Search for the td_011 referrence

PROBLEM
The problem is that when I tick tds_logo_upload (like this https://prnt.sc/qgu3fs) and save it (like this https://prnt.sc/qgu3ni) I do not see it do not display in admin_text_td_011 (this is what appears https://prnt.sc/qgu38a
so no place for tds_logo_upload) .
Please Help me so that it can appears so that i Can translate it. I use different domain name per language.

Hi,
That should work fine. First, after checking the logo field in the string translations screen https://prnt.sc/qiw1tj press apply and there should be a saved message displayed, like this – https://prnt.sc/qiw0uh
The string should then be displayed in the admin texts domain https://prnt.sc/qiw2i4
Also, please make sure that an image is set as logo in the theme panel before adding the string in WPML – https://prnt.sc/qiw2yu I don’t think it will work if the field is empty, as there will be nothing to translate.

I’ve done with that. The problem now is that the mobile page display on homepage like this :https://prnt.sc/qixrhp . It should be like this : https://prnt.sc/qixqzr
I went on string translation in WPML and tick tds_home_page https://prnt.sc/qixqsd to translate the homepage. When I saved and went to string translation https://prnt.sc/qiy3qa , I did not see any homepage string to translate.
Please i need help to solve the issue!

Hi,
I think that the mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Hello, the problem is not the mobile theme displaying on mobile.
This is the problem :
On desktop, when you go to our website http://www.thenewcameroon.cm https://thenewcameroon.cm/, normaly this is what you should see : https://prnt.sc/qixqzr
Instead, I got this: https://prnt.sc/qixrhp on desktop. It is not normal. It should be just displaying on mobile theme. But it appears on both desktop and mobile version.
This is what should appear on desktop: https://prnt.sc/qixqzr.
And it was created with cloud template

From what I can see you have on desktop the mobile version, this problem usually appear because of the cache plugin or Cloudflare, if you are using these tools, please make sure that you are set the Cloudflare as in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ also we recommend using WP Super Cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

The problem is solved now. I’ve reinstalled the cache normally. And think it is Ok. Please, could you tell me how I can do that the home page elements display on string translation in WPML? Here https://prnt.sc/qixqsd is what display in string translation. You see in those boxes, there is nothing to translate. With that, I could change quickly when that problem display again. Page elements (meaning the content) don’t have to actually be translated. You can translate the page as a whole – https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/create-multilingual-wordpress-websites-using-the-newspaper-theme-and-wpml/
You can translate pages for all the languages you use, build them with the composer or in the way you want. Then when the language is changed the page will be switched. If you need help or you have more questions let us know.
