We updated to newspaper and now we want to change Title Font, Content font, H1, H2, H3 & H4 font while mobile theme is active…
There is option to change fonts in desktop theme and its working fine but same change sin not being done in mobile theme so how to do that?
Hi,
I see that your website is RTL, please note that theme theme does not support this direction. Applying this style to the theme, or modifications to the theme in this matter can cause problems like this one.
As a quick fix for this issue you can try this code. Enter it in Theme panel->Custom Css
#td-mobile-nav {
position: fixed;
}
But other problems could appear with other theme elements, because the theme is not optimized or designed with RTL in mind. Some of the theme aspects are directly dependent on direction, and may not function properly in this case.
Thanks
Hello,
On my web, regarding mobile theme, main menu does not show up any post. Please help me how to show it!
Thanks!
Hi,
If the mobile theme plugin is active, all the website will be displayed using it. The page that you will link to will be the same as the current one.
This is the way the mobile theme works, it does not use any complex elements or editors like Visual composer. You could simply deactivate it and keep the structure from desktop, on mobile as well.
Thanks
Hi,
I have tried the code and it is working properly with the mobile theme activated

At the moment it seems you do not have the mobile theme activated from what I can see.
Thanks
Hello,
On the mobile theme the buttons do not yet have the css in place. Please copy the css for the buttons from style.css here: https://www.screencast.com/t/IxgR8mslmW1 and paste it in the theme panel->mobile theme custom code section: https://www.screencast.com/t/c7vzF7ylh
We will fix this issue in the next theme version.
Thank you!
Hi,
If the page contains Visual composer elements, the mobile theme will not display them. This is meant to keep the mobile theme as light as possible. Content for mobile pages is limited to the Mobile editor which appears on the page edit screen when the plugin is active
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AcWDva2uEGb
If you would like to display the same content from desktop, simply deactivate the mobile theme. The website will adapt to every screen size, due to the theme’s responsiveness.
Here you can find more information about the mobile theme

Hello,
Please try to disable all plugins before activating the mobile theme. If a plugin already uses the code necessary for the mobile theme to be activated (such as the mobile theme from jetpack) then you will not be able to install the mobile theme until you disable the plugin.
Thank you!

Hi,
1. You could try with a FullHD image – 1920×1080px this should provide best results. As an example this is the background image used on a category page in the theme demo
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AFZo2uDS
2. For the mobile menu or search background you can experiment with different image sizes, there is no specified size requirement. You can try a few images and see which is the best to use.
3. For ad tracking maybe you can find a plugin that has the option. Some users have installed the Adrotate plugin, that could have what you are looking for.
4. Post template 8 uses the featured image as background image, that is the style of the template. This will override the website background. You can use a different post template style, if you do not want this to happen.
Thanks
Hello cadarmarius,
Notice that if you are using the mobile theme, the slider will not be recognized because the mobile theme has not been designed to use these elements. For more information about our mobile theme, please check our useful documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Also, if is not what you mean, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
It seems that the mobile style is loaded on some pages, instead of the desktop style. This could be caused by a plugin, or by the caching you are using. To see if it is a plugin you can try disabling all of them except the ones provided in the theme package, then check to see if the problem is solved.
In some cases the Total cache has proven to cause this kind of problem as well. It could be that it is not configured properly. You can try disabling it and see if that has any effect.
Thanks

I had this same problem. I don’t recommend going into the database to fix it, but if you go to the Newspaper Theme Panel -> Background -> Mobile menu/Search background AND Sign in/Join Background, you can delete the background images from there.
Note to the developer, you should remove that reference to your local machine in the demos. I installed demo “News Magazine” and it includes those references and slows down the overall loading of the site.
Thank you Bogdan, fix it for theme, but mobile theme still like this, i use mobile plugin, and i tryed mobile theme custom css to write it but it wasnt work for mobile plugin
It works for me and many others.
Likely a paths issue with your staging setup, just as the error states.
Does your wp-config.php have the staging path explicitly set? That can often be issue in that it’s trying to load the mobile theme off the domain and not the sub domain path — but dunno. Don’t work here.
Obviously if you still have the mobile theme setup from newspaper 7, you’d need to fully remove all of that, clear caching, etc., before enabling the mobile sub theme in NP 8.
Food for thought anyway. It does work on ‘normal’ domain setup, but perhaps not how you’re doing it.
Hi staff,
I’m using your newsmag theme on my site analisidelsangue.net … ok – it’s working properly.
But today I decided to test your other premium theme, newspaper 8.
I’m working with it in my stage enviroment but I have a serious problem with mobile theme plugin
Infact when I try to use it, the result is this phrase:
“”the mobile theme path couldn’t be set. Please check if you have another mobile theme etc…”
can you check it?
This is my enviroment stage:

Hello team,
I have tag div mobile plugin installed, but if I access my website from a mobile (cellular) finish, most of the time this plugin is not working. It shows the normal web, without pluguin movil.
Sometimes, if de-active and then active the mobile theme, then it works for a while. But then it stops working again.

Hello Toufiq,
You are using the mobile theme and that’s why you have this layout on your mobile devices. So, if you want to revert back to the default responsiveness version you should disable this plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsiveness mode. For more information about our Mobile Theme, please check the following useful guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
It seems you have a different mobile theme active on your website at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AmBL0ALgSggU
– https://www.screencast.com/t/9bS4asvBTzt
This is probably conflicting with the Newspaper mobile theme. You should only have one mobile theme active. Try deactivating the current one, and then activate the theme’s mobile plugin.
Thanks
