Hi,
Unfortunately, right now I do not have an iPad to this this, but I think it is related to the mobile version, when you zoom the width of screen is change https://i.imgur.com/Y01ewEG.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/zlvDHfN.jpg
If you are using iPad, just make sure that you have set the retina logo.
For the problem with padding, I check your website, but I didn’t manage to find it. It is also on iPad or what tablet did you use, can you please provide some screenshots?
Also if the problem from iPad is different from the one that I suggested, please provide some screenshots, in the meantime I will try to check the website on iPad.
Thank you!
On the mobile version in my single post, I want to correct “RELATED ARTICLES”, type something else, I would also ask you to look at why AMP does not load immediately.
can you still tell me how to change the name “related” to something else on the amp and mobile version?
I’d like to ask for a correction. It’s very difficult because we can’t find the cause of what looks like a mobile theme on the desktop.
Hi,
When you are using the mobile theme plugin, to make the mobile version faster you need to create a separate content for pages (only for pages because most of the time those are made using guilders), the content need to me set in mobile editor and it need to be use only the elements provided by that editor -> https://i.imgur.com/ijOu3cx.png, you can check more in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hi, please try to not reply multiple times in the topic if possible, this will only delay our response. Replying multiple times will refresh the topic date and move it to the back of the line, we answer from oldest to newest. -> https://i.imgur.com/PRwWY3a.png
I just check the amp and for me is working. Please make sure that you use the amp plugin with the mobile theme plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/uvKO0JB.png set it on one of those options -> https://i.imgur.com/nC5Z9lE.png then in amp you can make your own settings -> https://i.imgur.com/OxDUykC.png
I hope this will help you!
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hello,
Seems you have the Mobile theme plugin activate, when you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and you will have the responsive version.
Also, you can check this topic about mobile version https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cannot-change-mobile-page-for-front-page-of-site/
Thank you!
I have content on a page, however that content is not reflected on mobile pages. On a mobile device it appears to be an empty page… https://symposihealth.com/resources/
How can I correct this? I do have the tagdiv Mobile Theme and AMP activated and selected in the Theme Panel.
i am not using custom code. this issue is from mobile theme. i already provide you screen shots as below:
screen shot: https://prnt.sc/1g51axm
second screen shot: https://prnt.sc/1g51nj4

Hi,
For me your website looks normal https://i.imgur.com/gZKqIvc.png and it looks that now you have the mobile theme plugin activated -> https://i.imgur.com/IBTwl2a.png
For that extra space between header ad and header use this css -> https://i.imgur.com/Cq0tMIF.png
.td-a-rec-id-header_mob {
margin-top: 5px;
}
This need to be set in the theme panel> mobile theme > mobile code > css
I hope it will help!
Hello. I write to report that the site does not work in its mobile version.
The theme is responsive, however the information published on the desktop version does not appear.
I need the mobile version to be the same as the desktop version (not having a different theme).
I hope you can help me.
Visual attachment with what now appears on cell phones.

Hello,
Please try to recreate a new mobile for the homepage, and assign it like in this video https://www.screencast.com/t/FLeMNKncy
Also, you can try to do a test using the theme plugins and other plugins that are tested with it, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hello Bettina,
I copied the files below from plugins/td-standard-pack to the child theme, but the changes I made were not applied. The override is not working.
/parts/header/logo.php
/parts/header/logo-h1.php
/parts/header/logo-mobile-h1.php
/parts/header/logo-mobile.php
/parts/header/logo-text.php
Hello,
1. As I said before you can set the font for each viewport like in this video https://www.screencast.com/t/x2CiOjgtukmx -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbkYVyj1__Q
2. I think there is a small misunderstanding because when you resize the window when you edit, the mobile responsive version appears, and you said that you created the mobile page, so to edit the mobile page you need to edit from here => https://www.screencast.com/t/shDT2p4mn
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hello!
Please try to add the shortcode in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Mobile ads.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
I can see that you use Mobile Theme, so for mobile you should add the ads in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Mobile ads in order to display on that mobile layout.
I recommend you to apply your ads like in this guide: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9190028?hl=en&ref_topic=28893
If this is not working, then please make a full backup, send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and Cpanel access, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
Thank you!
Friend, if you look closely, the mobile theme is off. I bought three of these licenses. This picture is currently in a mobile theme error state.

Hi,
I just checked your website to see the reported problem with the mobile theme plugin and I can not find the problem, on homepage I see that you are using the responsive version https://i.imgur.com/KPstZ5w.png the mobile theme plugin seems to be use only for the rest of the website, but I couldn’t find the problem, can you provide some more details or a link where this is happen?
Thank you!
Hi,
The extra space was removed, now your mobile version it looks like this https://i.imgur.com/7pOnxGo.png
I hope this is how you need it!
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check if you have set the “Redirect mobile visitors to AMP” -> https://www.screencast.com/t/pckkmejuXJiz if you have this option enable, please disable it.
If you use our theme and AMP that comes with our theme, then yes the Amp URL will be “/?amp” and if you have set the redirect mobile to AMP then will be /?amp=1.
Thank you!
