Hello, I have a little problem with the buttons for sharing my extensions. After installing several to test, on the mobile version and not PC, I always have sharing buttons that appear in duplicate. Do you know why ? Is there a setting to make in the theme? Here is my site: http://www.2pac-legacy.fr In advance thank you for your help
Hi .. i have this problem
https://imagebin.ca/v/3sMZhaKk8o2X
When i have a skin banner (esterna ads) i see always td-menu-background
td-menu-background are background for Mobile.
Why i see for desktop.
It’s possible disable?
I don’t know why the same option is not appearing when I activate the mobile theme. I had to deactivate it and go back to the responsive theme. I am using the crypto news demo. See this screenshot http://prntscr.com/ihbcm3 (I selected related posts to show by category in Theme Panel)
That is unusual, there should be a padding left and right set for the content. Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it on mobile.
Thanks
Hi,
I have noticed that ever since i am using the newspaper them, it doesn’t show thumbnail of post while sharing through WhatsApp. Would you tell me what may have gone wrong. My URL is http://www.morenews.pk
Hi Please try checking any of the articles like this one – http://makingbig.in/girls-participating-swacch-bharat-abhiyaan/
On homepage it looks fine, but not on individual posts.
I’m not using mobile theme, just the normal theme which is responsive. So don’t feel the need to use a mobile theme.
Regards.
Hello dpk,
I have inspected your website and I did not see any big white space like in your image, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/E3KzpyQ6JFwr I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme now. If is not what you mean, provide more details.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
The header color can be changed from the theme panel depending if you use the mobile theme plugin or not. If not, then you will find the color in the ‘theme colors’ section: https://www.screencast.com/t/7kd4Poj3
If you do use the mobile theme plugin, then the colors will be changed from the mobile theme settings at the bottom of the theme panel.
Thank you!
Hi,
There already is a related articles section displayed in the post page when using the mobile theme plugin
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bd6hg2DjW
The settings from theme panel will apply to this section on mobile as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XHIrAmk24
Indeed the mobile theme files cannot be customized in a child theme, at the moment. If you want to customize files from it, you will have to modify the main files.
Thanks
I have Adsense installed in the theme. It works perfectly on the desktop and the mobile homepage. However it is not serving on the article pages. The site is mainstrock.com. I do NOT have any plugins that would interfere with this, and the only thing on my site is Newspaper theme related. As mentioned the mobile ads are working on the homepage, they are just not being served on the article pages – You can see the word Advertising from the widget, but the ad itself is not appearing.
Thank you.
I recently applied the mobile theme plugin to my website and notice that the text of my posts goes from screen edge to screen edge, without any padding, which looks really weird. How do I fix this?
Hello, I’m new to this theme and I would have liked to know what to do to delete all the articles that appear at the bottom of my home page on the computer version and not mobile please. I am not talking about the footer but many articles. Here is my site: http://www.2pac-legacy.fr. I do not find where to delete in my editor it does not appear. In advance thank you for your help. (Sorry for my english, i’m french)
1. Google for mobile to mobile ad allows 320×50 when I create this size and pass the client and slot to the Header Ad of the AMP setting then it does not take the 320×50 into account, it makes it bigger and square.
2. I’ve deactivated creating photos for 265 x 198 and I do not have such thumbnails. How do I make another choice or totally remove your own Related Posts Module and place a Matched content unit;
3. the already existing post will appear on google as amp OR applies only to the articles I add by activating the plugin afterwards?
4. embed code Instagram does not display the post with the photo. no solution?
I have activated the plugin but it is not index amp version, even I have submitted the site to google.
I have another site also where the same theme is there but there I have installed amp plugin AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages I got indexed within a day.
Can you please tell what can be the problem.
Hi All,
I’m looking to edit the header of the mobile version of the blog page from black to white. The desktop version is showing white, so not too sure where the edit is required. The code area to be changed on the mobile version is :
id=”td-header-menu” role=”navigation”
Thank you,
Hi, Please read this guide to learn how the mobile theme plugin handles pages: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
It seems you are using the mobile theme plugin. If you want to keep the demo style intact on mobile devices as well, then please deactivate the mobile theme and use the standard responsive layout instead.
Thank you!
Hello goldleon,
Sorry but the theme does not have such a feature. AMP was not created in this regard. Please read this guide to learn how AMP works: https://www.searchenginejournal.com/difference-accelerated-mobile-pages-amp-mobile-friendly-pages/172967/
Thank you!
Hello EnzioArdesch,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option in Theme panel that allows you a way to customize the mobile page and what kind of page to be displayed for these devices, sorry! Keep in mind that the theme has two option for mobile devices -> Mobile Theme plugin which has an own layout and the general responsive mobile which display the exact desktop layout for mobile in responsive mode. If you want additional customizations you should consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for the message!
I’d like to change the font type and size of my article titles on category pages on mobile. They look fine on desktop but too big on mobile. Since there’s no way to edit category pages with TD Composer, I’m finding it difficult to change it. Help, please!

Hi. So I was trying to make some changes to the mobile plugin but I still cannot figure how to show related posts in the theme files. I can see there is a code in the files to show the posts, but I wonder if they are hidden with CSS? How do I show the related posts? Second, I would suggest you make the mobile plugin folder inside the theme to be compatible with the child theme (for those who want to make style the appearance of their mobile sites).
That is only possible if you disable the mobile plugin (to show the responsive version of the theme).
You will have to use the tagdiv mobile plugin and create a new menu and assign it to the mobile header. (I don’t work here).
