Hello !
AMP stands for Accelerated Mobile Pages. This is a way to construct web pages that will render quickly for static content. When put into action, AMP consists of AMP HTML, the AMP JS library, and the Google AMP Cache. When a page isn’t optimized for mobile use, you risk the chance of increased bounce rates—30% of users leave a page if it does not load within 3 seconds. The end product of AMP drastically improves the performance of mobile websites on the internet—so much so that the load time is often appearing to be instant. It relies on existing technologies and works in collaboration with the Internet’s biggest names. AMP is not a totally different technique for creating pages—it actually consists of normal HTML with a few restrictions and added specialized tags and does not require a lot of additional work. AMP JS works to make sure that the most important content is loaded quickly and clearly, while third party content such as ads are not at the forefront so that users will see their preferred content as soon as possible. AMP has discovered that content that loads quickly leads to faster reading, and in turn that results in more consumption.
If you want to see your amp pages on mobile you have to add /?amp to your link for example: http://www.test.com/?amp
I hope this is helpfull !
Thank you !
Hello,
Please make sure that you have the mobile theme plugin and amp plugin install and activate, after that make sure that you are using one of those two option -> http://prntscr.com/p3nwun and set in AMP only the posts like this -> http://prntscr.com/p3nx8m
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually this is a cache problem, when the mobile version is apply to desktop, please make sure that you clear all cache and try again.
The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se
Also in Newspaper v9.7.4 you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately there are no settings for the mobile menu, this can be achieve only with custom css.
Please provide me a link where I can check those arrows, in this way I will be able to provide you a better answer.
Thank you!
Hello !
The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
Unfortunately you cannot have the design you want. If you disable the mobile theme you will have the same layout as on desktop.
Find out more about the Mobile theme here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you !
Hello !
Please make sure that you have added your content in the mobile editor as you can see here:

Hello,
As the title indicates, I have installed the mobile theme and AMP, selected the Mobile + AMP option but when viewing the pages on mobile I see it as if it were the mobile theme without more, that is, I do not see at the end of the url /amp … instead if I add it manually it works and it shows an AMP version very similar to the mobile theme but in which it deactivates several functions as usual, how can I always show AMP? Or how is it more advisable?

I don´t understand, why its not work? On my old Theme (Wellington) yesterday, it all works well.
For my old Theme, i use The Plugins: Ad Inserter & WP Simple Adsense Insertion.
Of course i deactivate both of this plugins so they don´t disturb with Newspaper Theme.
On Adsense i have all okay from Google:

Hi,
For some reason, after installing the mobile theme I cant access the mobile version of my site. Here is the URL: https://serpositivo.com tx
We have an issue where users have complained that it is not easy to see that there are drop down menu items when viewing on mobile. Is it possible to use a different arrow / chevron “>” that is more bold and easier to see? I saw there was css code that seems to be able to specify the arrow in the mobile menu
.td-mobile-content .td-icon-menu-right {
display: inline-block;
}
Is there a different option we can switch the td-icon-men-right to?
Hi, question on the sort order for the mobile version of Big Grid 6. It seems to be almost the opposite of the order for the desktop version. I have linked to two images showing the difference:
https://cdn.starnewsgroup.com/images/sort-mobile.png
https://cdn.starnewsgroup.com/images/sort-desktop.png
Is this intentional, or is the sort order supposed to match? Using Newspaper theme 8.8.2, WordPress 5.2.3.
Since Thursday for no apprent reason the site has had theme layout issues where everything below the main menu is to the right of the page then menu look different and also on mobile android the logo floats down the page?
Hi.

For some reason this article is being cut short:
https://smallcaps.com.au/negative-interest-rates-become-new-norm-global-economy/
Desktop and mobile:
https://imgur.com/a/VJDR38P
How can I have the full title be displayed?
Thanks for the suggestions. I did all that and checked everything. The issue still exists. I’m not able to see content on the mobile version of my site. Could this be an AMP issue or a setting I haven’t setup correctly in theme settings?
Hello,
Please make sure that you have set the mobile theme and amp as in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
