It would be great, if we had additional options in the mobile theme.
#1, different layouts for the top of the home page article layouts. The current option, does not look too great, even on phones. There are only 3 articles showing, and they are too narrow. This is especially worse while viewing the pages on any tablet. It’s a very long image box, showing the article preview. In Tablet mode, it would be better in a grid like format.
#2, Improve formatting for Disqus. Currently, it has no padding on the left/right side of the block for the Disqus section.
#3, the TagDiv galleries, are showing images that are too small in Tablets. It would be great to add some additional settings to handle these issues.
Yes, but I don’t want excerpt for latest articles, which I don’t use. I asked just for block 12.
It’s a nonsense that any block/module with excerpt for desktop shows an excerpt also for mobile but block 11/12.
Hello deambris,
Unfortunately, our mobile theme does not have any such an option that allows you to display the Excerpts for Latest Articles section, sorry! If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for the message!
Hello kostaskir,
I have inspected your website on mobile mode and I saw that your top Big Grid does not show as properly the featured images. Also, I have noticed that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

hello,
i would need to modify the mobile/responsive layout of my website http://www.factoryitali.com whenever is possible.
One of the most important matter is that looking inside the categories you will see the sidebar first and then the items i sell. In fact to see them you shall scroll down all the sidebar out.
Is there a way to move the sidebar below my products?
second question: is is possible to increase the item’s preview size on that page?
many thanks in advance,
Fabio
Hello,
On the mobile theme the top grid in each category does not display the relevant images.
The images in the latest articles work fine though.
The url is http://www.hardmusic.gr
Thank you for your time.
It seems the menufication plugin is causing the menu on the mobile theme.
The photon is a setting of jetpack tjhat is known to cause issues with our theme. Jetpack has grown into a huge plugin with lots and lots of settings and unfortunately not all opf them work properly. Photon is known to cause image issues.
Please remove menufication if you want to have a proper mobile theme header or use the code above as I have tested it again and it works properly. you probably have an open css tag in your custm css code already present before adding this one. That is the most common issue with css that does not apply. Here is an example of how the code applies from our side:

Thank you!
Hello,
This could be a caching related issue as I see you get the mobile version of the site on desktop, tablet and mobile phones. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use a cdn pleas eonly use these settings:https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Also contact your hosting provider and have them disable any hosting side cache as this tends to be the case more and more these days.
Thank you!
on mobile wen you has activated mobile plugin you cant load pages, only posts. Thats what mobile plugin does because dont use a lot of code like visual composer, and other extra elements
Same here. I’m using Ultimate Member plugin for registration/login, so the animation is what I need removed. I want to keep the avatar, signup, and login blocks, just not the animation that prompts to signup. Been digging around in the files, which parts should be commented out? Desktop is fine, I was able to change that, but mobile even when I add the ultimate member links to /wp-content/themes/Newspaper/mobile/parts.login.php, it still shows the animation in between and when hitting the back button.
Hello guys,
I spent hours of googling, but nothing helped. I want to change header url from default to different page. When visitor clicks on header image (or logo) now is automatically redirected to homepage. How do I customize the link?
As far as I know, I have to edit header.php, but have no idea where should I place desired link.
All the best

Hello,
I have installed the Mobile theme (which is great!) in my site http://www.videosupporters.com, but there are some options of the menu that aren´t working well – for example, if you select in the menu the option “Send a video”, on the desktop version it works well (http://videosupporters.com/front-submission/), but in the mobile it doesn´t work (it only appears the message “front submission”, which is the name that I gave to the form).
What is going wrong?
Thank you.
Best regards!
Hello,
This happened all of the sudden today and I have no idea why. For some reason, all of my sidebar content is now showing up below the article even on a desktop.
Essentially, the sidebar is appearing in its mobile position even when there is a full desktop resolution. All of my ads, FB signup, etc. on the sidebar is now below the article. As this website is my business, this is very important to be fixed as soon as possible.
Thanks in advance for the help. An example can be seen at the following article: http://brick.shorebeat.com/2017/01/cops-thieves-targeted-three-brick-pre-schools-this-morning/
Thanks
Daniel
Theme problem in mobile version: https://www.screencast.com/t/E1szjpF8Yc
No excerpt for block 12 in mobile version: https://www.screencast.com/t/sRrGWyJi4QNW
:/
Neither in this way it works. There is a comment with a x which says: “expected LBRACE at the line 2, col 1”. Furthermore the theme zooms in and zooms out in mobile version, and it’s not fully centered.
Regards

Hello c.schwalm,
Yes, the above code does not work on the mobile editor, because the mobile theme does not recognize the Visual Composer code. For more information about mobile theme, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hello ekwutosi,
I have inspected your website on mobile (iPhone 6S Plus) and I did not saw any problems regarding on your post images. Everything seems to work as properly. -> https://www.screencast.com/t/WnqnEL8Y Please provide some useful screenshots which exemplify the problem.
Thanks for the message!
Hello 12familyde,
I have checked your website and I did not saw any problems with your menu on mobile mode, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9IVCcmNGD6. It seems to be a caching problem generated by your caching plugin. Try to clear all your caches, purge all CDN files and check the results. Also, try to clear the server cache from your dedicated server. If you do not have any permissions in this regard you should contact the hosting provider and request this task.
Thanks for the message!

Hi
How to delete “Sign in” from the menu in the mobile version
http://prntscr.com/dumvgj
Dear Tagdiv-support,
we are using this code-block to gather posts from wordpress:
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_text_separator title="Hier finden Sie aktuelle Gewinnspiele aus allen Magazinen"][td_block_15 custom_title="" category_id="44" limit="50" td_ajax_filter_ids="45,46,47,48"][/vc_column][/vc_row]
The above code does not work on the mobile editor. What code do we use to get the exact same posts for mobile users?
Thank you
Hi Tagdiv-Team,
there are some reeeally strange things happening on my site 😉 …
Some customers wrote us, that our mobile menu sometimes shows chinese symbols, although our site is completely in german. I have checked this: an they are telling the truth!
After some pageviews the mobile menu shows up in chinese (or asian or whatever symbols). This only seems to affect the mobile part of the site…
I don’t know what happened! 🙁
site is: https://www.1-2-family.de
Warmest regards
Torstens
Hello,
Please remove the blocks from the mobile editor as the obile theme will not render visual composer blocks. If you add block shortcodes in the mobile editor, they will show up as code on the page itself.
Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
