Hello!
The AMP works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Documentation here:

I have roboto fonts in my whole website, I can your default fonts are open sens and roboto. I disabled Google fonts from theme panel. But roboto fonts are not loading in desktop version, roboto fonts showing in mobile version. So how can I show roboto fonts as it’s your default font after disabling Google fonts in theme panel?
I run the website: BuriedLead.com
It’s a news aggregation website similar to DrudgeReport.com
I use Siteground for hosting, and utilize the Perfmatters.io app to help with the PageSpeed score.
On both desktop and mobile (but especially mobile) it takes 4-7 seconds for images to load. I’ve already optimized/lazy loaded images. I’ve also reached out to Siteground to see if the issue is hosting speed.
I think the issue might be the theme.
How can I speed up image loading?
If you visit my website, I think you’ll see that the images don’t load at all for at least a few seconds.
Thanks!

Hi! I have a problem with the mobile version of my site (www.pressview.it,responsive version). In the mobile version the site logo does not appear, while in the tablet version the logo is fine. It’s the first time i have this problem (I’ve been using the theme for 4 years). Please help.
Thank you.
Hello @Youngman!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
This issue with the Mobile version on Desktop has been discussed already here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-site-displaying-on-desktop-site/
Thank you!
It looks like the theme for responsive or broken when using the create mobile page feature.
Before mobile only page not created it’s normal, but when I create mobile page/mobile theme/amp then desktop and tablet view will follow mobile view.
I have to turn off the cache for each page or turn off the cache completely so that the appearance of the website matches the original.
Or I have to clear the cache every time, so that the display looks normal.
or I or visitors have to log in so they can see the original appearance of the website.
Desktop error display:

This is what the actual website looks like:

*In addition, I use the paid litespeedcache plugin and have mobile caching enabled.
Here is my site you can check: https://animenewsplus.net/
i was using tagdiv mobile theme and pagespeed insights score was good, but due to less manual ads placement i disable it and create a mobile page template. now pagespeed insights score becomes poor. it showing

Hi,
How to enable dark theme mode for both mobile and desktop
After the 11.5 update, our page does not display properly on a tablet. Tried updating to latest but problem still persists.
The tablet version (like ipad mini for example) shows a version of Magazine PRO, but the images are broken, etc. It doesn’t load the theme that we have on mobile. It’s like an in-between screen size that creates this problem. It’s fine on mobile and fine on desktop.
I’ve tried deactivating all non tag-div plugins and clearing the cache, to no avail.
Thanks in advance.
It seems with the mobile theme/app the top three posts for categories are not from the category, but are the three latest posts from any category.
Is there a way to switch that off?
Hi Guys,
we used to be able to connect our mobile page to the following site:
https://www.finance-magazin.de/
Unfortunately since the upgrade to the Version 12 of the theme the mobile page will not load anymore. Is that a common bug?
Here is a screenshot of the mobile settings:
https://prnt.sc/ggQrUqPfMbVE
Any ideas on how to solve that?
Thank you!
Hello,
Please let me know if for posts you use the mobile theme. Normally, if you have configured the plugin for mobile cache, it should apply to everything, including posts.
Thank you!
Hello Antonio!
It seems that you use the Mobile Theme and AMP plugin.
I can see your hamburger menu, which is displaying well on your mobile version. Delete your cache and try again in an incognito window in your browser.

If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.

Thanks for the response. I have followed all the instructions correctly and still, the problem persists. I am using the mobile theme and AMP plugin without the builder. It automatically converted the site for mobile after configuring settings. However, the pages from the footer menu are not visible.
How can I share the login details so your team can look into it?
Hi,
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.
You can use cloud templates with AMP.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!

Note that you can not customize AMP so much, because it comes with its own design.
There are some settings in the Theme panel -> Mobile Theme and Dashboard -> AMP only.
You can not add a shortcode as in the TagDiv Composer. Please note that you can’t customize the AMP pages with the TagDiv Composer.
Make sure the redirect mobile visitors to amp option is disabled.
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/

Hello,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please make sure you have enabled the mobile cache if the plugin has this option
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can’t edit the mobile theme. Hi,
Maybe you have the mobile theme plugin activated, please disable it. I recently configured the mobile theme on our website, everything seems to be working fine except the footer menu. When I click on the “contact us/Privacy policy” page, the page content is not loading. It has automatically added “?amp=1” at the end of URLs. Did I miss something?
Hi all, I would like to know how to manage the Mobile theme, because at the moment I see the site on mobile as on a PC. I’ve made both a mobile page and also a mobile version that appears next to the home page. Unfortunately, you can’t put photos or screenshots here. I would like to know how to manage the mobile part of the site. Thank you all
