Hi,

From what I can see the website at the moment has functionality issues. There are js errors in inspector console. These seem to affect the header search, all block pagination maybe others as well
https://www.screencast.com/t/QqquTuHruN

Most issues like this are caused by plugins or code entered in the theme panel, theme files or child theme. Check all of these one at a time.
Deactivate all your plugins except theme plugins as a quick test, temporarily remove codes you entered in the theme panel (ad codes, custom codes, scripts etc). Clear the cache and purge CDN if used. If you use a child theme deactivate it. After each step check if the issue is solved.

1. From what I can see there is a logo set, but the URL to it leads to a 404 page, maybe it does not exist anymore? You could check if that is the case
https://www.screencast.com/t/4d2QjZEfl
https://exoportail.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/B52C23D441642022E54593A5ED5AAA6F8D7FDF98091A86F380pimgpsh_fullsize_distr.png

2. So you set a background in the theme panel and only you as logged in see this background. I see a background color at the moment
http://prntscr.com/kaqn9b

3. Users could be receiving a cached version of the website. That would explain the fact that they see a different version of the website. Also check with a different browser while logged in.

Do you use any website optimization or minification plugins? Or image optimization plugins or services?
This kind of plugins or services could be the cause for all the previous mentioned issues. Temporarily deactivate them all if you do. Check if this solves the problems.

Thanks

Hello,

I use header style 6, always sticky with header logo. The header thrinks when moving the page down.
I like the dimensions of the trinking (small) header. I want the header to always have that thrinking dimension. This means the header will always be small, also when the page is on top.

How can I made the header so it is always small (like as it when thrinking)?

Thank you!

Good morning to you,

I am coming to you because I am currently experiencing three technical problems: ( sorry for my English I use DeepL)

My Website : https://exoportail.com/

1) My logo on the AMP pages is not displayed even though I saved it in the mobile logos. Moreover and it is strange when I move the mouse pointer to the place where should be the Amp Logo I can see that the URL of my site is displayed at the bottom left as shown in this image :

Bug AMP

2) I tried to put a background Theme and the same thing in mobile version but it only appears on my browser where I am connected with my wordpress admin account. Indeed when I use another browser or a visitor goes to my site, the background theme is not displayed.

3) My last problem is that all my images are suddenly automatically left aligned and this even old images. I specify that this only affects my browser where I am logged in with my wordpress admin account and that just like concern number 2, visitors are not affected.

Thank you very much in advance for the help you can give me and congratulations again for the theme newspaper 8 which I like very much 🙂

Hi,

It is small because of the line-height imported by the demo, installing a demo will import theme panel settings. The gadgets demo initially uses header style 5 and a line-height for the main menu of 48px
https://www.screencast.com/t/4PFowsFu
That looks good in that particular case, if you change the header style it may not.

That means the header will have a total height of 48px in this case. Set the line-height to default or a higher value for the main menu and the logo will be display fully.

Let me know if you have more questions or you need help with something else.

Thanks

Before pictures are loaded there is a grey background…
I remember there was a custom CSS or a picture-file that could be changed to e.g. my magazines logo instead of the grey background. Or am I wrong?

Hi Simion,

Here is a link to the site, as you can see the logo is very small in the header.

Hello,
The product pages are created by woocommerce as well as the woocommerce category pages. However they should not be stretched to full width. Here is how they should look like:
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech/product/woo-logo-3/
and the product category: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech/product-category/posters/
On your end, there could be css interfering with the design.

Please try to disable all plugins except the tagdiv composer and woocommerce and clear all cache. Then test the pages again.

Thanks.

Hi,

I could take a look, please provide a link to your website so I can inspect it. The height of the header is affected by the line-height setting
https://www.screencast.com/t/itBOTSz5B

Most header styles have a recommended size for the logo for best overall results. The exception are headers 9, 10 and 11, these have no limit for the logo image.

Hi,

To the right of the header logo would be the ad, if you use one. Meaning content entered in this field in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/CDqRO34wVCX
So maybe you removed the code you had there, or maybe disabled the ad
https://www.screencast.com/t/Zcx9qNcIF56Y

Thanks

My logo is also cropped on the top, but under the top menu bar. I am using header style 10.

I have this header

Stoophang header

There’s a block to the right of the banner logo that used to work. It used to be a text block for TEXT LOGO but now the block doesn’t exist. How can I restore that?

I recall seeing an editor that gave me a graphical view of the block layout for a td template but I can’t find it now. I believe that’s how I disabled that block.

Let me format that better. Thanks

Hi,

Sorry yes I am using header style 7.

None of that helped, I need to able to make the menu bar taller than it is, my logo is small and squished.

Hi,

What exactly is this menu 7? Maybe you are referring to the header style 7
https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
You could use this for guidance
https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/

Be sure to use the full size when setting the logo
https://www.screencast.com/t/wnyzC6u0u

If I misunderstand please correct me and also provide some more details.

No, I don’t use Cloudflare, I use Openlitespeed with LS Cache, but my site is working well, I only need to know where or how can I disable that frame, that loads every time i open the website, or click on the logo, or refresh the page. As I said it comes from the right side of the desktop cover all the screen then turn back.

Hi,

@lovelifelaurie@gmail.com Those would be the header and footer logos. For the header logo check in the header section
https://www.screencast.com/t/F36Phnmg
For the footer logo check in the footer section
https://www.screencast.com/t/6ZMNB7Re

Those would be the settings you are looking for.

I see you decided to place it in the top menu, with the multi-purpose style.

So on mobile you want to replace the logo with the tagline. You could try something like this maybe
https://www.screencast.com/t/lPiiLl6ty

@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-top-menu-full {
display: block!important;
text-align:center;
}
.td-social-icon-wrap,
.td-mobile-logo img{
display:none;
}
div.td-header-sp-info {
margin-left:0;
position:absolute;
left:0;
top:10px;
}}

Hi,

So maybe something like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/gmTvS07AS8U

This is the code used, enter it here – https://www.screencast.com/t/c0cg03ne

.td-mobile-logo img {
right: 44px;
left:auto;
}

Thanks

Is there any way to show logo as aligned to right in mobile version?

My logo in the menu looks good on the desktop and also looks good on mobile but somewhere in between there it gets out of whack. You can see what I’m talking about here. Should I resize the logo? Is there anything I can do?

I made a video of the issue here: http://youtu.be/y4WOaxE6QKo?hd=1

Hello,
I would like to use AMP plugin on my page, but while testing it I have found following problems which I am not able to fix:
1) There is no Menu (site navigation) button in the header in AMP version of article. How can I add Menu (site navigation) to the header in amp?
2) The logo in AMP is very bad quality. How to fix this, that the right size of logo is used in AMP?
