Hello!
This situation appear when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have do not has options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hi,
To display the amp views you need to comment a line of code wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/single.php -> https://i.imgur.com/BB9YSdk.png -> https://i.imgur.com/5UW52Js.png this will display the count but it will not work as on desktop because the normal JavaScript is not allow.
For author image you need to add this custom code line https://i.imgur.com/TObfuCc.png on this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/single.php the code can be get from here , also you’ll need some custom css https://i.imgur.com/dNQaFvC.png
Hope this will work.
Thank you!
Hello !
On desktop you can use the mobile viewport from Google Chrome inspector: https://www.screencast.com/t/66Cqm9fpReA press F12 while you are on your page, set the viewport and refresh the page.
Please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache will be installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Let us know the result.
Thank you !
I’m using menu with td composer page content for the main navigation menu submenus to create a sort of mega menu. This works nicely on desktop, but it does not display on mobile, which is understandable. How can I show a simple submenu list of links on mobile instead of the set page content?
If I add submenu items to the wp menu it almost works, but it outputs 1 item on the desktop version along with the embedded page and messes that mega menu up.
I see we can select a different menu in the header composer for the Mobile view.
What’s the best way to handle this? Create & manage 2 versions of the menu, or is there a way handle this with one menu?
Working fine on desktop and via AMP, not via mobile.
Dear Calin,
just sharing that after adding the 4-5 big images blocks at the top of the page, while giving a much better graphic appearance to the website, the loading speed decreased a lot:
going from A on Gtmetrix to C about performance and on Google Page Insights too it decreased, mostly for the mobile ranking.
I already had among others the lazy load and minifications for html and css enabled.
I like your feature but if you could consider to speed up the loading time in the future, I’ll appreciate. Thanks a lot!
Hello,
I enabled the author name in the theme post setting and it’s shown as “Summarized and Translated by kbopping”. However, it’s shown as “by kbopping” only on AMP mobile pages. How can I show it as “Summarized and Translated by kbopping” on AMP pages like desktop?
Thank you!
This is my website https://www.tehtarikpost.com/.. In mobile, the search and hamburger menu are not clickable.. Only when I scroll down it is working.. I am not able to fix it on the editor.. please help
Hi,
I have a problem with AMP in displaying the home from Google search results.
If I go to search the site via Google and click on the link in Google search results, the home page is not loading properly and there is no themplate set by me.
https://www.screencast.com/t/EXRjn4PkqSeS
If from mobile I enter the site url directly, this problem doesn’t happen and the site displays correctly.
I think this is a Google AMP issue.
How do I fix this?
Thank you very much Thomas
Hello @Anamaria,
I think it must be some kind of mistake. Using a mobile device, the menu is shaded in the home page, in categories… But it doesn’t have a shadow on the items, which is where I want.
I don’t know if it happens in all the items, but in most of them it does.
Can you add it there if you use css?

Hello!
Please make sure that you assigned the mobile pages correctly.
Also, if you have Mobile Theme installed, better deactivate it and see the results.
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello!
Please make sure that you have activated the proper thumbs for the mobile theme. The mobile theme requires the “265×198” and the “741×486” thumbnail sizes in order to show the featured images properly.
This can be found in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/N18dR3qZrh
After activating the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/

How to add a scroll to top button for mobile version website?
ok I have deactivate tagDiv Mobile Theme and work
but if I activate tagDiv Mobile Theme, where I can customize the header?
Thanks
Hi fabioweb90, for the moment using the amp plugin with the mobile theme plugin, you have only few settings that can beset from theme panel, the options like those that you ask above can be done only with custom changes in theme files. Now some of theme it may be easy to achieve like the name of category on the block (if you want I can help you with this), but those changes will be lost after the theme update.
Thank you for your understanding!
