Hi,
This issue can be solved by css code because the ads can be targeted if you use the code in custom ads(I already provided to you an idea above): http://screencast.com/t/h31va6BUcT
.single .td-a-rec-id-custom_ad_1 {
float: left;
}
And like I said you can also hide it on mobile from Theme Panel options. Let me know how it goes!
Thanks!
Hi,
You also can change the image size in module 10 and use a fixed width(how it is by default) for desktop an tablet screens. And like this you will have a quality image on mobiles.
So you can add td_681x0 like in your example in module 10 file: http://screencast.com/t/uYz5hL5kgu6t and apply this css using @media queries: http://screencast.com/t/AlzFFuz5Obu
@media(min-width: 768px){
.td_module_10 .td-module-thumb .entry-thumb{
width: 180px;
}
Result on mobile screen: http://screencast.com/t/YDvcwHq9h
Hope this helps!

When I do that, the ads look like this, not side by side, but one above the other: http://www.screencast.com/t/P1yfsvoaT6J5
And I want the ads like this: http://www.screencast.com/t/d5adyO8674y
The only way that i made that possible was with the code directly in the loop single, when i put the code in theme panel, with the command <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[td_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_1″]’); ?>
<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[td_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]’); ?> the ads look like in the first image.
The problem is that with the code in loop single i can’t define just one ad in mobile.
Thanks!
Hi,
If you want to remove category tag you can do this from Theme Panel > Categories > each category: http://screencast.com/t/VR6iisBiw
Or you can use this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css if you want to hide it only for mobile view: http://screencast.com/t/CDsaUjvvbkJG
@media (max-width: 767px){
.single .td-category{
display: none;
}
}
Thanks!
Hi,
Please make a new topic for your posts!
The mobile version of your site contains the same content as your homepage dose on desktop but styled different.
At the moment thew theme doesn’t have settings to change the mobile version content or layout so this is only possible with custom modifications.
We can’t offer custom work now so if you really need this I suggest you hire a developer or a freelancer to help you with this.
We plan to change the mobile system/layout in the future but we haven’t decided on anything yet so I can provide any info on this.
Thanks
I can’t do it in the Theme Panel, because I had to put the code inside the loop single.php directly. Here’s a example http://www.tabrutal.pt/ve-como-eles-estao-diferentes-o-antes-e-o-depois-de-34-celebridades/
And here´s the code: http://www.screencast.com/t/1XYnmuUUk
This is all right, the problem is in mobile, i can’t have 2 ads next to another, http://www.screencast.com/t/9dQdirWFE
Thanks!
I’ve worked on this solution. I’m not a great expert but it seems to work.
I’ve done this way because images with aspect ratio 180x135px are too high for mobile.
The only problem should be that it loads in background both 180×135 and 681×0 images and then only shows one of them, right? Since the images I want to hide on mobile are 180×135 (few KBs each one), it shouldn’t be a big problem for performance on mobile, and on PC the impact should be minimum as everyone should have a connection able to download quickly 6 681×0 images. Basically, performances should be almost identical if using M14 as default, right?
Of course, it would be better to load only the necessary image, but I’ve no idea if it’s possible.
td_module_10.php
<div class="personal_hide_mobile_module_10">
<?php echo $this->get_image('td_180x135');?>
</div>
<div class="personal_show_mobile_module_10">
<?php echo $this->get_image('td_681x0');?>
</div>
.css
@media (max-width: 768px) {
.personal_show_mobile_module_10{
display: inline;
}
.personal_hide_mobile_module_10{
display: none;
}
}
@media (min-width: 768px) {
.personal_show_mobile_module_10{
display: none;
}
.personal_hide_mobile_module_10{
display: inline;
}
}

Hi.
I have installed on my site (www.cronachedipuglia.it) plugin for Facebook comments.
This plugin it’s compatible with my wp version.
I don’t have a problem from desktop but if i open my site from mobile smartphone, i don’t watch space for Facebook Comments.
Why?
Hi,
You can add an extra class to the sidebar column and use that class to hide sidebar on mobile: http://screencast.com/t/iza4uIDLEfd
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.yourclass{
display: none;
}
}
Hope this helps!
example.com/search adress give 404 problem in webmaster tools.
var tds_snap_menu=”snap”;
var tds_header_style=”6″;
var tds_mobile_swipe=””;
var td_search_url=”http://www.example.com/search/”;
var td_please_wait=
How can we fix it ?
Is there any way to hide this code on mobile version? I just want the 2 ads to show in Desktop or tablet version, in mobile i want to put just one ad.
———————————————————————————-

So i have one more question.
How can i change layout in my mobile screen?
i wanna shown one big slider and under two column picture in mobile or small monitor.
but now just one column~
for example
now my theme is like this in mobile(when shown mobile screen)
one big slide and under just 1 column
but i wish like this shape in mobile
big slider and under column should separate~
like a masonry~
at the least shown 4~6 posts(2 column) in mobile screen
but now i can just 2 posts
So i will waiting your kind answer.
see you lucian ^^*
Thanks for your reply.
I did fix it, but now i have a different problem.
The reason i had custom css that hide all span4 is because on an RTL site, the sidebar appeared above the post content on mobile devices, so your solution (i saw it on another thread) was that custom css to hide all span4.
Now the recent posts apear on the Home Page, but the sidebar is showing as well.
Is there a way around this?
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately that happens as the module uses a small thumb and on mobiles it gets enlarged (stretched) via css.
If you don’t mind using a larger thumb image for module 10 thumbs you could try to change the thumb size for it. Edit the td_config file and change the width and height of the thumb from here: http://screencast.com/t/oaBaVnCOMDW ..then regenerate thumbnails using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-fix-strange-thumbnails/
Please also consider that changing this thumb sizes will also affect mega menu and block 11 which also use this thumbs.
Or you can use the same size for images like there are on desktop also on mobile screen using this custom css: http://screencast.com/t/ALLD1c6teqj
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td_module_10 .td-module-thumb {
width: 180px;
}
}
Hope this helps!

Hello, if I use M10 to show latest article on my homepage, images on mobile (windows phone) are low quality. How can I solve this?
I’d suggest you also to fix this in the next update.
Hey,
For some reason recent posts from Block 7 on Home Page don’t show up on mobile devices.
It only shows the main slide, and under that is shows the ‘load more posts’ (it’s in hebrew). but when i press it nothing happens.
What i want is to show recent posts from Block 7, without the ‘load more’.
I attached 2 screen shots: one is a mobile view, and the other is the Home Page layout from the Admin.
Mobile: http://tinypic.com/r/2u4j6s2/8
HomePage: http://tinypic.com/r/5cx54j/8
Thanks
Hi,
Your class was added to the block div and you added css code to display none on mobile view, but the container div had display block, so probably your class(css code) was so powerful to overwrite container css: http://screencast.com/t/tm7HGeUSeJNE
So that’s why I said above to add the class to the column.
Hope this helps and I’m glad that you managed to solve this!
What I am trying to do is hide the Quick Links section when viewed on a mobile device. I have added a media query in my CSS which is being used on the web site. It works when I resize my desktop browser but when I view the page on my mobile device (iOS) the Quick Links section is still displayed.
I am using the custom class .quick-links for the Quick Links section.
Any help would be appreciated.
I received a message from Google Webmaster:
Google systems have tested 16 pages from your site and found that 63% of them have critical mobile usability errors.
Here are the errors on my website: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.aroundtheplanet.org%2Fgrandmas-dim-sum-flushing-restaurant-review%2F&hl=en&priorityGroup=usability&tab=mobile&utm_source=wmx&utm_campaign=wmx_mobilepsi
Could you guys fix it to make it mobile friendly?
Thanks
Hi,
Please use this css for menu height on mobile view in Theme Panel > Custom Css: http://screencast.com/t/CPTTypfV7yN
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-menu-wrap{
height: 65px;
}
}
And you can increase padding in the css that Lucian provided to you.
Hope this helps!
I just tried that and it helps, but it still needs some improvement.
The logo is kind of shrunk with the 48px height, and I also need some padding above and below the logo.
How can I increase the the height of the menu area on mobile view? I can play with the height and the padding to make the logo sit nicely.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please provide more details about the issue also please disable all plugins leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and check if you still have issues. Your mobile menu seems to work fine: http://screencast.com/t/awGeyuHYd
You also have an js error in console from a plugin: http://screencast.com/t/yaRClY8oQqq
Thanks!
Hi,
I have checked your site and seems that your css doesn’t apply on mobile screens, so please try to add a class to the colums and apply the css to that class: http://screencast.com/t/us9HerfQVi4U
Hope this helps!
I am having trouble hiding a div when my web site is viewed on an iOS device. When I resize Firefox and Safari the div does disappear. But when I view the page on my iPhone 5s and iPad, the div is still being displayed. Can someone check this behavior out on their mobile phone and desktop?
Thanks!
David
The navigation is broken on mobile (phones) as well.
