If you use the mobile theme, please update your theme to the latest version (7.5) and also update the mobile theme plugin by deleting your currently installed one and installing the one that is bundled with the latest version of the theme.

Unfortunately the mobile theme does not have any options to remove the footer about us section. It can be done however using a custom css code:
.td-mobile-footer-wrap .td-footer-description{
display:none;
}
Add this code in the theme panel->custom css box.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to create a new mobile menu, sorry! As you can see, the theme has been designed to use only the default mobile menu which is created by default and if you want to add or create another one, with other functionalities and design you should do it yourself or if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry! Another alternative for you would be to find a plugin which has this functionality and check the results.

If you add padding to your posts but do not want it on mobile phones, you should use css media queries for the padding. Make the padding only apply to the desktop screen size, not all sizes. Here are the screen sizes for each viewport: http://screencast.com/t/FInLEOh2
Here is an example on how to exclude the mobile phones from a css code:

@media (min-width:767px){
add your css here
}

As for the article inline ads, there is no simple way to remove a particular ad. The ad system places the ads site-wide, not in particular. If your ad is non-adsense you can hide it with css with display:none, but if the aed is adsense you will have to create conditions in the code and remove it for a specific post ID.

I have tested the solution before I provided it. It worked fine on my end. I forgot to put the code inside the “code” tag though and the forum could have converted the comma’s I have edited my reply so try the code again as it;s now inside a code tag and it should run properly. After you implement it as i have shown in my screenshot, make sure you have an ad code in the article bottom ad in the mobile theme like so: http://screencast.com/t/4rL35mWqrXNU

The basic settings for the mobile menu are found under the theme panel mobile theme section.
If you want extra css styling for the menu you will have to be more specific. The everything you want changed that is not available in the theme panel has to be coded in.
A font family for the menu can be added like so:
.td-mobile-content li a{
font-family: myfontfamily;
font-weight:900;
}

Margins are a bit more complicated as it depends how you want them.

We have not officially tested the mobile theme with a child theme so I cannot offer a precise answer. You will have to try and see if the result works or not from the child theme. We have not added any special implementation for the mobile child theme.
