Hi, I’m using the Art Blog Pro Prebuilt website on https://wagglydogs.com. Noticed that header on mobile devices was the same as on desktop which means the menu on mobile devices is too small.
How can I change the header menu for mobile devices to a classic mobile drop down?
Thank you.
Hi, I’m using the Art Blog Pro Prebuilt website on https://wagglydogs.com. Noticed that header on mobile devices was the same as on desktop which means the menu on mobiles is too small.
I added the amp and tagdiv mobile plugins and set to amp expecting that this would generate a mobile menu automatically but it did not.
So I deleted the amp and tagdiv mobile plugins. Unfortunately this removed my header menu from both mobile and desktop.
So I then went into cloud templates and discovered the header menu was missing so reinstated it.
This resulted in the header menu being reinstated on my desktop but NOT on mobile devices.
Can you please tell me how I can reinstate the header menu on mobile devices?
Thank you.
Also I want my mobile menu to be fixed.
It should be like the way mentioned in the red marked box.
The categories section should not be such a way as it is right now on Mobile.
Hi,
For me your logo it looks good now https://i.imgur.com/UnCdTZw.png but please set a color on the mobile menu and search (green, black what you want), you can do that from here -> https://i.imgur.com/3ennxX6.png
Thank you!
Hello, I’m looking to buy a second license for a new website but I was never able to figure out the mobile theme. I just want a simple listing of the latest news and some menus, nothing fancy. Since it’s different from the desktop layout, am I supposed to go for the route where I delete the apps and create the mobile page? Right now, I have that done with a mobile theme from the cloud installed, but it’s not showing the correct way.

Also, I have a question about AMP. It seems to disable my lightbox and google search console showed links with /amp in them at the end, so it was seeing two types of links which I thought was strange. If I don’t want amp I’m supposed to go the mobile page rout?

(note, I have watched “Let’s go Mobile!” ten times. Please tell me what is the ideal solution to my situation).
Good morning, I have created several pages of links in the menu in the mobile view, but when I open those pages it loses all the header and the footer is different from the one established. How do I solve it?
On mobile when I click on the menu button and search icon, my url link is displayed in the form of home/#, then I press any article with #, how to fix it.
Thank you
Hi there,
I have a strange error with my web page (www.guardadorapido.com) and the menu we have in the header. The subcategories that should appear under the ANALISIS and VIDEOS sections so users can easily browse to them do not appear unless you are logged into the website (which is not what we want) or if you are already into one of our reviews (https://www.guardadorapido.com/analisis-hot-wheels-unleashed-xbox-series/). We do not understand why this (and also the search box) works sometimes and sometimes does not. Strangely, it works all the time when used from mobile.
It seems to be a problem associated to permissions, can you give me a clue on where to look for the solution?
Hi, recently I am facing a problem with some of my pages. main-menu is not opening when on mobile. how can I fix this,
https://careerbangla.in/wbcs-syllabus-in-bengali-version/ check this page on mobile, the main menu is not opening. please help.
Non riesco a modificare il menù mobile e se installo il plugin tagDiv Mobile Theme il sito web mobile non permette più di visualizzare le pagine.
NEW ISSUE: Actually the pages are working. It is the Mobile Menu Navigation is redirecting user to categories instead of the pages.
How can this be fixed? Do you go into website? If so, I can send you login.
Update – I installed and activated the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin and was able to to turn off the “Show Mobile Theme” button on each page.
However, even with it that turned off it does not show the desktop content on mobile. Also, show a different mobile header and the navigation does not show on mobile.
When I turn off the TagDiv Mobile plugin the header and menu are correct. Again specifies pages still do not show on mobile
Im using mobile settings but the footer aint working out at the moment.
In the mobile section I’ve set footer text color to white, yet it shows up as black.
My language is in Dutch, on the desktop version follow us is translated however on mobile it stays in English. Also where can I delete “about us”?
And why can’t you select a menu for that section and do you have to type it all in html?

Hello,
Thanks for this suggestion, I will put it on our list of suggestions.
You can use mobile only for the AMP version https://i.imgur.com/I4rqcOs.png, and in this way, you can set a different menu https://i.imgur.com/8iuXZRI.png
Thank you!
I am unable to remove the default footer menu links on MOBILE http://prnt.sc/1t386y2

Hi,
Please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/side-mobile-menu-bar/#post-417588
Thank you!
Hello,
You can manage the social icons for the mobile menu from the Theme Panel -> Social Networks => https://prnt.sc/10112uu
Also, to add the social icons you need to edit with tagDiv Composer, search after social icons and set the link for social platforms https://www.screencast.com/t/kATmr6b3yg
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Could you please register mobile and amp navigation separately? I need to have custom menu for the different devices.
How to add social links in my mobile website side menu bar
Hello!
Your mobile menu is working from what I can see, but you have the Mobile theme plugin installed and active.
If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version
Thank you!

I don’t know how but I found it on the right.
Now I have installed the plugin for the mobile theme, I added it to the sub footer menu with the pages, but when I open them are they empty?
Hello!
I’ve checked your website on desktop and mobile version and I can see the same menu with same categories and subcategories.
Please provide more information about your issue if it still exists and some screenshots.
A solution for sending a screenshot is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.
Thank you!
