Hello,
Sorry but please notice that our theme has been designed to have a special menu for mobile devices. The theme does not have an option that allows you to display the desktop main menu for mobile devices, sorry! The width is too small and that’s why this design decision was taken.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi everybody, i’m trying to change the typography of the menu, without success.
What i’ve tried (in the mobile folder) :
– add in the file header.php
<link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Montserrat:400,800" rel="stylesheet">
– add in the file style.css
.td-mobile-content .fa {
margin-right: 10px;
min-width: 22px !important;
display: inline-block;
font-size: 18px;
text-align: center;
position: relative;
top: -1px;
font-family: 'Montserrat';
}
But it did not work. Have i done something wrong ?
Hello hellonikoloz,
If you want to customize your mobile mode you should do it yourself or you can try the mobile theme.
If you want to display the top bar menu on the mobile devices, you should use a bit of CSS code for it. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-sp-top-menu {
display: block !important;
}
}
Thanks for your understanding!
newspaper menu open very slow in mobile
When we display our site on mobile and click on the hamburger menu, the screen shrinks and a shadow goes around the image but the menu does not appear.
Brother, I have set up the menu, but I want to display the header menu in mobile devices. Thankyou for your understanding.
Dear, can we make the menu somewhat transparent in mobile device during sticky?
Edward, проблема решена, спасибо, но есть ещё одна. О ней ниже.
Bogdan B., the problem is solved, thanks, but there’s another one.
When I reload any page with cache refreshed (CTRL+F5), I see that blue semitransparent layer located over the page for a second or two.
Gif: https://imgur.com/a/rgNwk
It seems to be a background for mobile menu.
How can I get rid of it so that it does not appear when the page is reloaded?
+ Top menu’s not available in mobile view.
Dear, how can we show the header page menu as Disclaimer, Terms and Rules, etc in mobile device?
I have a Few Queries:
1. How to show Smart List Post Image Thumbnail in Mega-menu Without using featured Image in Smart List Post.
1b. Im asking about the thumbnails of the normal posts we see in Megamenu
2. Do I need to Insert Google AdSense Auto Ads Script
<script async src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>
<script>
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({
google_ad_client: "################",
enable_page_level_ads: true
});
</script>
Into each Ads Section Field of Mobile theme to display Auto ads on mobile version.
We provided a solution in a similar topic, the user wanted to display a bigger logo in the mobile menu. So we provided a code to increase the logo size while maintaining a proper positioning for the menu and search icons. That code would look like this on your website
– https://www.screencast.com/t/05EzKKphvW
The same size will be kept when sticky
– https://www.screencast.com/t/QFm3Fbm9OVwA
So you could try it and see if this is how you want it, the code could be modified if needed. This is the code, it can be entered in Theme panel->Custom CSS
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-header-wrap .td-header-menu-wrap-full, .td-header-wrap .td-header-menu-wrap, .td-header-wrap .td-header-main-menu, #td-header-menu {
height: 100px !important;
}
#td-top-mobile-toggle,
.header-search-wrap {
top: 23px;
}
.td-main-menu-logo img {
max-height:100px;
}
.td-header-menu-wrap.td-affix {
transform: translate3d(0px, 0px, 0px)!important;
}
.td-header-style-6 .td-main-menu-logo img{
max-height: 100px;
}
}
Hi,
You could change that background color in the demo stylesheet
– https://www.screencast.com/t/q7aj5IGs
The demo you have installed uses an overlay menu page template. On mobile a background color is set so it will not be transparent. If it would be transparent when sticky it will look like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/mIbOVsnI1ts
But you could change the black color in a different color as shown. Or further override it with a code like this (in Theme panel->Advanced CSS in the phones section)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/WugzgEDNjL
.td-construction.page-template-page-pagebuilder-overlay .td-header-wrap .td-header-menu-wrap.td-affix {
background-color: #fff!important;
}
Thanks
Hi,
So you want to increase the size of the mobile top menu section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zO3er2gEEL
The default height of the mobile menu is 54px, it could be increased if that is what you want. Also the menu and search icon together with the logo will have to be taken into account as they will not look properly if the height is increased.
If this is what you want to do I will try to give you a solution, let me know.
Hi Tagdiv team.
I have a problem with mobile menu background. I tried alot of things its stay black while im using sticky menu.
Menu stays white on pc but only black on mobile.
You can control
Thank you.
Hi,
If you do not use the mobile theme then the same menu items from desktop will be displayed in the mobile menu as well. Mega-menus will be converted to drop-down menus. Only the mobile theme has the capability to set a different menu
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
That background can be changed, here if you do not use the mobile theme
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MwFEchjsDBDY
Seems something is delaying the website loading, the mobile menu will open as soon as the website is loaded. There is an error on a not found image, please check in the theme panel here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/srvo1SKy5k
Remove any image found there, that should have a noticeable effect on page loading and on the mobile issue.
Hi,
I am supposed to be launching my site tomorrow afternoon (eastern time) and I am having issues configuring the mobile menu…I don’t want to use the mobile theme–how do I configure what goes in the mobile menu? How do I change the settings?
Right now, there is a picture of a cooked chicken in the background of my mobile menu! I have no idea how that got there–my site is a fashion blog! Please help!
It doesn’t open, only seems to minimize it a little bit as if trying to open, but with no success.
Search on mobile works fine.
website: http://www.almeirinense.com
I’m facing the same issue. Mobile menu doesn’t appear. I checked OPs site too, on the homepage, the menu and search doesn’t work.
I’m using the latest version of the theme, not an upgrade. Fresh install. And the mobile menu and search seems to be broken.
1. Homepage – nothing happens
On the homepage, when I tap on either search or search, nothing happens. Absolutely nothing.
2. On Post Page – search works slow sometimes, menu still broken
On post pages, the search button works after a delay of around 3 seconds, while menu is still broken. A stramge thing happen sometimes when tapping on menu button, the whole screen zooms out with box shadow (an expected behaviour with menu overlay), but the menu doesn’t show. If I wait for around 20 seconds, the menu shows and sometimes the menu doesn’t show.
But most of the times, both the menu and search are broken and they don’t work.
Please suggest fix as I’m losing business because of this simple thing that should work.
Hi,
Indeed, our AMP plugin does not feature a menu at the moment. This is similar to the Yoast SEO website which is leading in SEO solutions
– https://yoast.com/social-media-optimization-with-yoast-seo/amp/
Adding a menu will be considered in the future, the plugin is still at the beginning.
The logo will be the one set for mobile, so make sure you have one set
– https://www.screencast.com/t/APN4AoJf4Ld
A custom CSS section for AMP does not exist at the moment. This will be added in coming updates. If you want to add custom CSS you could add it directly in the plugin. This is a similar topic

Thanks
I will try to point you in the right direction. If you are not using the mobile theme, the mobile menu is here

Hi,
The functionality is simple, click on the hamburger menu icon and the menu will be displayed. When the mobile plugin is active you can use a different menu (menu items).
This cannot be changed, this is how the theme was created and designed to display on mobile.
The top menu is not displayed on mobile. It could be made to appear with CSS code if absolutely required, but only when the mobile theme plugin is not active. If that is the case, please provide a link to your website and I will try to give you a solution.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately that is the current functionality when the mobile menu is clicked. The page will scroll to the top when the menu is accessed, with or without the mobile theme. There would be no solution I could provide you for this. But I could add it on our suggestion list and it will be considered.
Thanks
