hi, Im running into a weird issue. When I attempt to make the menu visible (for mobile users) in the theme settings its not working. I tried everything,changing the color and the only thing that appears in the mobile is the search button. despite enabling the menu to appear using all methods. plz help. how can i make it appear?

I do not quiet understand, you want to have the mobile menu like this -> instead of this -> https://i.imgur.com/AdGKurW.png, if yes, then you need to use a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer, use the right click to remove the hamburger menu from mobile and add a new menu like this one -> https://i.imgur.com/Al1BVMV.png -> https://i.imgur.com/TEXRH9T.png -> https://i.imgur.com/TiZBnzp.png

Set the amp logo in mobile them, for this you need to go in theme panel> mobile theme -> header -> https://i.imgur.com/8niXZoQ.png also the menu on mobile this is not set to sticky is set to snap, it will appear when you go up.

I’m not using the mobile theme, however you didn’t answer my question about the Menu Hamburger icon not working in the theme on a mobile version. Please look at my video again to see me click the icon, but nothing happens.
We’re using WordPress, and recently upgraded to Newspaper X, then loaded the Livestyle Magazine template. We’ve created a new page in TAGDIV composer by importing blocks from the Cloud feature. Our page is now live, and we added it to our main menu. When used on a desktop, laptop or tablet, the page loads correctly when selected from the main menu. However, when using a mobile phone (I-Phone or Android) and selecting the item from the mobile menu, the page does not load. The address box loads the proper web address, and our header and footer load properly. The page title also loads. But the rest of the content does not load. The same thing occurs when the web address is entered directly from a mobile phone.
You can see this at http://www.harrisonbands.com, selecting the ALUMNI option from our menu.
Please help as we’ve been struggling with this for a few days, and have deleted and recreated the menu item, checked all page settings, etc. We’re eager to launch this new page in our final weeks of the school year.

I would love to resolve an issue I am having when the sticky main menu doesn’t show when I scroll down the page. But it shows scrolling up. It’s the opposite of what it was intended to do. I have no issue with the sticky menu on mobile. Can you someone please assist?

first of all I want to thank you on this beautifull theme. Can You please help me, I think I’m doing something wrong. When I want to change something in tagdiv composer, nothing changes on the site. If I put new logo it only appears on mobile view. I really don’t know what I’m doing wrong, also I can’t get my menu works. Can You please help me.

I have built a news site for a local newspaper with newsppaper9 theme. It is great. But I come across a few problems in mobile version. First, Business Directory in main menu does not open in mobile version. I use ‘CM Business Directory’ plug-in. Second, The mobile version show only the article only title and thumb nail with message ‘it allow only to login users’. It is no good to local nespaper readers. It should allow every one read articles freely like PC. What did I make wrong to set up mobile version?

I had to reinstall the Newspaper theme and deactivated in order the plugins that came with the theme.
Now I have a issue with AMP sites. As soon as I activate the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, the AMP plugin disappears. Although it’s still installed and activated, I cannot access it anymore (the WP-admin menu link disappears and also the direct link does not work anymore). If I deactivate tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, it’s working fine again. But, of course, I need them both.
Can you please help me with that issue? Thanks a lot in advance.

I really do NOT want to use the TagDiv mobile theme or AMP mobile theme. I want my site to look like my desktop version, I just want the mobile menu to work. Can you please help?
I have created custom Header are with Cloud Template.
When I edit the mobile view to add “row” or “inner row” or “mobile menu” and click Save button the save procedure never ends.
Why does this happen?

I have done multiple tests and this is still happening. And it’s happening on MOBILE too. Here is a screen recording of my phone trying to visit the site. You will see up at the top in the URL bar, it only gets to about halfaway through loading, and never finishes. Even when I click new pages on the site, same thing happens, it only gets about halfaway through the load…. And when I try to click the Menu hamburger icon, i can’t get the menu to show up.

After a closer inspection I note that you are using the responsive version for the mobile version and the mobile theme plugin with amp plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/b1kbTj1.png . Maybe you could help with a strange AMP page indexed by Google.

Please look at the following issue:

In fig.1 is the search page on android chrome (galaxy note9) where the search term was “monitor media” and in the first search page appears that link.
