Hi.
I use a template for the category view. You can see it here :
http://www.amagernyt.dk/category/nyheder_am/
If you see it on a mobile device it will not show the Category Grid 2 right. It cuts of the right part. I have tried to look for another module that would do it better but the problem is the same.
Please advice – what am I missing ?
Hello Calin
I´m using Big Grid Flex 5, but I don´t have the “Modules per row” option, as you show in this caption http://prntscr.com/opf6lf
I don´t have the mobile theme plugin active.
Can you help me with that?
Thank You
Hello, I have activated the mobile theme on my blog, but now I have recognized that it doesn’t show my footer from the cloud-template. It shows the footer from the demo-version but I can’t change it from the themepanel. What could be the problem?
A second issue is that the mobile main-menu is empty. If I click on it there comes a site: sign in – click here – to use the wp menu builder. I want that the mobile menu shows the main-menu and the mobile-footer shows the topbar-menu. How can I do this?
And I just see empty thumbnails in the mobile version 🙁 Which kind of thumbs I should activate for the mobile theme?
Greetings Kathrin

Hi,
Is look that now the mobile version is friendly -> https://i.imgur.com/K9KRAk7.png -> https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?utm_source=gws&utm_medium=onebox&utm_campaign=suit&id=jj2uPQ1YYVXG8KTV4jqHeg and when you are using the mobile theme plugin the website is no longer friendly ?
Please try again and deactivate all non theme plugins. Also for cache plugins, we recommend to use WP Super Cache -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, no, the sidebar will be display on the mobile after the main content, the only solution will be to set the sidebar in the left place.
For the second question: you can achieve that if you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library and you can edit it with tagDiv Composer and you can set it like this -> https://i.imgur.com/h19Ik6z.png or you can use the mobile theme plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/iJzqrrW.png
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC

Hello,
I created a cloud header and two different menus: one for mobile and one for desktop and tablet. Unfortunately, as soon as I pick for example mobile menu for mobile, the mobile menu switches on all devices. The same if I change a menu for desktop – it also changes on mobile.. Where is the problem?

Hi, I had tested on different tools at times and cleared the cache as well but most of the tools show same thing mobile isn’t friendly that’s why I have raised the question kindly help me
Hello !
As you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/stPwGc25J Your website wasn’t rendered with mobile theme. This is most likely because of a caching issue. Please clear and check your cache, after that try again. On our side your website passed the test.
Thank you !
Hi,
Please note that this option appear only on Gutenberg editor, as I can see you are using the classic editor now, please enable the Gutenberg editor and that option will be display.
When the mobile version is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache we the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate theme and make a test.
Thank you for your understanding!

When I check the work that will be seen on mobile or ipad everything is correct. Actually when I look from my cellphone or ipad I see notable differences. Example: the categories do not appear on the posts, or if I want to see all the posts from the menu, show them to me in windows … why? What’s the problem?

display:none;
}
The code must be inserted in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/s61BcemS2eW
