already hugely affected my site rankings.
