I must to tell that apart your wonderful theme you have also an excellent client support
Everything I ask you worked as I want it. Thanks a lot.
I have an observation about on mobile site. The structure of the main page on Visual composer start with a main block with sidebar with widgets (issue link, socials etc) and then follow another 2 block with news without sidebar.
On the mobiles site I would like to send the sidebar widget after the second block of news or at the end of the page.
Also other observation about the main menu, the second line of category doesn’t fill up as are just 3, and I would like to align centered if is possible.
Thanks in advance for your support
Best Regards Fabien D
It was indeed the Jetpack mobile theme, so deactivating that solved it. Thank you!
Hello,
The mobile version of the theme gets converted to a predefined layout added by the mobile theme plugin, Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you do not want to use the mobile theme you can simply disable the plugin.
You may also have a plugin conflict going on so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
Hello,
The mobile theme pages do not show any content if you do not add any in the mobile editor. This is presented here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Please make sure you create your mobile version of the pages
Thanks.
Hi
Manuel compression is quite difficult to do because our css is big and it takes a lot of time. Best way is to use an automatic tool.
Google is very restrictive when it comes about mobile page-speed. Even if the resources are in page’s footer sometimes they appear as render blocking in page-speed report. This is the case on your site. On a closer look you can see that all render blocking resources are loaded in footer. Google have it’s own algorithm when generate the reports and the theme can’t change that.
Thanks!
Hello,
The mobile theme will convert your desktop homepage to a predefined one. Please read this guide to learn more about the mobile theme features: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you do not want to use the mobile theme, you can disable the plugin and use the responsive version of our theme.
Thank you!
Please check for any incompatibility between WP 4.6 and wp super cache and the mobile theme.
I delete js compressor and wp-cache. After install this all plugin. But dont work. Mobile theme not load any page my site. I see this problem after install 4.6 version.
Hello,
Please use this guide to set wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Please make sure everything is set up properly and remove any other plugins exceopt visual composer and wp super cache and then clear all caches from the plugin, server or cdn. Then test again. Let us know if the problem is still there. We will also test this out and check for any incompatibility between WP 4.6 and wp super cache and the mobile theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
The author will need a bit of a css fix as the css got changed a bit in the new update but the author name was not updated for it. So until the next theme version please use this CSS code in the mobile theme’s custom code box:
.td-post-author-name div { display:inline; }
Sorry for the inconvenience.
For your second request, we only recommend these settings with wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hello,
The mobile theme is an optional plugin and is not mandatory for the use of the theme. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
It’s a simple plugin. Deactivate it and the theme will display the standard responsive version on mobile as it did before the plugin was implemented.
Thank you!
Hi,
So what you would like to do? Do you want to change its color?
You can try this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css – http://screencast.com/t/YCO05sxaW
.td-header-top-menu .td_ul_login a {
color: #ff0000;
}
Unfortunately there is no login widget available, it was implemented only for top menu and mobile menu.
Thanks!

I have a client who liked the mobile theme version back when I installed first time the theme in june. Where can I download that version? Now I have 7.1.1
Buna ziua,
Multumesc!
Hi Bogdan, you need to understand that this is a Theme implementation error. And easy to solve (it is only an error link).
Logged in users need to get access to their profile (as a member, not as an author – because authors are only a 1%). Anyone who click over a profile name expects this.
I am only using the Newpaper theme. I am not using any plugin (I disabled the Newspaper mobile plugin).
I can’t do a redirect. Redirects always cause problems (authors would not get access).
It doesn’t make sense to duplicate user login experience with an awful admin bar only because there’s a Newspaper error link.
Please, help me.
Hi,
I have checked your site and saw the random mobile theme issue. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Also if you use other caching plugins than wp super cache please remove them and only use these settings for optimal compatibility: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use cloudflare please disable the rocket loader option and use these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Let us know if you still have trouble with this.
Thanks
Good morning,
as we are running the mobile theme and checking the functions regulary we have found two issues.
1. The Name of the Author above the posts ist not shown correctly (iPhone 6)
2. Sometimes the page doesn’t load the mobile theme, instead it is loading the the mobile version. Especially after reopening the page on safari (iPhone 6) this is the case.
Could you please review the site? Are there any preferred setting for the wp super cache? As there are in the advanced section several functions and settings for mobile…
We are running 7.3 and updated all plugins to the latest version.
Best,
Armin
Hello,
I’m not sure where ‘the view full site’ message comes from as our theme has no such button or message. It’s not there at the moment when I check your site. I assume it was the mobile theme of jetpack so please remove this feature as it is known to cause issues with our theme.
Thank you!
Hi guys,
We are having some issues with my mobile page – we could customize everything (for the web) as per normal. However, for the mobile view (tagDiv mobile plugin), we were not able to customize anything). Even the logo (which we changed under headers) is not showing. Also the background color didn’t change at all. The only thing that change were the menus.
We also see “enable thumb nails from Theme panel” which was already enabled by default. We tried “regenerating thumbnail” thought the plugin too.
I am not sure what we are doing wrongly here – any thoughts?
Visit http://beep.sg (on the phone for details).
Don’t think this is a cache issue – (we removed cloudflare, super cache and waited a few hours on incognito)

All done !
Hi,
When I post a new article and someone opens it from a laptop browser, the article page seems to appear in a ‘mobile theme format’.
Also my paragraphs are not represented in the published page.
http://animal-welfare.org/famous-vegan-celebrities-woody-harrelson/.
It only happens in new articles, a relative short period after posting. The second screenshot is from the ‘old’ kellogs article, it has the normal appearence. I have tested more than one browser (chrome and firefox) the bug is the same. I have noticed that last week for first time, thought that it was something random, but it’s not.
If you post a new article or update an old one, the ‘bug’ happens.
The bug I noticed is on the desktop version of the site.
When you open the new or updated article.
Only for a sort period of time, say 30 min or more .
But not from the browser you made the changes.
