Hi,
After the last theme update the mobile site switches randomly to desktop page. Even when there is no desktop version existing. and..it is not the actual homepage > navigation and logo are like the demo content.
I noticed flushing the cache helps to reset this but after some time the problem returns.
This happens also with articles. first all is good and the suddenly the article is served as desktop page while other articles are still served as mobile..
I even rolled back the update > theme and plugins but with no result.. so updated again. Problem still there.
Please investigate.
Website is https://myrocknews.com
I updated my newspaper paper theme but still my mobile home page in tagdiv editor and home page Which is displaying on mobile is looking different.
Please help as soon as possible
Hi thoughtful, the Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) is a element from pages speed, what you can improve it is to optimize the website, for the moment we do not have a guide that can reduce these elements, but for the moment we know that using sticky sidebar and menu will increase the LCP and CLS, if you remove these you’ll improve the pages speed. Also there can be some extra plugins or code that can provide this problem.
Please check the answer from those topics:

-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/remove-cls-cumulative-layout-shift-from-html-element/

Those are solutions that we tried to provide for Newspaper, it should work for Newsmag too.
Thank you!
Hi,
This message appear because you set a custom JavaScript for ads and this is not allowed in custom JavaScript section, please remove the code from there.
The codes for auto ads need to be set only in analytics -> https://i.imgur.com/bRcp2zK.png or in mobile theme > amp analytics -> https://i.imgur.com/gxVsaOe.png
That looks like an AMP error message

Also please check a similar topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/custom-javascript-is-not-allowed/

Thank you!
Hi,
Now, you can not achieve this with mobile theme plugin because there is no option for this.
The only way to achieve this is with custom work.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi Calin,
I’ve tried both of your suggestions there, but my mobile hamburger menu still displays the same. Is this a bug that will be addressed in a future update or do you know of any other methods to edit that specific menu?
Thanks!

Same Problem here. Can’t save a Mobile Header Menu in the Mobile Page.
Can’t read about a fix in the actual version 10.3.9.1
How can we fix the Problem?
BTW: How can i delete the Mobile Page? If i delete it from the “pages” in my WordPress menu, it always appears on my mobile.
Hello.
I noticed one bug on the search results page. When I search something that doesn’t exist the text “No posts to display” is displayed incorrectly – https://imgur.com/F0GW2Wy
On mobile devices it looks much worse. For example a screenshot from my iPhone 8 plus – https://imgur.com/a/UaPsrAG
If any posts are found, they are displayed correctly – https://imgur.com/a/3ft32TC
In TagDiv Composer the text “No posts to display” displayed correctly – https://imgur.com/a/HIGOX1E
How can I fix this?
Using 10.2 version trying to add advertising on the post right column and at the bottom, also for mobile, I wanna add an always-on banner at the bottom.
As of right now, the WP Super Cache plugin is working properly (caching desktop and mobile pages correctly).
Make sure to check the box “mobile device support” in the Advanced section.
Thank you again,
Hello there.
I used the translator. But I think it will be understandable since I take care to choose the sentences correctly.
My problem is this:
In the desktop version, the sidebar appears when viewing a post. There is no problem here. But sidebar does not appear in the post when entering from mobile device. I have repeatedly looked at all settings in the theme panel, searched on Google and the forum, but couldn’t figure it out.
Hello Dears,
How can i find “Category Tag Background & Text Color on Mobile Theme?”
Thanks for your support! 🙂
My mobile home page in tagdiv composer and in phone mobile page is different how to solve this??
By reference with this template
There is a desktop version. But when I access the link in the previous reply, it keeps staying in responsive mobile version.
My mobile home page and mobile inner pages are looking different how to fix this problem??
I just noticed I have a large number of pages failing Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) for mobile and desktop devices in Google Search Console.
It seems I am not the only one that is having this issue, but I haven’t seeen it reported on the Newsmag theme and wasn’t sure what to try. Are there any recommendations to fix this?
I created a header for mobile as sticky row.
But when I scroll the page, it just disappears.
I hope I can hear your advice soon!
I have two questions:
1.) Is it possible to use the Cloud Library Header in the Mobile Template?
If no: Is it possible to include a SVG logo in the mobile template?
The logo of the mobile template is very blurry compared to my pages where the Cloud Library Header is included.
> Mobile Template: https://nimb.ws/9LuakN
> Cloud Library (SVG): https://nimb.ws/ITS3iF
2.) Is it possible to adapt the Mobile Template Header to the Cloud Library Header?
It bothers me that they are so different.
I have followed all your instructions but since the last update the CLS on the mobile version is increasing again. What could be the problem this time?
Greetings Kathrin
Hi Calin,
Thank you for your response. I have been using these WP Super cache settings but still am encountering this problem. How could I fix this?
In general, I am also wondering whether caching is compatible with the mobile theme. When the browser “caches” the desktop page, it then serves the cached desktop page to mobile devices (or vice versa) until the cache is cleared.
We would need a caching method that is able to decipher mobile vs desktop. Is this possible?
Thank you,
I don’t want the mobile version for the mobile (not AMP). I just want the responsive version of desktop mode.
Hello, is it possible to adjust the height of the boxes? https://www.wn24.cz/Grids.png
Thanks,

I am sure that, I have only selected AMP for the mobile theme.
