I have purchased Newsmag theme on Envato today and decided to do install on our website. Unfortunately, I was unable to register theme neither by using automatic or manual registration. In both cases it said theme has been registered and I got a thanks for buying the product, but Activate theme tab hasn’t disappeared and System status doesn’t say theme has been registered.

I’ve been an avid user of Newspaper theme and already registered it via another account (izvansvakekontrole.com) and I can’t seem to see what’s the problem.

Our server has received latest WP update (5.0). Also, there’s an error, I get WSOD on plugins.php (Add New) page which disappears after I deactivate Newsmag theme.

Please assist me with this as soon as possible. I have sent this very same message to your contact e-mail written on some other similar themes here on forum.

I have a big problem with the Registration Key of my Theme (Newspaper), that I have buy regularly with licence.
WordPress continuously ask to me to activate the theme.
When I insert the code, the sistem tell me: “Envato API is down, please try again later or use the manual registration”.
I tried more and more time the manual registration, but the answer is always the same.

Hi there,

First I was not able to activate a newly purchased theme. After entering the activation code, you get forced to “Register your theme with tagDiv”. But since I’m an already registered user, I was not able to proceed from here. At this point, there is definitely the option “Log in as registered user”-option missing. After I tried it several times, I discovered the option “manually register theme” on the bottom of that page. This finally worked for me but it would be definitely better to have a login function for already registered users or please refrain from compulsory registration.

I have purchased this theme on 09-12-17 which means yesterday. I’m having a problem to activate the theme i did everything that the documentation mention and followed step by step. It keep telling me “Envato API is down, please try again later or use the manual registration.” Which really makes me annoyed cuz i paid $73 and a change. Please tell me what do or i need my money back.

i’ve updated my Newspaper Theme to the newest version and i was prompted to activate the theme. But when i enter the purchase code, i get the following error: Envato API is down, please try again later or use the manual registration

How can i manually register the theme? What else can i do to activate it?
