some of my users have contacted be that they visited my site on PC, but instead the PCtheme to show, the mobile plugin theme is the one showing up for them.
how can I fix this, I don’t want MOBILE theme to never show on PC, and I want the mobile theme to show on all mobile devices, help me out pls.

Mobile Editor DOES not render shortcodes. You mobile theme pages will be left only with basic text & images. This is the way Mobile Theme has been created in order to supply faster speed on mobile devices.

Yes, if the standard pack is disable then those option will not appear, what you can do is to enable the standard pack, make the settings (this will apply on mobile theme) and after you done with the settings you can disable the standard pack (the options will be saved for mobile theme).
