Hello,
Unfortunately we have not tested the facebook comments neither in the main theme nor the mobile theme so i cannot provide any official solution. You will have to alter the mobile theme template and replace the comments with the facebook comments: https://www.screencast.com/t/WXSIBr33bC
Thank you!
Hello,
The mobile theme requires you to place the code in the mobile theme options as well:

Hello tagdiv,
I have used a custom font in our site thither.website/wbg
We used a woff file which came with the font files we purchased, once uploaded.
There is a issue of it not appearing in all the devices. We thought it was a caching issue but it doesnt get resolved even upon clearing cache.
Most devices especially mobile devices cant read the font.
Currently we can add 3 custom fonts (Refer to http://imgur.com/a/S2Ore)
can you help us to add more because there are many extensions for each font. (Such as bold italics and etc.) Refer to http://i.imgur.com/lBBpHH0.png
Hello,
Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
You will see in the big red square that the mobile theme does not use visual composer.
You can make the mobile theme appear on mobile devices and the standard theme on desktop. This is the default mobile theme implementation.
Thanks.
Hello,
Sorry but this means your js ‘broke’ Try the search icon or the mobile menu as well.
We do not recommend the js minification at all.
Thank you!
Hello,
This is because you use the mobile theme plugin. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
1) I’m not sure what you are referring to. The mobile content is full width, not narrow and the mobile theme is not supposed to show up on tablets. It is limited to 768 px width. Anything over 768 pixels will get the standard responsive version of the theme You may be experiencing some issues with the mobile theme on your site. Please provide a link so I can inspect it.
2) Disqus is not a tested and recommended plugin. Untested plugins could have css styling issues.
3) Please test this gallery on your tablet and see if it’s the same: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-aston-villa-beat-liverpool-to-join-arsenal-in-the-fa-cup-final/
Thank you!
Hello deambris,
If you want to display the excerpts for Block 12 on mobile devices (without using the Mobile theme plugin) you should use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
@media (max-width: 767px)
.td_module_11 .td-excerpt {
display:block!important;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Ip71txXS9IRo
Thanks.
1- I opened a couple of pages, but I realised that none is showing on mobile site but on desktop. Is the problem from the theme? How can it be fixed?
2- I uploaded a logo following documentation, but the logo not showing if I click on the link from Facebook. How can that be corrected?
Thank you
Hi there,
Can you help me to implement auto load next post plugin to newspaper theme, work for desktop version and mobile theme?
Regards
Hamzah
I deactivated mobile plugin to see what it’d do and then tried to reactive it and got this error –
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Mobile_Detect in /wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/Mobile_Detect.php on line 29
I already tried reinstalling it but it keeps same error. Any fix?
Also, what does mobile theme do specifically? Responsive site looks nice on mobile, so is it mainly just a site performance thing?
Can you customize the mobile theme without writing code?
All I want on the mobile theme is a block or two, am I stuck with the default mobile theme/the rendition of the homepage with the theme deactivated?
Hi all

Hello,
I have issue with mobile version of the theme. I’ve configured it but it switches on/off. Sometimes when I test it with my mobile phone I see mobile version of standard theme instead, sometimes mobile theme.
It falls back to the standard responsive theme. It looks like some changes are switching it back.
My website is http://bajki-zasypianki.pl
How can I ensure that mobile theme is visible for mobile all the times?
Thanks,
— Pawel
The difference is not to be overlooked. I beg you. Look at my first screenshot and then second. The introduction of the text in the second is quite different from the first. Even in the further course of the text, this looks just shitty when the mobile design is not displayed. For example, the ad banner is left-aligned, just like the entire text, which is normally a block sentence. Do you see what I mean?
Hi Guys
Where is the best place to add the facebook comments code in the mobile themes file. For example if you want it right above the normal wordpress comments box.
Hello,
I’d like to leave just the facebook sharing button on top and bottom of posts on mobile theme. I’ve managed to do it on desktop theme with css update but same solution doesn’t work on mobile theme – 4 buttons still show up there. Please advice how to hide all except facebook or as last resort – all of them.
Thanks,
— Pawel
Hello,
I’d like to include email subscribe form that would show up at bottom of the pages and posts (below content, above comments). Please advice how to include it so it works on desktop and mobile themes.
Thanks,
— Pawel
Hi,
May be my question was answered somewhere but I am having a serious problem on my site http://www.midronepro.com.
When I click on the mobile button sometimes it works and show the menu and sometimes there is no reaction and I see a symbol # at the end of the url!!!1
can you please help?
Hi, I asked the same thing some time ago. The solution proposed by Simion unfortunately doesn’t show the title of the post, so !SUGGESTION a single image in big grid style would be appreciated in one of the next updates.
For Lynden: I have achieved an acceptable result by using a slider (set to show only one post) and hiding the side arrows with a little of custom css.
This result THOUGH is not optimal on mobile devices, as the image appears slightly different than the big grid images.
hi there, same question, but for tagdiv mobile theme. Is it mobile theme use same name container? If deferent, can tou tell me what the name is?
example :
Content Container (e.g.main.site-main)
Post Title Selector (e.g. h1.entry-title)
Post Navigation Container (e.g. nav.post-navigation)
Comments Container (e.g. div#comments)
Is there a way I can use the mobile theme AND the visual composer. For example can I make the mobile theme appear on mobile devices and the visual composer contents appear on desktop?
My site does not appear in the mobile version as it appears in the desktop version. The mobile only looks at the latest posts. What can I do?
