Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin with amp, please make sure that these thumbs are enable in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/tJwYaS4.png
Also you can display the responsive version on mobile theme using this option from Gutenberg editor -> https://i.imgur.com/u7WdKSt.png
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details.
Thank you!
I’m reporting a this issue regarding mobile theme and smartlist:
if you check the attached video, on mobile the navigation for user is annoying if you use smart list. In fact on every “next one” tab clicking, the post load again at the top of the page, making the readers uncomfortable with smartlist on mobile theme. Hopefully you can improve that ASAP.
If your clue is to make the mobile theme more userfriendly, please pick up this issue for a “to do” list in the next version of the theme.

Hi Vlad,
I’m not trying to change the design of my mobile theme. I want to keep it the way it is. i just don’t want it to affect my desktop version.
When I activate the mobile theme, it changes my homepage on the desktop to have the mobile theme layout.
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
Unfortunately the options you requested are not available at the moment.
Thank you !
Am găsit problema. Se afișează thumbnail fără probleme doar cu AMP activat (fără Mobile sau Mobile+AMP). Totuși, aș dori să folosesc Mobile sau Mobile+AMP. Ce este de făcut?

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC

I would like to know if there is any type of option that allows activating a button to exit the mobile / amp version for the visitor.
If there is no such option, it is an excellent idea to include it. I would like to use the mobile version, but the look of the main blocks of it is not very pleasant.
I use the responsive version, but it is heavier and slows down the loading speed. It would be ideal to have the option for the visitor to choose whether he wants to see the full site, or the mobile / amp version.
Still same, on mobile is OK, just desktop has that problem.
Hi,
The page do not appear because you are using the mobile theme plugin -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ -> https://i.imgur.com/DN78zT0.png what you can do is to display the responsive version of the page using the mobile options from Gutenberg editor -> https://i.imgur.com/ONNw2Co.png and the pages will appear on mobile too.
If you are referring to page speed, the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/ you’ll be able to increase the speed of your website.
Also you can check this similar topic for more solutions: -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/optimize-script-to-improve-site-speed/ -> https://www.infophilic.com/get-almost-100-pagespeed-newspaper-theme/

Hi,
I built a very nice and beautiful looking page using tagdiv composer. I really like the tool because it can do a lot of things without coding.
I have built an About Us page. Inside the admin panel, when I access the page, it’s looking just code like= https://prnt.sc/rui2jf
But if I scroll down, I found a mobile editor, I simply added the Classic editor code into Mobile editor, then updated the page. Unfortunately it was only showing me the code. (https://prnt.sc/rui2qr)
I have already enabled the Mobile plugin that comes with Newspaper. Now if I built a page with TagDiv composer, then why is it not loading on a mobile theme?
Is there any reason to fix them?
I don’t want to disable the mobile theme. As it has fast my site.
i need the code to adjust the mobile arrow snap in to sit above the cart icon on mobile.. please advise

ps. the arrow snap in functions and displays as it should location wise on desktop (got the code for desktop previously)

Hi,
The mobile version is look like that because you are using the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
Also please let me know what else issues do you get using our theme?
Thank you!
i have uploaded background image for the mobile menu and search and i can see the photo, however it is behind a color gradient that i cannot get to edit or remove. please advise
Hello !
Always when switching to a mobile view please refresh your page: https://www.screencast.com/t/hjvoguDSgt As you can see here your views are available for Mobile too, not just for AMP.
You can use this CSS: .td-icon-views,.td-post-views span{
display:none;
}
The code must be inserted in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/s61BcemS2eW
Thank you !
Hi, I know this isn’t during support hours, but just wanted to provide updates on the things I’ve tried, to reduce back and forth for when you do see this. I deactivated and reactivated all my plugins and am still coming across this problem. I thought the mobile theme would only affect the mobile version of the website. Happy to give you the credentials to log in if you need to take a look.
