I want the mobile live search results to have the same styling (font / color / category tag etc) as the rest of my website. Where do I find these settings? They can’t be edited from the TagDiv Composer…

I found the following tutorial at https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

The homepage is automatically changed to a layout containing a grid showing 3 featured posts and a latest articles section.

My question is how to set the 3 featured posts ahead of a latest articles section. In my mobile theme, there is only latest articles section without the featured posts

and amp mobile theme favicon not showing

Dear support

Now I use mobile theme on our site.
But there are nothing displaying some important pages except title, register page or login pages.

So customer can not regist or members login on mobile.
Are there any ways to exclude only specific pages from mobile theme?

Basically impossible to use form on mobile theme.

Hello Anamaria,

Thanks for the response. I’ve did as you’ve said, it works nicely, I have now one more issue: on the mobile, the header has no spacing below, so it “touches” the page content. This happens only on the homepage. I’m using the “Header Template 6” template.

Multumesc,
Sebastian

Please check to see if the mobile page has been set up correctly. When visitors visit the website using the mobile device, they will see the mobile page instead of the desktop version?

Greetings friends, I read through some forum posts and documentation though I did not see an answer to my problem.

* I have disabled the “TagDiv Mobile Theme” because I want a single reactive homepage

* I built my home page, http://www.docmandoo.com, in the tagDiv composer but what I see in the composer doesn’t match what I see on docmandoo.com

* In the TagDiv composer, in mobile view, I see a different header and footer than I see on http://www.docmandoo.com, when I’m using my phone

* I created an Imgur to show the header problem, https://imgur.com/a/zkBXQci

* I also created an Imgur to show the footer problem https://imgur.com/a/V44xb0r

* I once enabled “TagDiv Mobile” when I first installed the theme, but after a few days I disabled it, but I want a single reactive page

Do you know why this is the case? If so, how do I fix it?

Thank you so much for your help team TagDiv! Also, thanks for creating the Newspaper theme.

Yours truly,
Beth Jones

This worked partially. The text is centered on my mobile by some of the lines of text exceed the width of the mobile page.

Any idea how this can be fixed?

Thank you.

I am having the same problem with the WP Super Cache Plugin installed correctly. My mobile theme shows up on desktop sometimes and the desktop version shows on mobile (scaled).
My site: https://bit.ly/37vDTeq
Is there a way to work around this?

Settings op WP Super Cache
Caching Enable Caching
Cache Delivery Method Simple (Recommended)
Expert
Expert caching requires changes to important server files and may require manual intervention if enabled.
Miscellaneous Cache Restrictions
Enable caching for all visitors.
Disable caching for visitors who have a cookie set in their browser.
Disable caching for logged in visitors. (Recommended)

Don’t cache pages with GET parameters. (?x=y at the end of a url)
Compress pages so they’re served more quickly to visitors. (Recommended)
Compression is disabled by default because some hosts have problems with compressed files. Switching it on and off clears the cache.
Cache rebuild. Serve a supercache file to anonymous users while a new file is being generated. (Recommended)
Cache HTTP headers with page content.
304 Browser caching. Improves site performance by checking if the page has changed since the browser last requested it. (Recommended)
304 support is disabled by default because some hosts have had problems with the headers used in the past.
Make known users anonymous so they’re served supercached static files.
Advanced Enable dynamic caching. (See FAQ or wp-super-cache/plugins/dynamic-cache-test.php for example code.)
Mobile device support. (External plugin or theme required. See the FAQ for further details.)

Hello,

If I understood it right, I can use the mobile theme plugin or I can create own mobile pages. If the mobile theme is installed, it will be override the own created mobile pages.

The mobile theme is a special light weight theme. If I’m using own created mobile pages instead of the mobile theme, are they also “light weight” such as the mobile theme?

On my current site I have a front page and I have created a mobile version of the front page. But the mobile version will not be shown on mobile devices (mobile theme plugin is disabled). How can I show the own created mobile pages on mobile devices?

Thank you and best regards
Bill

Hello, We are using Newspaper theme version 10.3.9.1 on our multisite, with WordPress version 5.6.1 and WP Super Cache version 1.7.1.

We have set up WP Super Cache according to the directions on your support page, but the Newspaper theme system status still says “No caching plugin detected – for best performance we recommend using WP Super Cache.” Why wouldn’t it detect the recommended plugin?

We’ve tried disabling all plugins except WP Super Cache and haven’t had any luck resolving the issue.

Here is some more info from the system status page, please let me know how we can fix this problem, thank you.

Theme name Newspaper
Theme version 10.3.9.1
Theme database version 10.3.9.1
HTTP channel test wordpress
Theme Mobile Newspaper mobile version

php.ini configuration
Server software Apache/2.4.38 (Debian)

post_max_size 32M

WordPress and plugins
WP version 5.6.1
WP multisite enabled Yes
WP Language en_US
WP Memory Limit 512 MB/request

Hello,

You can manage the social icons for the mobile menu from the Theme Panel -> Social Networks => https://prnt.sc/10112uu

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!

Hello!

It seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.

Thank you!

I downloaded Homepage mobile ArtistPRO from cloud library and created a mobile page as shown in the following screenshot.
https://www.screencast.com/t/Lgq8Uu0LWdY

However when I open my site using mobile phone, Homepage mobile ArtistPRO does not work. Instead, mobile theme in theme panel works. How can I use Homepage mobile ArtistPRO instead of mobile theme in theme panel?

My site address is http://www.designgised.com

Hi,

As I said before if it is not a cloud header or mobile theme plugin then you cannot disable it.
The only way is to hide it with custom CSS.

Thank you for your understanding!

Thank you Anamaria. The text in the icon boxes is now centered correctly. Unfortunately the shadow lines are not. I would like to get rid of the shadow lines altogether and revert to the Style-1 default icon boxes. Unfortunately when I use the default I still have the same problem with the text centre alignment on mobiles. What custom css would I need to correct it?

Thank you.

Hi, the “Desktop” version of the “Artist PRO” theme is not available in the Cloud.
I’m talking about this:
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_artist_pro/

Only the mobile version is available on the Cloud.
Why? Is a mistake?

Thank you

Hello,

For the mobile menu, you need to do some procedure but on the mobile viewport => https://prnt.sc/100qzqz
Also, if you using the mobile theme plugin then you can use the option from Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme => https://prnt.sc/100r3fc

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!
