Hi,
If you have a mega menu on desktop and you also have the mobile theme plugin then the mega menu will not be display in mobile menu, only the normal menus with sub-menus will be display on mobile theme plugin. What you can do is to create a new menu with sub-menus and set it on mobile.
In your case you have assign the mega menus on an empty custom link that on desktop will expend the mega menu, bot on mobile the mega menu will not work and will display only the empty menu.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Hi,
If the mobile view appear on desktop this is related to some cache plugins, you can make a test, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme and cache plugins and try again.
We recommend using the WP Super Cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Hi Vlad,
It seems like this problem exists (on mobile display) with all of the posts that we have. Here is an example: https://photographycourse.net/what-is-editorial-photography/
Please let us know your thoughts. Thanks!
Hey there recently my blogs haven’t been showing up on my desktop sight only the featured picture and the comments but not the blog. any idea whats going on because it’s showing perfectly on the mobile version.
Hi there, I have Newspaper set up on WordPress with all updates applied. Users occasionally encounter the responsive “mobile sized” view of the homepage when viewing it on desktop. This is not related to Mac vs PC or any particular browser. The issue persists if cookies/cache are cleared. Loading a particular blog post seems to always load in the proper view. Is this a known bug and if so, how can it be fixed?
Hello,
On https://new.blauwzwartfans.be/ every time when you go to another page the menu refreshes completely. How can i fix that? On the mobile version everything is fine.
Also in the footer i have 2 buttons to link to google play and the appstore, now i used single images for it but i can’t add a link to the images. Thanks for helping
Kind regards,
Siemen
Hi,
1. If you are using standard templates, you can use the option from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/P82yrxe.png or you can use on pages the tagDiv Composer and set individual the blocks.
2. If you want to remove the Instagram from mobile ->
.td_block_instagram {
display: none;
}
The code need to be set like this -> https://i.imgur.com/I1bXfoR.png
Thank you!
Hi there,
I am trying to create a 3×4 grid of images via TagDiv Composer, where on mobile 3 of the images are next to each other, (so it’s a 4×3 grid on mobile). I’ve tried this with having just 1 column in a row and adding an image box with 4 images in it and also I’ve tried adding 4 separate columns in a row with single images. All viewports seem to work as expected, but on mobile the images are always on top of each other.
I cannot seem to get the mobile viewport to show images next to each other, even though I’ve selected the row layout across all viewports as 1/4 1/4 1/4 1/4. I also tried 1/3 1/3 1/3 for mobile, but it reverted the other viewports to that and still showed images on top of each other.
I’ve tried to click the mobile viewport and change the width of the images, but with no success either.
Does TagDiv Composer allow images to be next to each other on mobile? If so, can you take me through the steps please…
Many thanks
Hi I’ve done that and deactivated the plug-in that you highlighted, but I’m still not seeing the footer on mobile posts or the related articles? Is there anything else I need to do?
I am back to square on now :/
Yes, I figured out how to make images 100% wide in my post so they align properly etc, but it’s not responsive of course so on smaller browsers ie: mobile.. it’s not working, it look terrible.
So my new question..
You know what I was trying to do above, how can I do this, but also have it responsive so if window is smaller or resized, the content adjusts appropriately?
I have installed few demo’s and after installing and everything setting up, when i browse from desktop it shows mobile view what is happening?
Once again I used a back-up from my hosting company and the result is that all my theme settings are gone. I do not understand why this happens. Third time.
I’m fixing everything now.
Two questions:
#1 How do I change the styling of the links in the body text of pages?
#2 How do I not show the Instagram thingy in the footer for mobile?
Thanks,
Maaike
