I am having a two problems with Big Grid Flex 6 that I can’t seem to solve.
Problem 1:
The majority of the images on my site are 1200 x 800px and a few are not, but when an image that is 1200 x 800px is in the middle (module category 2 of Big Grid flex 6), the grid becomes uneven to the other 4 images and part of the black background shows at the of the middle images, but when another size image is in the middle all the images are leveled (dropbox example images linked below). As I stated before the majority of the images on my site are 1200 x 800px so how do I fix this problem without having the change the size of all of them?
Problem 2:
On mobile, the background of the Big Grid Flex 6 doesn’t stretch the full width of the screen, how do I fix this so that it does? I also tried making the row itself background black, but the padding of the row also becomes black so I don’t think that is the correct solution. (dropbox example images linked below)

On the mobile version of the website (nhsjs.com), the navigation menu at the top is broken. It also overlaps with the logo, making it hard to click.
I’m using WP Super Cache as you recommend. I disabled it and everything is fine.Should I have to install another plugin to make WP Super Cache work right with your mobile theme? If so, you should have mentioned in your documentation.

I solved it using thanks to a utility of this website: svgminify
First of all I used two different SVGs for mobile and desktop … in the second I did a couple of tests, often Chrome and Opera do not display them while Safari does but the logo may appear all black, or on Safari do not load it resulting in the browser development panel as a png (with a very low resolution).

I have an issue when viewing my site on mobile.
I have uploaded a header background image to use in header. My issue is that before this image loads, header is showing a black background color. First when site is fully loaded, then my uploaded image is showing.
Not sure if this is because of lazy load?
I think i could fix this by making the black background color transparent og change to another color, but i have looked everywhere and can´t find out where it is comming from. Could you please tell med where to find it.

Good morning, I have a problem with the menu of my page when I see it on a mobile. When I see the page on my mobile, neither the menu nor the search option work. I have tried to remove those elements and put them back and even change the menu but they still don’t work.

Please check google speed insight for my Website . Mobile speed score is only 45. Please suggest some speed building tips. I dont want to use mobile theme for my home page as it fails to deliver all my contents.
Here is a list of problems I have found with WordPress 5.5. Can you tell me if any of these are due to incompatibility with Newspaper (I am using 10.3.6.1) or WP problems? Does everyone else see these problems?
(1) “Settings” closes when Blocks Library is opened.
(2) Paragraph no longer automatically recognises HTML if you paste in HTML – you have to search for and load the block Custom HTML template.
(3) Default Block colours are changed. To get the grey I have used for months I have to execute about 12 keystrokes in typing in a custom colour
(4) Preview: Mobile and Tablet previews don’t work, only Desktop preview loads.
(5) Block library at + at right of new paragraph no longer just scrolls. Need to do a click to open.
(6) In Options:
(a) Enable the Most Used Blocks category in the block library doesn’t work.
(b) Advanced Panels don’t appear, except for Featured Video and Feature Audio. Custom Fields, Yoast SEO, Post Settings and (in my case) Leaky Paywall are missing after checking their boxes.
WP 5.5 has created far more work for me. I have to use many more keystrokes to get the same result as before I updated to 5.5.

I just checked your website and is look that the cache plugin is not recognize correctly the mobile theme and theme versions, please make sure that you set the configuration for WP Super cache as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins disable theme until you make a test to see if is displaying correctly.

Hi, I just checked your website and now there is nothing that is larger then the normal space, but still the mobile version is not displaying right.
Please remove (copy the css in a txt file or something) all css from theme panel and check again.
Let em know if after this the mobile version is look normal.

If you disable the mobile theme and the responsive version is not look as in tagDiv Composer please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, disable all plugins except tagDiv plugins.

I have the mobile theme installed but it loads intermittently between the mobile theme and the normal theme. If you refresh the page a couple of times it loads correctly. The next time you open it opens the desktop theme first. My site is on https://portalef.com.br. Could you tell me if there’s something to do to force the site to always loads the mobile theme?

As I can see now the page is displaying correctly – https://i.imgur.com/VSrwy60.png I think that before you had activate the mobile theme plugin (when you are using this plugin, you need to create a new content in mobile editor for pages) and do to cache plugin this mobile version was display on desktop.

I do not know what, but on home the mobile header is acting like a snap, is hide when you scroll down and show when you scroll up.

Thanks for your repsonse, I could manage to change some things with the help of the video, but still somethings are quite weird for me, I make changes in the mobile view but they dont show in the final version, so I just had to deactive the mobile + amp plugin and it kinda fixed the problem, but still is not showing properly, logo is unaligne regardless all the times I fixed the align in the tdcomposer.
