Hi Newspaper Team,
I have problem with Scroll to Top Button
I not use Tagdiv Mobile theme Plugin, Desktop and Mobile theme are the same.
But Scroll to Top display on Desktop and don’t display on mobile. How can i showing it on Mobile?
Thank you
Hi,
This is because you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme, also the mobile theme will not display any sidebar)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Unfortunately if you are using same plugin for shortcodes, this will not work on mobile theme, it will be interpreted as a html text, this will work only on responsive version. Also because amp plugin is use with mobile theme plugin the shortcode will not work on amp too, only if you do not use the mobile theme for amp.
Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme (to get the same layout as on desktop on mobile) -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately there is no option in our theme to do this, I think that the only way to add two two rows (side by side) can be done only with custom work.
As a suggestion I think that you can use some html tags to display on mobile theme/amp two banners side by side -> https://i.imgur.com/fO1rKQu.png -> https://i.imgur.com/v4UCI5W.png you can get the code from here -> https://pastebin.com/9MTjSC70
Thank you!
Dear tagdiv-team, I want to modify the mobile header in such a way that the black box which includes the menu and the search console as well as the text-logo becomes a little bit bigger. How can I do this? Is it also possibile to move the menu and search symbol below the tagline?
Greetings Kathrin
Hi,
I just insect your website with my mobile and this is working now -> https://i.imgur.com/ApGJbVm.png -> https://i.imgur.com/ZPE4oRm.png
If there is still a problem, let me know!
Have a nice day!
Hi,
Yes, that is available only if you are using the responsive version. If you are using the mobile theme you can use the settings from theme panel > mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/vUCcXQk.png
Thank you!
Hi,
In order to remove that shadow, you need to edit the header with tagDiv Composer click on the mobile view port and on row from header -> https://i.imgur.com/8YjXOuG.png after that click on mobile menu -> https://i.imgur.com/0Vvb9Zb.png and set the shadow on 0 -> https://i.imgur.com/Rlf3XH2.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to change the background image from mobile menu or search , you can do it from theme panel> background -> https://i.imgur.com/a5UgjpK.png also the colors can be change from theme panel> theme colors > mobile menu -> https://i.imgur.com/p6H7Dz0.png
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, you need to change it from > theme panel> mobile theme > https://i.imgur.com/H2lwlCw.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
I already answer -> https://i.imgur.com/KaFLw45.png but I will try to do it better.

Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin and you want to have for homepage the same layout, then you can use the option that is set in Gutenberg editor for responsive version -> https://i.imgur.com/2zEUVSR.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hi,
When the mobile version or amp is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache plugin, this is a free plugin and tested with our theme, also we have a guide for the settings you should do -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate them and make a test.
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
I’ve been A/B testing the theme with and without the Mobile Theme Plugin activated. I’ve just reinstalled it and the LCP is still taking 4.8 seconds to load – at dozens of different resolutions – and the PageSpeed score is still only 66.
I’ve read a load of your articles about what to do, but nothing seems to fix the issue.

Hi thegun1986uk,
Please try the new mobile theme plugin, this should help you to improve the mobile speed, also you can check more details about it in these articles:

Mobile theme is missing even after installing amp plugin according to site instructions.
Hi,
I’m having trouble with my Mobile PageSpeed score (desktop is fine).
I *think* the biggest problem – that I can’t fix – is that the featured image seems to be loading dozens of times all in different resolutions (see screenshots below). How can I fix this?
Thanks,
D
PageSpeed Mobile Score (51): https://prnt.sc/tmzmko
PageSpeed Desktop Score (95): https://prnt.sc/tmzmln

Hi i am using mobile amp theme.
On our desktop version: we have 3 article lists: one primary list block showing 7 articles + two other list blocks – One to the right (sidebar) and one below the primary list block.
However on the amp mobile theme, looks like we are restricted to just showing the primary list block, no options to add any more article list. Could you advise how to add additional lists to mobile amp theme?
Thanks.
I have selected Mobile+AMP in Theme Panel/Mobile theme/ Mobile setting.
I have already add Ads code in all positions you mentioned. But Ads is still not displaying on mobile page. They display on AMP only.
Please guide me. Thank you!

Hello Calin,
thank you for pointing me to the Google-documentation. I was now able to generate an appropriate Google-code and deliver it with Revive. This works. For those who are interested, this is the Google-code (replace ad-client and ad-slot):
<style type="text/css">
.header_ad1 { width:320px; max-height:50px; }
@media(min-width:768px) { .header_ad1 { width:468px; height:60px; } }
@media(min-width:1141px) { .header_ad1 { width:728px; height:90px; } }
</style>
<ins class="adsbygoogle header_ad1"
style="display:inline-block;"
data-ad-client="ca-pub-xxxxx"
data-ad-slot="xxxxxx"></ins>
<script async src="https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>
<script>(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});</script>
Important: Although the mobile banner size is defined, there is a setting in Google adsense, that Google will still alter mobile ads. You have to disable this option.
when search my site in mobile then favicon is not sowing. please help…..
For some reason, when I view a post on mobile, the content is not present. I feel like it’s a simple setting but can’t find in any thread or documentation.
Here is post: https://pastryathome.com/back-road-wild-mint-chip-ice-cream/
On desktop, the post content is visible, and then on mobile it disappears.
Any help would be appreciated.
Hi,
Usually this option is apply for post content from mobile theme plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/vovyEix.png but in some cases there can be element that can not be overwrite by the setting from theme panel.
Please provide ma a link where I can inspect your content, in this way I will be able to provide a better answer.
Thank you!
What you describe is happen only if I ll deactivate the Tagdiv Mobile plugin.
