Hi,
am using the mobile theme only for AMP on https://tinyurl.com/wn4239zr. In addition, I’m using cloud templates for the standard site. I’m wondering, how can I bring the AMP as close as possible to the structure of the standard site? In this case especially, I’m trying to integrate the prev-next post element on top and bottom of each post.
Thanks,
eC
I’m working on a mobile page for my site. The Slide block looks like a good way to show a section of articles without taking up much horizontal space. Unfortunately the blue arrows shown here do not appear on mobile unless the user taps on the block in the first place. This means it isn’t obvious at a glance that the module can be scrolled. How can I make the arrows stay visible permanently?
Beyond that fix, ideally I would like to make the module look like this, such that the next image is hanging off the side of the page to imply that there is more to scroll to.
Is it possible to use infinite schroll on the mobile theme ? If so, how to?
Maria
I have removed the “hide image” in Mobile Theme but,
As you may confirm, in Mobile, it shows the image and the audio control now
but not in AMP.
The article/Audio Link: https://noticiaslx.pt/2023/02/02/loures-apresentacao-publica-metro-ligeiro-palacio-dos-marqueses-parque-da-cidade/
Thanks

Hi
how to modify mobile menu background?
Many thanks
I’m getting the following error on mobile. This happens on all pages unless I turn off the mobile theme for that post.
function wpb_alter_comment_form_fields($fields) { // Modify Name Field and show that it’s Optional $fields[‘author’] = ‘
‘ . ” . __( ‘Name (Optional)’ ) . ‘ ‘ . ( $req ? ‘*’ : ” ) . ‘
‘; // Modify Email Field and show that it’s Optional $fields[’email’] = ‘
‘ . __( ‘Email (Optional)’, ‘twentythirteen’ ) . ‘ ‘ . ( $req ? ‘*’ : ” ) . ‘
‘; // This line removes the website URL from comment form. $fields[‘url’] = ”; return $fields; } add_filter(‘comment_form_default_fields’, ‘wpb_alter_comment_form_fields’);

Hello, our blog is https://mifamiliaviajera.com. We have change the appearence of the page, and all the images were shown correctly, then I have change my image compression plugin from smush to ewww image, and all the images in the website looks good.
Today I have published a new article, and we can´t see the featured image of this article on the main page (in both mobile and desktop versions), can it be a problem of the plugin?
Thank you
Ana
Hi Bettina thanks!
This is a never ending story…
Im using Amp whit good results, i have only 1 problem, when i open on mobile sometime comes out desktop theme and when i open on desktop comes out desktop theme but if you empty cash form backend everything goes ok. Ho can i solve this problem? If you need credential tell me…
Hi
I just figured out the solution and must say your explanation could have been better.
The solution:
on page editor you have 2 versions:
1 version form editing shortcode for desktop versions
1 version foir editing shortcode for mobile version
I was not aware of the mobile version shortcode had to be on the mobile version below the desktop version. But I figured out myself that the solution was horribly simple.
Maria
Hello,
As I said above, on mobile theme, you cannot add shortcodes, only text in the mobile editor; please check the documentation.
So, if you want to have the functionality on the desktop, you have to deactivate the mobile theme plugin because it has a standard structure for posts/pages.
Thank you!
Hi
I did everything correct with the mobile theme. The shoppingcart is not active and showing with the mobile theme.
And you did not answer my question, please read it again, why is the shoppindcart not showing after turning on mobile theme?
Maria
Hi again, an update here – I noticed that the mobile homepage is not working whenever I log out of the WP admin panel. No idea why this is happening, as I said the mobile homepage was working fine in my previous staging website.
Check out demo.mamapeinao.gr (problematic mobile page) vs dev.mamapeinao.gr (mobile page works fine).
Can you advise?
Thank you Anamaria.
Deactivating the mobile theme plugin restores the Account functionalities.
I’ll read the content of your link this afternoon.
Thanks again.
Regards.
Carlos.
Hello @Gary_Port !
This site can’t be reached. Make it global, please, or check if you do not have the mobile theme plugin or AMP installed.
Thank you!
Hi, my staging website is demo.mamapeinao.gr and yesterday I noticed that the mobile homepage I had built wasn’t showing on mobile devices. I went to the back-end and re-edited the mobile homepage, and it showed up again on mobile devices. This morning, the mobile page couldn’t show again. Instead, it was showing the desktop homepage.
I got back to the admin, clicked on edit mobile template, just saved without making any changes, and the mobile page worked again.
Can you tell me why this is happening and how to fix it? I was using the theme on another staging version of the website before this migration (dev.mamapeinao.gr) and the website was working fine on mobile and desktop. This new staging domain has issues with mobile.
Hi,
Please check if you have activated the mobile theme plugin; if yes, deactivate it.
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose your mobile version.
Thank you!
Hello,
For AMP, the settings are from Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme, so if you hide the featured image from Mobile Theme, you hide it also for AMP.
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose your mobile version.
Thank you!
Hello,
Did you activate the amp plugin, and did the mobile theme not? Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose your mobile version.
Thank you!
Hello Maria,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Better deactivate the mobile theme plugin.
Thank you!
I was working on a Cloud Template mobile page when I attempted to copy the style from one block and paste it to another. Next thing I know my page shows completely blank and is giving me this error: https://imgur.com/a/ml6idFu
Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z didn’t fix the issue. I saved the page, closed it, and opened it again, but it is still stuck in this state. I’ve spent many hours building this page and need to recover it.
I assume the shortcodes got malformed when attempting to paste the style; normally I would look into the tagDiv Composer code for the page to see if I could spot an issue, but since this is a Cloud Template, I’m not sure how to access the underlying WordPress page that it represents.
I am having a mobile menu problem as well. It works fine on my homepage, but not on any other page. http://www.nydivorcefact.com.
Okay, that’s unfortunately not what I wanted to hear, I hope you can add support for TDcomposer to the Mobile theme soon.
Have a nice day

Hi
it is not possible to add products to shopping cart after I installed mobile theme. I urgently need help as my site is live now and constantly has people trying to add to basket.
What may be the issue?
Maria
Hi.
All the pages related to the user account on Woocommerce are empty on mobile browsers.
Headers/footers and menus are there, but the main content of the page is empty.
The “my account” page, in french for me at https://cogiito.com/mon-compte/
does not display the login forms (on smartphones).
The password reset page also does not work.
Everything is ok on Desktop browsers.
Any idea ?
Regards.

Hi guys,
My client’s website (https://www.milieucompleet.nl/) has a weird issue. The mobile header is different on a few pages. It look’s like the header has moved up to the left, which results in some black area on the right.
Most of the pages (including home) has a correct version:

Example on some other pages with the incorrect header (some simple text pages, WooCommerce pages etc.)
