Hello Bhanu Srivastav!
Edit the homepage with the tagdiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://app.screencast.com/JBjQfi2ZDQYb0
You can drag & drop the elements there in the columns as you like: https://app.screencast.com/EFQi0bSEe2XIo and apply those settings from the screenshots provided. There you should write “auto”. Or you can set for each column the percentage you would like, for example: 25%, 50%, 25%. Please note that you should apply the change to the mobile menu sticky: https://app.screencast.com/ZifloqbIxB9gz or you can copy-paste the entire row. Right-click on the row already modified -> copy, go to the mobile menu sticky, click on the row word, right-click paste after. Delete the first row.
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, you can check this https://i.imgur.com/Es7nHNh.png
Thank you!
Hi,
I don’t recommend to using amp, because it is deprecated -> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-end-of-line/
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Thank you!
good to stop using AMP as Google abandoned it in 2023 and no longer required for mobile SERPS.

Hello!
Did you set up the homepage like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/ ?
Make sure you do not have the Mobile theme plugin.
If you can’t handle to solve this issue, then contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello,
You can disable the mobile theme on the pages here -> https://i.imgur.com/d3kTBRf.png
Thank you!
Hello again!
Thank you for your reply! I have deleted my cache plugin and the problem is now solved for the PC version. The website looks as it should without me being logged in as an admin.
The problem with the footer still remains. I have created a custom footer from CLoud Templates, using the Week Pro. In the NewsPaper – Theme Panel -> Footer, it is selected this template. If I go to homepage – Edit page -> tagdiv composer -> Manager and I preview the mobile version from there, it looks perfect.
But not from my smartphone. On my smartphone, I see a black background with “Alegerea editorului” (Editor’s pick) and a few articles with broken featured images, “Categorie populara” (Popular category), an empty “Despre Noi” (About Us), which are not supposed to be there at all. And a blank copyright symbol with no text at all. The footer I have created has a light background, recent articles, details next to the copyright symbol and so on.
Hello,
I use the mobile theme plugin. Is there a way to exclude certain pages / URLs from the mobile theme and load the desktop version?
I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with the “Back to Top” icon on my website. While the icon functions perfectly on desktop devices, it does not appear at all on mobile devices.
Hello!
Did you try to uninstall the mobile theme and AMP plugin?
I said that the issue with the opt-in builder is a known one, and it will be fixed in the next update. The opt-in builder is already updated; do not worry. That notification is a problem.
Thank you!
Hello there,
I tried all 3 version and none of it worked. Not even the AMP. I tried the mobile version provided by the template and built from scratch a page which is not showing on any mobile device. I talking about “Edit with tagdiv composer” -> “edit mobile page”.
I tried using the Mobile Editor from “Edit Page” as well and the information there is still not showing on the mobile homepage.
And I also tried the AMP. I tried all 3 options provided by AMP. I tried all 3 options provided by Theme Panel -> Mobile. I tried Mobile, Mobile + AMP and just AMP.
None of these worked. Whatever I do, it still shows the blank homepage with “Latest Articles”. I turned off the articles option from Theme Panel too.
The thing is, I already used all the plugins provided by Newspaper theme.
I understand that this isn’t part of the support as it’s part of the services you sell, but I’d still have liked to have some documentation related to the litespeed cache extension.
As for your video on the CSS analyzer, I don’t have it in my menu. Is this normal?
I don’t understand why when I disable the cache, the speed score is so bad. It’s below 70. How can this be? Why is the mobile theme so slow?
thank you
To be clearer, sometimes it’s not the mobile version configured in the newspaper theme that is displayed but the responsive version of the web version. And that’s why I think my score is poor. I can’t get the mobile version I created to load first.
Thank you for your help, I already use litespeedcache, is the plugin you recommend better?
Also, if you go to my site on the mobile version, you’ll see that there’s almost nothing on the home page, which is why I can’t figure out how to fix my DOM problem. Is it a theme problem? The cache?
It seems that when the page loads, the elements are displayed incorrectly. Thanks for your help!
Hello!
We recommend the Wp Super Cache plugin.
There is all about the DOM. Which means you need to have less elements into that container or row, as such on that page. I can suggest you only to take care of how many elements you use on that page. You can try to use a cache plugin or a plugin which can minify the page or combine some elements in order to reduce its size.

Hello!
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Unfortunately, AMP is not working with the cloud templates because the AMP’s layout is not fully customized.
The AMP version works best with default templates and not cloud templates. That’s why we integrated it with the Mobile theme plugin.
The feedback from our clients about AMP was negative and it is not used anymore, that’s why we didn’t add more customization options. We no longer recommend using AMP because it is deprecated https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp
This is a known issue and the opt-in builder is fully updated.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is just a notification that doesn’t disappear, but the update has been made. It will be resolved in the next update.
I want to ask if you use elements from Opt-In. After a brief review, it seems that you don’t, but you can deactivate the plugin.
Also, I see that you have the mobile theme plugin, and here the logo is displayed, but if you want to have the responsive version please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on phone, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/ delete the text or svg code and insert your logo.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have the website https://www.putereaapatra.ro/. I use Newspaper template.
I encounter these errors on my website I cannot solve without your help.
1. Plugin Update not working.
I get the following message when trying to update tagDiv Opt-In Builder. I tried updating it at least 5 times.
There is a new version of tagDiv Opt-In Builder available. View version 1.6.1 details or update now.
2. The homepage I see when I am logged in vs the homepage there is when I am logged out on my PC are not the same version. The one I see when I am logged in it is perfect. The one I see when I am logged out has bugs, items not showing etc.
3. The footer of the mobile page does not show properly on mobile devices. There should be the same type of footer for both PC and mobile but it is not.
Hello everyone!
I have the website https://www.stiripebune.news/
Here, on this website I use the Newspaper template. I cannot update tagDiv Opt-In Builder. I mean, I update it, then instantly get a message to update it.
Here is the message: “There is a new version of tagDiv Opt-In Builder available. View version 1.6.1 details or update now.”
Then, I have a problem with the mobile version. On the top left, I see Town Talk logo, not my logo. Even though I already uploaded and selected MY logo. I also see a symbol on top right that should not be there. And if you click it, it redirects you to a 404 page.
Hello,
I have 2 problems.
Problem number 1: The Mobile Homepage
I have the website https://www.nialmedia.com/. I use the Newspaper theme. After entering all the details into my website, I went on to the mobile version. In theory, the homepage should be loading properly. In practice, it is a blank page showing “Latest articles”. I have 0 articles because the homepage that I want is not supposed to show any article, as you can see in the desktop version. I already tried all 3 options: Mobile, AMP + Mobile and AMP. Same issue.
Problem number 2: tagDiv Opt-In Builder cannot be updated.
I tried updating it 5 times. I still see the message to update it.
