I’m trying to add an element: “Text with title” but every time I click on the “Edit Content” button the WP Editor window would pop up and would not load its elements.

Hello, I have uploaded ftp, uploaded via word press. Deactivated visual composer still get this message.The plugin does not have a valid header.Any more suggestions? I paid for support. Is there some other email/ not a forum so I can get this fixed?

I installed newspaper theme but problem is now it is showing news in the browser tab inspite of my website name. How to change it please help as soon as possible
I downloaded the latest FULL version of the theme not just the WP files – if you unzip that and go into the ‘code’ folder you will see the child theme. Zip/Compress just the child theme and uploaded it.
After both the 8.5.1 and the 7.7c are installed – then remove and reinstall the Multi-purpose plugin….

I have a recently established WordPress website which is doing well. I just purchased the Newspaper Theme. However, I am no longer able to create posts, and nor can I access the Ads tab (when I click on the arrow, it just spins around and around and never completes). When I try to type in the text field, no text appears. I believe I saw something which might be causing the problem on the Sidebars tab. There now appears to be some code there which I don’t recall was there before, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to get rid it.
As I said, the site is doing well, and I am not interested in reinstalling WordPress as I understand this will delete all of my data. Hopefully this can be otherwise resolved without such an extreme and destructive measure.

We use newsmag theme on http://www.atasunoptik.com.tr/blog/ . But I don’t have access to the servers and can’t load the theme with ftp. In the future I have to install the new versions of theme from admin panel of theme… Is this possible?

It had worked perfectly until I deleted all code. Saved. Then it stopped to Save anything.
I have already reinstalled tagdiv builder. Also, I turned off all other plugins. Unfortunately, nothing helps.

Same issue here – disabled and deleted Multi-purpose plugin and reinstalled it – Theme panel is still not working – cannot change the logo and if I add a link to change the uploaded logo or change the blog name (using default demo) it shows but there is no save changes or update button to keep this…. cannot remove or change the logo or colors using any of your buttons…. I AM using your child theme….. that came with 8.5 tho it says it is 7.7….. Deleted & re-installed now at 8.5.1 child theme 7.7c…. same problems nothing works…..

There were some issues with version 8.5 but they were fixed in 8.5.1. After updating the theme, deactivate the multi-purpose plugin and remove it, then re-install it from the latest theme package.
Let us know if there still is a problem after trying this.

There will be no problem activating the theme on a test domain, according to the Envato license specifications. You can install it and activate it normally.
When the website is ready you can make it live or switch to the main domain. There is a activation key reset in the theme system status section that can be used.

If the theme was installed as expected via FTP way should work as properly. It was made some changes in the theme because it was an update but these changes do not affect this regard. Try making a new clean install from scratch to another subdomain, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare resave your panel and check the results and also, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme.

Please do not use both page builders at the same time. Do not keep both builders active at the same time. Only install td composer or wpbakery. not both.

Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case and then, ensure that your Sidebars are not empty from Widgets section. If the problem is still there, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page.

I just installed the theme and I don’t see anywhere in the theme panel a place to manage the font size for mobile or tablet view. I do see the THEME FONTS section where you can specify the font size for all kind of text elements, but if I put 21px for Post Content for exemple, it remains 21px on a mobile. Is it me or this feature is missing? Is there a place where we can manage that without creating custom CSS rules for breakpoints?

Then you need to properly install theme. You upgrade theme by deleting old folder and uploading new one, not merging them. See the docs on how to upgrade.

1.) test.domain.com – only for configuration tests (htaccess / htpass authorization).
2.) domain.com – production version.
Can I install and use the Newsmag or NewsPaper template on both sites on one of the license keys purchased as “Regular License”?
