Did you resolved the problem with the theme update to Newspaper v12?
For the mobile logo just check if you are using the mobile theme plugin, if you do then set the logo here -> https://i.imgur.com/ivsu6WY.png if is the responsive version and you have a cloud header use the tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/nm6pBVJ.png and in case that you are using the mobile page template edit it with tagDiv Composer and translate the header -> https://i.imgur.com/vVWlGOD.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/8ybGHah.png

Sorry Anamaria. I have taken advantage of this problem to remove the AMP version of my website. The AMP versions no longer contribute much and it is more important to focus on the Core Web Vitals.
The only problem I would have now is the header. Instead of my logo, the name of the blog would appear. I also get this message. “We have detected new content type(s) tdc-review, tdc-review-email, you might want to check the settings of the title and meta page and the sitemap”. Could you help me to solve the problem so that the logo appears in the header? Thanks

Have a look at the link above and the main website link. The logo doesn’t come out the way that I have designed it in the desktop version.
Some additional information that may, or may not be helpful:
1 – I’ve turned off the AMP plugin. I have having serious problems getting the configuration right and I finally dropped it for the time being until I can understand how to get the plugin working correctly.
2 – I have logo images loaded both in the Newspaper Theme Panel page for the mobile header, and on the theme itself. I delete one the other disappears also.
Please help if you can.
Hi, I just updated Newspaper to version 12, and two of the four required plugins have failed to install and are no longer updated. Only the tagdivd composer and tagdiv clud library plugins are updated. This has caused my website to lose the header logo, and in the AMP version the photographs do not appear and everything appears out of square. I have tried to go back to version 11.5.1 and those two plugins are still not updated. I am very worried and I don’t know what to do. Thanks.

Maybe you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
If you use mobile theme plugin then you need to set the logo in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Header -> https://i.imgur.com/Vv4BpE1.png

I want to change the size of the menu on our website forevermogul.com to the same as what you have here https://forum.tagdiv.com/forum/newspaper.
I think the menu height is too large. Is that because I have to change the font size of the menu items? I also think the space between the logo and menu headers and the bottom of the menu is too much. I would like to change this so the website content can come up the page a little.
Also, how can I add social media icons before the search button?

Update:
My initial suspicion was correct, since both themes using the same plugins with different settings that created the conflict and crashed the WP engine.
I have renamed the td-composer and other td-plugings and the NewsPaper12 asked to install those new plugins and License and all is working now. We still need to change the logos and some colours but all is good.

Now im unable (again) to make any changes/save settings from the Theme panel. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 is the error I get.
Any fix for this or should it be fixed from the hosting side?

Logo suddenly gone
Hi,
Lost the logo on our site and it was replaced with text logo + tagline. The problem is that now I’m unable to add the logo back. It’s still visible at the theme panel as it was before. I’ve tried to remove the logo from Logo upload and upload it again but theres no success.
When clicking Save settings the loading thingy goes on an infinite loop and nothing happens.
Can you please help get our logo back?

Now the theme subscription was made only to provide the user access to view the locked posts from the website, not to post new posts (I believe that this option will be add in the coming theme update).

I believe that you manage to resolved the footer logo problem. I just checked, and it seems you use the mobile theme plugin, which is why are not displayed all the posts.
Also, the problem with the menu and logo is caused y the LiteSpeed cache plugin which minify the css and js. Please disable the options and purge the cache a few times.

Please clarify if I should edit the logo and title/tagline size in the regular desktop site.
Your annotated imgur instructions suggest that these edits should be made to the default header rather than anything done specifically in the mobile header.
Maybe if you provide a click sequence it would be clearer.

Hi recently I have purchased prebuilt website news week, but user can only have subscription plans currently but user doesn’t have access to post the news. Default Pro Header on Mobile theme, the logo keeps going to the left on homepage, category pages and some articles but not all. Only happen on mobile devices, and not happening on desktop emulating mobile.

There are mulitple errors on the site.
1. I have readded footer images: Theme panel -> Footer -> Footer info content.
Footer Logo
Footer Retina Logo
Multiple times but upon refreshing they show up as broken.

I right clicked and selected Inspect.
There are also other errors there which I am not sure if has to do with the theme.

Thanks. I have now loaded a theme from the Cloud library. It looks good except for the title and the header logo which are tiny.
But I’m wondering what is a good size for the header logo and website name. My desktop header logo is much too small when it’s used in the mobile page. It’s about 450×200 on the desktop but the text (title and tagline) becomes much too small in the mobile version.
