I am using Newspaper 10.2. For my contact page, I used the template “Nature Love”. In the preview you guys showed, there was a contact form. But when I applied the particular template, that contact form section was missing. I have installed WP Forms as well and have created one simple contact form with it.
The problem is that I am unable to insert the contact form shortcode through the TagDiv composer backend. Please help.

You can create or change the category name from posts/categories -> https://i.imgur.com/vnbqs1k.png also please notice that we do not recommend to edit the categories that comes from demos, these will be remove when you change/uninstall the demo .

From what I can see you have on desktop the mobile version, this problem usually appear because of the cache plugin or Cloudflare, if you are using these tools, please make sure that you are set the Cloudflare as in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ also we recommend using WP Super Cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hi guys,
A few days ago, one of our pages suddenly started showing this error:
“There has been a critical error on your website.
Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”
When I go to my WP dashboard and click on Pages, I can’t see any of the pages we have created and I see this message:
“There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
… except I haven’t received any admin emails to help resolve this.
I also tried creating a new header from a cloud template, and within minutes ran into the same problem. The rest of the site still seems to be functioning normally, but we don’t really want to meddle with it too much as we don’t want anything else to break – which is problematic as we’re in the middle of a complete site redesign…
Looking through this forum, other users have suggested that the problem lies with TD Composer. We have reinstalled the theme and re-updated all the plugins but this hasn’t fixed it. We’ve also tried the usual deactivation of plugins but the problem still exists. I’ve asked our IT consultant to have a look and he can’t fix it. Do you have any suggestions on where we need to look next?

The easiest way would be to install the Newspaper Theme on the new domain and re-activate it. You will have to reset the key first. The key can be re-freshed by going into Theme Panel – System Status: https://www.screencast.com/t/GpYCnp8kvyqq

I have prepared WP with Newspaper on my testing URL and now I need to move web to real URL. But I can’t figure out how to do it with Newspaper theme: I moved WordPress installation as usual, but everything configured in Newspaper Theme panel went wrong (logos, backgrounds etc. files) – because apparently Newspaper saves everything in absolute addresses (oldurl.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/logo.jpg etc.) Even if I use Theme panel Export/Import option, situation is the same.
I guess Newspaper saves all options in wp_options table td_011 record. I tried changed old URLs to new one but then whole Newspaper configuration disappeared… I seems to me there is special syntax of config field which counts characters and since I change URL, checksums do not match and config is don’t working at all….
Please, what is correct method, how to change URL in Newspaper theme? E.g. when I’m moving web to real URL or on another hosting?

Most likely you will have to contact your host or cloudflare if you use one. If you don’t use a cache plugin. Please make sure that you use a caching plugin. We recommend using WP Super Cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

Thanks Vlad for the answer BUT do you guys have any video to see all the process?? as I told you before I am having some issues and always have to install a backup to make the site work… probably because any dependency’s i can figure out where are they etc… probably a video showing the process will help a lot of people

Using a blog page you will show the latest articles, also you can choose the article layout from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/MdaYgk1.png

The custom cloud library header and navbar are not displaying properly on my website https://lucascharnyai.com/.
I’m having the following issues:
1 – The mobile navbar menu button is not working. When using the default template or the custom cloud header, the website content just zoom out a little and become not clickable or sometimes it makes all the page elements disappear except for the footer. 2 – The sticky navbar is not appearing with the default header and the custom header. I have set the navbar to be sticky in the theme panel and in the tagdiv composer for the custom header. But it doesn’t work on desktop and mobile. The sticky navbar appears normally only when editing the header on the tagdiv composer.
3 – There is a display issue with the custom cloud library headers (I’m using the edited template 11 for the homepage and template 2 for the rest): the menu itens, the submenus and the background header image I have set are hidden. 4 – There is a display issue with the sharing buttons on blog posts: they have no opacity. That’s it. I have tried deactivating all plugins (only left the tagdiv composer, cloud library and standard pack activated), cleared the cache, but nothing worked. I don’t know if it’s relevant, but I have installed the Newspaper theme for the first time using the current version. I previously was using the old ionMag free theme.

I am just wondering what happens if installation doesn’t properly work, and doesn’t do what it is supposed to? Where can I contact support team and get answers. Or is there an email to file a complaint about this? You can hardly sell a product that does not work as promised.

I just installed a demo, but the thumbnails for all the articles/posts are not visible. Is there a WP setting that I need to adjust?
I don’t even have the option to use Cloud Library. Not on plugins page. Frustrating. Uninstall theme, delete in wp and in cPanel, clear cache. Re-upload.Still Nothing.

We have installed the plugin “Thrive Comments” on our website, but it doesn’t seem to be working, and, in the “comments” section the default WP system is used.
The support team from Thrive Themes told us that the problem is caused by the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin. Once deactivated the Thrive Comments plugin starts working properly. They recommended us contacting you as they can’t help.

Hi, I have a problem with my Newspapaer.
When I write and wanted to make a preview of the article I get a code error until below which video which will not be deciphered, I already desistale all the plug ins and it still appears.
It only happens to me when I preview the article and wordpress marks me as a correct and trouble-free installation.

My newssite notienred.info is working really slow since I installed the new theme actualization, and started using a new demo version called romania news pro. I contact the wordpress support, but they insist the problem of the site speed is in the theme. And dont wanna buy another theme, I love working with de tagdiv products, but i am getting to the end of the rope.
