- NewsmagBackground introduction
- NewsmagTheme colors introduction
Hi,
It would be possible, try a code like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/IUpj97UnzE
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-header-top-menu-full,
.td-header-sp-top-menu {
display:block!important;
}
.td-header-sp-top-widget {
width:auto;
}}
Enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS section and it should make the top menu visible on mobile.
Thanks
Hi,
Everytime that I setup the alpha channel under Them Colors – Mobile Menu – Menu Bar – Background Color, I keep getting a grey background color on mobile.
If I add custom css to set the background color transparent, it changes all the elements padding on desktop.
BTW, I’m not using a mobile plugin or tagdiv composer
I assume this should be a simple solution, I hope so…
Thanks and hoping to hear from you soon
Hi,
A different menu would be possible if you use the mobile theme plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The top bar is not displayed on mobile however, mobile theme active or not.
Thanks
I want the mobile version of the site to display a different menu and menu top bar
I really love this theme and your brilliant support.
The site is about.ebooks.com, running Newspaper version 7.4.
In recent days I found that the main menu will only display links to pages and custom links, but it won’t list categories. This also applies to the top menu.
Actually, the menus display perfectly when I’m logged in as an admin user. But for people viewing the site normally, the category menu item just won’t show. This is true on desktop and mobile.
I have deleted menus and re-created them. I’ve also increased the memory allocation (per the little orange warnings on your Newspaper System Status page) to no avail.
Is there a known solution to this?
Thanks,
Stephen
Hello sir,
Actually i want to integrate facebook login on my website. then i search in all forum topics related facebook login and then i found you are not supporting to this.. YOU ARE A DEVELOPER AND THIS INTEGRATION IS BASIC TO YOU. but still you are not supporting to this..
anyway just tell how to remove modal coding and just simply redirect to website.com/login.php so user are able to login with their facebook ID. http://prntscr.com/hmzodq (Mobile)
Thanks in advance
Hi,
1. The theme does not have such an option at the moment. You could continue to use the implementation you currently have if it produces the required results.
2. If you would like to remove the Join option in the mobile theme (using mobile theme plugin) you could either remove it from the code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/PexFMkRl
Or remove it with some CSS code entered in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS section
.td-mobile-container .td-menu-login #register-link,
.td-mobile-container .td-menu-login span {
display: none;
}
Thanks
Hi,
Bogdan helped me via email, for the original problem. It had nothing to do with cache, and it’s resolved.
But now I realised that another website, inside the same Multisite installation, has a problem with the search button. This time only affects the mobile version – the search button is below the menu.
Again, I’ve followed every recommendation that I found here in the forum. I saved the Theme Panel options, deleted cache, purged CDN files, deleted browser cache, and the problem remains. I also tried the solution provided by Bogdan, but it didn’t worked.

Hi,
You could try the code provided below with this result
– https://www.screencast.com/t/HSMlIel5lCUh
@media (max-width: 1018px) {
#td-top-mobile-toggle {
display: inline-block;
position: relative;
}
#td-header-search-button-mob {
display: block;
}
.header-search-wrap .td-icon-search {
color: white!important;
height: 54px;
width: 54px;
line-height: 54px;
font-size: 22px;
margin-right: 2px;
}
.sf-menu,
#td-header-search-button {
display: none;
}
body .td-header-wrap .td-header-main-menu,
.td-header-wrap .td-header-menu-wrap-full {
background-color: #fdc42d !important;
}}
Or make modifications to it as you wish if needed, then enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS section.
Thanks

Hi,
I’d like to show mobile menu when the screen width is < to 1018px. My menu contains too much items and when the screen is like a tablet one it splits the mega menu on 2 rows. Is there is a css code for this ? Something like :
@media (max-width: 1018px) {
#td-top-mobile-toggle {
display: inline-block;
position: relative;
}
}
Best regards
I copied and pasted the code in the advanced case under mobile devices. Did not display the top menu header on mobile
When site opened in mobil – it shows a list of posts. You have to used the navigation button to access pages. Is their a way to have the pages show up in the ‘landing page’ list instead of posts?
My site does not really have any ‘posts’ , it is mostly comprised of pages. Ideally, would like these to be the first thing mobile viewers see when visit site.
Uninstalling the mobile plug-in & relying on the native them responsiveness seems to make everything “wonky”
additionally – can the social media buttons be removed from the mobile menu ?
Please advise – thanks !
Update:
When opening the site on iPhone, there are no more issues and everything is exactly as test domain.
Desktop (Chrome & Internet Explorer) still shows the Mobile Menu on top of the page. Image of problem in Chrome (Desktop)
Further functions all seem to work correctly so it looks like the site thinks I’m on mobile or something. Unfortunately I cannot find it out myself..

Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, this has no option to remove the login. You could hide it with a code like this if needed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/e00b7BqcN
Enter it in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS code section and the sign in/login will not be displayed when using the mobile theme plugin.
.td-menu-login-section {
display:none;
}
Thanks
Hello,
I’ve created a website in a test subdomain on my domain camperreisverslagen.nl.
I used Newspaper theme and everything looks fine on test.camperreisverslagen.nl.
To test my migration I migrated complete site and database to dev.camperreisverslagen.nl. Still looks great and experienced no problems.
However, I migrated complete site to my root-domain and now the Theme settings seems to be different as there is a mobile menu popping up on the Home Screen (dekstop). Also background images have disappeared and Header style seems to be mixed up as both Logo as Text Logo are visible.
Also on mobile the site does not work correctly.
Any idea how this can occur and how it can be solved? It’s strange that migrating to my dev subdomain does work, and to my root domain changes things.
Thanks a lot, Rene

display:block;

.td-header-sp-top-menu{
display:block!important;
text-align:center;
}

ThAnks. Here is my url https://lumynexessentials.com on how you can assist me to allow top header to be visible along with main menu on mobile devices
Hi,
The top bar was not designed for mobile devices and it will not appear.
The main menu items will appear like this on mobiles – https://www.screencast.com/t/arGXMCL5JB2 – https://www.screencast.com/t/QAFVilHTJcz
You could use a custom css to display the top bar on mobiles, please provide your site url so we can inspect this and try to provide a solution.
Thanks!
How I can allow my top menu header (about us, contact us ect.,) to appear with my main menu on mobile devices. Both only show on personal computer, not both on mobile device. I can either have the top menu or the main menu made visible on mobile on news paper 8 of fashion demo.
Thanks
Hello,
The font size is exactly the same 13 px on both the scrolable menu and the standard menu. Only the logo is smaller and that is because you use a different size logo for your affix menu. Please select the standard logo here, not the mobile one: https://www.screencast.com/t/lkUf6H6jeKBZ
Thank you!
Hi, I’m living problem with mobile menu. When I put menu botton, I can’t see menu just white ground. You can see in photo. I can’t upload now.
