Hi there,
We had been using the mobile theme on https://entertainment-focus.com without issue but earlier this morning it just stopped working. We haven’t installed any new plugins or updated any but when the mobile theme is enabled it shows a critical error. For the time being I’ve had to deactivate it so our site works on mobile.
After speaking to our hosts, they provided the following information:

How do we resolve this as we’d really like to use the mobile theme – it’s much better speed and performance-wise.

I’m trying to change the Date and Reply font colour to dark, since Google PageSpeed Insights is saying the colour ratio is not enough to read.
I tried but it’s not changing, so am not sure which option I have to modify.

For creating a posts issue, please deactivate, delete, and reinstall tagDiv Composer from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.
For the amp and mobile theme, we are still investigating.

Same here. My site CuriousMatrix.com was returning errors on mobile. After turning of mobile plugin it seems that everything is ok, however site is not mobile optimized as it is with mobile plugin.
Dear Tagdiv. please fix this issue, as it relates to our site using a mobile theme and AMP plugin.
just to clarify as soon as upgraded to WordPress 6.4 the critical error appeared on mobile but didn’t on the desktop version. deactivating the mobile plugin bring back the site on the mobile.

the error “there is a serious error on your website” appears when activating the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin. This error is visible only on mobile. if I deactivate the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, the error goes away. Please fix the solution.
Your mobile theme doesn’t work with wordpress 6.4. FIX IT ASAP. You negligence and unprofessionalism is obvious as all of us already know that the wordpress publishes betas for developers so they could test their products before official release is available to public consumers.

You need to disable the mobile theme and amp to have mobile responsive version.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions

If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).

The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

This mobile contact page is overwritten by the Mobile theme plugin, which is why the layout has changed. Edit the desktop version of your homepage with Gutenberg and disable the Mobile theme: https://prnt.sc/BZVdi5tHDCuP

I have the same problem, I had to deactivate the mobile theme div tag plugin
I have the mobile theme activated in the theme panel and i have tried everything I could to make the contact page for the mobile theme and nothing is showwing up. Ive tried column text, using the code and saving. Still nothing. this theme is becoming fustrating.
How can I style the “wp_block” to look like position 2 in the image? For example, to have the image and text on a gray background plus 5px padding?

Youtube videos not starting even not showing place holder in article posts. In home page there are place holder and play button but not starts videos. Desktop version is ok and flawless but mobile theme version broken.
