The problem you have with adjusting the image on mobile is due to the fact that you use an element that sets the image with css, and due to the fact that the image is very wide, on mobile, it must be smaller to be displayed – https://i.imgur.com/w3FiOgi.png or you can replace the element with the featured image.
Thank you!

Hi,
As I said, the slide element, if it is set in the header, will run all the time and when you are on mobile, even if it does not appear on mobile, it will run (on mobile it is only hidden).
If you want to have an automatic slider in the header and it won’t be a problem even on mobile, I recommend using a revolution slider.
Thank you!

Hi creativeopole,
I’m sorry that you can’t create the shop you want with our theme. For the moment on the shop side, our theme can only create shops similar to our demos: – https://i.imgur.com/2Q9ugSI.jpg if it’s an option on one of these demos you need, then it’s in the theme, if the demos don’t have the option you want, then it doesn’t exist in the theme.

1. The background image can be changed for the mobile menu from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/yVwO7f0.png

2. The mobile menu elements can be adjusted using the settings from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/JCUsXnG.png

Thank you!

Hi,
I think you manually set the link on the logo element. Please edit the home page with tagDiv Composer and check the link to the header logo and the sticky logo on the mobile version – https://i.imgur.com/Owo4E0h.png
Thank you!

I am having issues with the theme and the updates. I accidentally ran the most recent update, and the default header I was using is no longer an option in the dashboard, and now I have to use a cloud version. This has messed up the ad serving with desktop and mobile. It was working great, and the update killed it. I had DFP serving 728×90 on desktop and 300×250 on mobile for the top leaderboard. Not the mobile ad is gone, and I have no idea what to do. Is there any way to dump these cloud elements and get the theme back to allow for the header and ad design in the dashboard? https://www.lagunabeachindy.com/

I am trying to find where to adjust the display none for desktop.

Basically what I am trying to do is change the size that tells the side bar to hide in a desktop browser if someone should narrow the window. I tried to add a css code but that’s not working. I saw an inline code but once I changed that it didn’t work either.

I usually have multiple windows up during OBS live streaming. Once I begin to make the window for the website more narrow the side bar stays there when I would like for it to disappear. I don’t want the side bar showing in the live streams. I just want the article to take more of the screen.

I don’t wish to hide the sidebar on mobile or table etc. Just for landscape desktop once the screen has been narrowed to a certain point. So, say the size to hide the Side bar is 768px wide – for desktop I want to increase that so that the side bar hides at a wider px

Hi,

If you made a custom CSS and you use a mobile theme, then you need to add the code in the Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Custom code -> custom css.

Thank you!

CSS styling for background color for text in articles is not working on mobile. It was pasted in Theme File Editor. However, the styling is only working on desktop but not mobile. The mobile theme plugin has been activated. How do I get it work on both desktop and mobile?

Hello Ahmed,

Thanks Happy Easter to you too.
I checked and now you have activated the mobile theme plugin and now there is a background color -> https://we.tl/t-Aq1lEBShDh

Hello, what logo dimension for mobile is more ideal for a six lettered word logo?
Would the recommended 230 x 90 work?

Hi Calin

Thanks for getting back to me. I’m not sure what you mean with ‘if the response version is used’. I’m not entirely sure what you mean with a mobile page template either, as our issue is in the header, and not with a specific page or post template. I’ve attached a video that showcases the issue: https://youtu.be/ywrgYEud1pE

Unfortunately using the mobile theme plugin is not an option either, as it also has a problem where it doesn’t use the right localization: it always shows up in English while we’re hosting a Dutch site. So it’s not adhering to the WordPress site settings on that front.

Thanks in advance!

Hello, how to solve the problem with the menu on mobile devices?

1. Changing the background of the image in the menu on the mobile device
2. Changing the navigation color after hovering over the inscription

Hello,

If the responsive version is used, then even if the slide element is set in the header, it will also run when the responsive version is accessed. It is best if that element is desired not to be on the car or to use a mobile page template or mobile theme plugin.

Thank you!

Hello byothe,
I see. What I can recommend now is to update the theme to 12.3.1, clear all cache and check to see if the problem persists. If persists, please use the time machine to use an old theme version – https://i.imgur.com/RHjE6MD.png try v12 and let us know if the problem is resolved.
Normally we didn’t change anything related to the responsive version on mobile, it is possible to be something else.
Thank you!

Hello,
If you are using the responsive version, then you can remove the ad banner using the theme panel option – https://i.imgur.com/UMekhGI.png if is an adsense code, then you need to use a code like this one – https://wpadvancedads.com/disable-adsense-on-mobile-devices/
I hope this will help you!

Hello:)
How are you doing? Happy Easter
Sorry for the late reply, I way away for a while.
So, I did what you indicated and changed the header background on mobile from black to white. However, it is still showing the same thing. May be you check it for me on your mobile?
Thank you very much in advance
Ahmed

The TagDiv Newspaper Temeplate does not support more than one mobile menus. You can have two on Desktop view. eg. like a top menu and a header menu but this is not possible in mobile (mainly because there is only one variale for menu on mobile [ header-menu-mobile ]. There needs to be header-menu-mobile_right & header-menu-mobile_left if the user chooses to have two menus)

Hi

I’d like to report a bug with the ‘Slide’ element for images where the ‘Autoplay slider (at x seconds)’ setting makes our website freeze or crash after x seconds.

For our desktop version of the website, we have a Slide element in our header, showcasing some bigger stories. On desktop, this all works fine.
On our mobile version of the website, the header does not contain this Slide element, but it makes the website crash nonetheless if a value has been filled in that particular setting. After x seconds, the website stops loading images and backgrounds become white and becomes unresponsive. After a while, the browser notifies that a script is blocking the page and I’m asked to stop it from running. This only happens on our mobile header.

Hi Anamaria,

You say I can’t use two menu but the desktop will show top menu and main nav menus. Why can’t I have two hamburger icons in mobile mode?
I cannot do it with Newspaper theme but I’ve downloaded a mobile menu plugin that allows me to have left menu and right menu. So it is possible.
https://cateringtrader.co.uk

I don’t want to use another plugin, tagdiv composer should be able to do this.

Also, The mobile menu close “X” is not visible.

Hello!

I can see that is broken on mobile and you can not solve it with CSS code.
Please ask the revolution slider theme’s plugin. Are you sure you’ve created also a responsive version?
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!
