Hey Vlad,
thanks for the tip, but unfortunately I CANNOT ADD the “Column TEXT” element
because in the ADD green button options, it only appears the 2 options with the search keyword “Column”:
* “Column title”
* “Column content”
Am I missing something?
Plus, is this code correct in order to show in all devices? (mobile friendly & responsive site):
<div class=”td-all-devices”><iframe src=”https://public.flourish.studio/visualisation/1473891/embed?auto=1″ width=”1000″ height=”1000″ frameborder=”0″ scrolling=”no”></iframe></div>
Thank you!
I have deactivate and even deleted ALL unneccessary plugins except tagDiv ones, also I have not installed any cache plugin.
Desktop site seems to be working now, but mobile still have problem.
I have attempted to delete the whole theme to start all over from clean, but whenever I press activate of the default theme, it redirect to Newspaper’s panel. How could I do so?
Thanks for replying.
This is pretty vital information. In this case, the users who faithfully have followed your guidelines for updating the sites will not be able to make adjustments to the mobile theme, because they do not have the standard pack any more.
As long as the mobile theme is dependent on the standard pack to be adjusted, you must either make that clear in the documentation or move those settings to the mobile theme settings menu.
Thank you for understanding, and good luck.
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, please make sure that you have in theme panel enable the thumbs for mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/ZyX8obH.png -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details and a link where i can check this problem.
Thank you!
The only plugins activated are AMP and Yoast.
Here’s what the header image and text looks like in TD Composer https://imgur.com/a/zWrtEYE When it’s saved and viewed in desktop https://imgur.com/a/UfjLW2Q
Shouldn’t these look the same? To have the saved and viewed header look correctly, I have to adjust things in TD Composer that make it look strange.
Then, here’s the header in a mobile width. https://imgur.com/a/PL7QH5f The text gets pushed off the page.
What am I doing wrong in both of these cases?
All I want is a header image with text that appears properly in desktop display and in mobile (phone) display. That capability is very common in nearly all themes today. I assume you have that.
How can this be done?
this code not work with newspaper mobile theme how to add this code in mobile theme also work add_theme_support( 'wc-product-gallery-zoom' );
add_theme_support( 'wc-product-gallery-lightbox' );
add_theme_support( 'wc-product-gallery-slider' );
Hi,
If you have set a mobile menu, please make sure that you are using a normal menu like this one -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/ not a mega menu because the mega menu on mobile menu will not work as the header mega menu fro desktop.
To display all the categories from a category in mobile menu you need to set theme manually, only the mega menu can display automatically all the subcategories.
Thank you for your understanding!
Is there a way to remove the text “Newspaper WordPress Theme” from the mobile sub-footer?
Greetings Kathrin
I had to use some custom html in the mobile theme. It works fine, but there is an issue with the background. The HTML-Code appears after the subfooter which is coloured in black, that’s ok, but the html has a white background. Can I change it also to black? And how I can do this?
Greetings Kathrin
Hi, in my blog http://www.tindarobattaglia.it i choosed to put on the header a mobile menu. I noticed that this one only shows up the main categories and not the subcategories inside every category. Why?
Thumbnails for widgets (latest news, related articles, et al) not showing on mobile
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
Thank you !
Oh..
I disabled javascript on safari mobile.

Thanks for replying and thanks for the great theme. I understand that you are busy.
But I beg you: Can you please read the support issue before answering?
I know very well that the mobile theme is a different version only for mobile. I have used this system on several sites for years. That is not the problem. On this site for instance, I use the mobile theme only on AMP pages.
The extra items on the AMP page was removed when you “checked” because I fixed them with custom code, due to the fact that you did not answer my yesterday 4pm reply. I have removed my custom code now so you can check again:
https://radiomannen.no/nrk-p1/?amp
Please, please review the full support inquiry before answering, and I will be as specific as i can:
The unwanted extra items (breadcrumbs, tags, author, prev/next, author box, etc) do not appear on the mobile AMP pages on my other sites ( example: https://playpager.com/domino-game/?amp ). They only appear on this new site. On the other sites I have no custom code to remove the items, yet they are gone. Why do they show up and clutter the pages on the new site and not the old ones?
I Know that I can remove them by entering my own custom code, but it is really bad practice to use more code than absolutely necessary. And it is a sign that something is wrong when otherwise identical codebases act differently.
Question #2
As I explained in my support message:
“the ‘latest articles’ section at the bottom of the page only shows 3 links and no images. (It should show 12 links with images, according to my settings.)”
Can you please adress this issue too? (I know that I can remove the section with code if I want to)
Thank you for your service, and all the best.
John
Hello !
Please make try from another device, we have just tested this with multiple mobile devices and emulator and this is not happening on our side.
Thank you !
Update: It also happens on mobile too, pictures out of screen cannot load, but scrolling the page up and down and it will appears.
Hi,
The mobile theme plugin is a different theme only for mobile version, if you are using it the mobile version or amp version or both (depends the option you are using) will look different from the responsive version (desktop version).
Also I checked the amp versions and the extra items (breadcrumbs, tags, author, etc.) are removed.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
I just checked your website to provide an answer for the social sharing on mobile version, but I see that you deactivate the mobile theme plugin and this problem is gone.
If there is something else, let me know!
Thank you!
How can I get social icons on top of the mobile menu like you demo?
the pages I made with TD Composer it didn’t show on mobile devices and on the incognito mode, please help me to solve this problem, please see the attachments.
Thanks,
This happenes on all articles when loading on Desktop browser, tried Chrome, IE & Firefox, same.
It only loads 3 to 4 images from the top, and those out of the screen won’t load even I scroll down.
They are normal on mobile, or resize my desktop browser then enlarge it to full screen again, the images shows immediately.

Hello,
I´ve been working on this TAGDIV framework and it is absolutely SUPERB to work with 🙂
Actually, I am trying to include a “Raw HTML” code on the front of my website, but it doesn´t look as pretty as I would like because as you can appreciate from the following image, the is a LOT of emptiness colored by yellow:
https://imgur.com/a/AUZWrZz
The current code I have is this one:
<div class=”td-all-devices”><iframe src=”https://public.flourish.studio/visualisation/1473891/embed?auto=1″ width=”1000″ height=”1000″ frameborder=”0″ scrolling=”no”></iframe></div>
However, besides that yellow nasty area, also the iframe doesn´t display so well on MOBILE devices:
https://imgur.com/a/k6vvroa
As it supposed to look like this good readable map on Mobile devices:
https://imgur.com/a/jMBoTg5
So please I would like to know what would be the proper code in order to have a nice view on a Destop as a well as any Mobile device, like this one:
https://www.rtve.es/noticias/20200327/mapa-mundial-del-coronavirus/1998143.shtml
Thank you very much and I really appreciate your help!
IVAN M.
On the mobile design of our homepage, we’re using the “slide” module. This works exactly as we’d hoped, however, we noticed a bug.
If a user flips their phone on the side for landscape mode, then flips their phone back to portrait, the slider does not return to its original orientation.
(Visit this site on mobile to see what I mean. The slider is at the very top of the page, right below the ad and newsticker). https://frequentmiler3.wpengine.com/
Please advise.
looks interesting Calin.
However, I don´t know where I can get the “specific code” to write on for the mobile NON-adsense Ad.
Could you please elaborate about this CODE?
Thank you!
IVAN.-
