Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
Thank you !
Hello, I am sorry to say but the code is not working. I pasted the code in the theme panel as well as in the home page CSS section as well. However, no effect at all. Please tell me where to paste it?
https://snipboard.io/o3DScu.jpg
Please check the screenshot.
4 and 5 also fixed. Thanks
Now, as everything is almost sorted please help me with the mobile theme.
Is there a way to edit the mobile theme? I saw the setting but there are not much options available to change the mobile theme.
I noticed that if I use AMP then my home page is displayed as it is. However, if I switch to Mobile+AMP or only Mobile then my front page on mobile is different with only two options. “Featured articles and latest article”
Now my concerns.
1) Is it possible to hide some sections or block from the home page only for the mobile?
If yes then please tell me how?
If no, then please help me with below modifications.
1) How I can display the categories on the home page?
2) If I can only display featured and latest articles then help me increase the number of displaying article to more than 6. 6 is not sufficient.
3) How I can change the style of the “Latest articles” block?
4) I need CSS code for the fonts.
POST TITLE COLOR : #00239c
POST TEXT COLOR : #444444
POST H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6 COLOR : #f95700
POST BLOCKQUOTE COLOR : #5f4b8b
That’s all.
Hi,
A link to the website would have been helpful. That issue in most cases is related to the caching used. What caching are you using? We recommend the super cache with these settings https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ The super cache has a dedicated setting for using a mobile theme.
If it is not possible to use the super cache, check if the cache plugin you are using has any similar settings, for using a mobile theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
After publishing a page with code [pms-register] (paid members subscription plugin) it is being shown and works great in desktop devices, but It wont show in mobile devices. After deactivating mobile theme plugin it works. My question is how to force this page to show its content in mobile app, because our website looks 10x better with mobile app.
Is it possible to achieve?
Thanks!

Hi there!
Since the new update, the theme settings continue resetting to default, breaking my site.
In other words, I use Cloud Library Templates on header, footer, post default, 404, search, etc, but all of these settings continue to reset themselves – I’m having to redo the configuration about 10 times a day!
https://www.screencast.com/t/t8Zit4qq7IQP
I tried everything:
– Reinstall the theme via ftp
– Reinstall the plugins via ftp
– I deleted and deactivated several plugins that were not tested by the theme
– I don’t have any cache plugins enabled (CloudFlare only)
– In CloudFlare I disabled minification and everything
Things you should know:
– I have the latest wordpress version
– I have the latest newspaper theme version
– I’m using multisite and the error occurs in only one of them (the others seem to be fine)
– The system status are fine (https://www.screencast.com/t/qn5qN3VdRCKR)
– I host my website on wp engine, but the cache is disabled so we can find out what’s going on
Plugins installed:
– Ajax Search Pro – Activated
– Akismet Anti-Spam – Activated
– AMP – Activated
– Contact Form 7 – Activated
– Imagify – Activated
– Jetpack por WordPress.com – Activated
– Post SMTP – Activated
– Redirection – Activated
– Stackable – Blocos Gutenberg – Deactivated
– Structured Content – Activated
– tagDiv Cloud Library – Activated
– tagDiv Composer – Activated
– tagDiv Mobile Theme – Activated
– tagDiv Newsletter – Activated
– tagDiv Social Counter – Activated
– tagDiv Standard Pack – Deactivated
– WP User Avatar – Activated
– Yoast SEO – Activated
And just to reinforce, all the sites in the multisite installation are working perfectly, they all use the same plugins, but only one seems to continue to reset the configuration to the default (or -no template-).
Could you please help me with this issue?
Thanks!

Hello !
That external plugin is the Mobile theme plugin. All you have to do is activate that option and make sure that the mobile theme plugin has been properly installed as shown in our guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you !
Hello !
You are using the responsive template at the moment: https://www.screencast.com/t/7OJs2NJH Mobile theme should look differently. For mobile theme please follow our guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you !
youor faq says that for mobile support, WP Super Cache needs an external plugin to work, but you don’t mention which one you have tested with your mobile theme. Please, tell me which one I’ll need.
From your FAQ:
Advanced:
Mobile device support. (External plugin or theme required. See the FAQ for further details.)

Hello! Need help with our home page. Since WordPress and theme update it’s freezing on mobile devices after touching/rolling the page content.
The problem is happening on android devices and multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
We’ve set the AMP version of the home page until we can solve the problem, but the mentioned behavior can be seen on this test page: https://cangurunews.com.br/home-teste
Please help!
Thanks!
I’m using a website mobile theme, no-cache plugin for now. No amp plugin! I’m not using any plugin that can affect this functionality.
If you visit any single post on our site on any mobile device and scroll to the end, the Footer is presenting three gray blocks/sections above our actual (blue) footer. The tagdiv Mobile Theme is active. How can we resolve?
Here is a post from our Site: https://www.bizcatalyst360.com/wired-to-connect-what-about-the-importance-of-social-connection/

kanarai.eu there you will not see now error, because it is only test page, but you must to know whem instaling theme chosing only anp then there are no way where to edit header, only if I changing mobile theme then only I can edit from black to other else what I want
Hi,
1. I think that this is just a new option, for me are still displaying both of theme -> https://i.imgur.com/SQg4QqI.jpg
2. The html code or links need to be past in code/text editor and those will work like before -> https://i.imgur.com/mkCKRlk.png
3. If you are using the same demo and the only thing that you did was the theme update then the blocks colors should be the same.
4. There is no problem with the mobile and table view, please make sure that this problem is not made some untested plugins.
5. I think that you are referring to the blocks from Gutenberg editor -> https://i.imgur.com/o2t6t0l.jpg yes, there were some changes for it in WordPress v5.5
6.a I just checked this option https://i.imgur.com/5P2zYiC.png for Most Used Blocks category in the block library and for me is working -> https://i.imgur.com/wyyTXxF.png
6.b Please try like this -> https://i.imgur.com/bk9F2BB.png after that some of them will be display in settings sidebar and some of theme at the bottom of posts/page.
Indeed, WordPress v5.5 brings new elements and options and some old functions where change therefore the new implementation can differ.
Thank you!

I want to Customize the UI, Color, Design of this mobile version.. How can I do that?
I’m using WP Super Cache as you recommend. I disabled it and everything is fine.Should I have to install another plugin to make WP Super Cache work right with your mobile theme? If so, you should have mentioned in your documentation.
The login or signup form in amp menu is not working on my site. I have checked by clearing cache and others but not working. Please check https://news.cbshop.in
Thanks. But which of these plugin you recommend? Or know works with your mobile theme?
Jetpack’s Mobile Theme Module
WPTouch
WordPress Mobile Edition
WordPress Mobile Pack
