You have not addressed the issue with Style 7: Logo Style 7 is not compressing the logo image, it is not legible, and it is too wide which forces the main menu down creating too much white space…as you can see here: http://e50.4da.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/Logo-style-7.jpg.
Secondly in Logo Style 7, I would like to remove the fade at the bottom of Style 7 and replace it with a line. Do you have code that will do this?
Logo Styles 9, 10, and 11 are too tall…I would like to have the menu to the right of my logo as it is in Logo Style 7.
Thanks.
hi there is a space in between the bottom of my header menu as well as above my footer. how do i remove this?
also, for my mobile site, how do i make an option to have it in full site page layout and not mobile site. at the bottom is shows “view mobile site”
thanks!
Hi,
Please note this delay that you are observing depends mostly on how well the website is optimized and there are many factors could have a negative impact on page speed. More information here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ The speed booster plugin moves all the stylesheets and javascripts to the bottom of the page and a delay is visible if the website loading speed is not optimized. It is also recommended to use the cache recommended for best results as mentioned above.
Another way would be to make changes directly in the theme’s files, then these will be loaded instantly with the rest of the stylesheet.
Thanks
Hi, I have two issues that I’d greatly appreciate some help with.
1. How do I change the font-style, weight, and family for the two parts circled in red?
2. How do I:
– change the Bottom of the Post Social Sharing Buttons Bar so that it is centered instead of left justified?
– Remove every button besides the Facebook and Twitter sharing buttons
– Change the Facebook and Twitter buttons so that it’s just the icon and without the redundant text “Facebook” and “Twitter”
– Change the social sharing bar so that it’s in its most minimal mobile form, even at all resolutions? Please see this image to see what I’m referring to: http://imgur.com/DWtlDJF
Thanks!
Is there a way to remove only google plus or pinterest icon from the share section that appears either at the bottom or top of the post/blog page? So that when user is reading a particular article i only want the user to share it to facebook or twitter.
Hello! I’m having trouble customizing my header and logo. When I chose Style 3 or Style 1, for example, even the largest logo is compressed into a very small space, and there is a lot of surrounding white space. I would like to make the logo larger and have less white space. Also, the templates show that the logo and the menu will be left aligned, but the menu is indented, and the logo is indented from the top menu, so that none of them are aligned. Conversely, when I chose Style 7, my logo size isn’t compressed at all, so that I must upload a very small logo for it to be the appropriate size, but then the logo has poor resolution. Is there a way to remedy this? There is also an undesirable fade at the bottom of that style…is there a way to remove this?
Interesting, it never occurred to me to read your post before. Thanks for the heads up on that!
But Yeah, every time I do that, it makes the bottom of the homepage all messed up and has ads everywhere. I don’t mind the ‘even more news’, I’d just like to remove popular categories. Every time I do that, it messes things up. I can’t attach a picture to show what I mean and I can’t leave my site like that for hours before i get a reply.
I….guess…I….can……wait…..for…..tag….div…..to….answer…..my….

Hi,
i am using a plugin for upload photos form users on comments, every thing work fine but the upload button looking bad in mobile device. You can look in : https://goo.gl/A6n3dT the upload button showing in same line on PC but when user come form a mobile device the upload icon move down after the “Publish Comment” button.
I consult to Plugin author and he advise me:
It depends on the template CSS, it seems from the screenshot the button style is made full width does the button is brought to the bottom, you can consult your theme provider to see if they can advise on the post comment button on mobile.
Thanks
The second block spacing is a custom css you added. Please remove this code from your advanced css box:
.td_block_big_grid_3 {padding-bottom: 20px;}
Thanks.
Hi,
The article bottom ad appears by default just after the post content – https://www.screencast.com/t/sZKkakx4H In your case it is being pushed down by the plugin content inserted in the content – https://www.screencast.com/t/AzPbGVVCV0v
You could use a do shortcode containing a custom ad – https://www.screencast.com/t/qallJwKXn7cu and insert it in the loop file corresponding to your post template style, below the related articles section. The ad will be displayed like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/bjEXpzQZQqJH
Here are some other topics related to this, that may provide useful information

Hey there,
Following the image and url of the website, the smart sidebar (right side of website) implemented seems to be (cut) off when scrolling. Two things just to clarify,
1. I did remove the top padding which was in the template (for alignment of the other website elements). But it seems to not be the cause of the smart sidebar spacing (Might be wrong).
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 0px; /*DESKTOP TOP PADDING. komenta: removed for space at top of page from 48px*/
/* responsive portrait phone */
}
2. I checked that with the removal of the 4 images at the bottom right doesn’t seem to cause the cropping of the smart sidebar too.

Please suggest on how I should approach this.

Hello Arianna,
1)Notice that the Weather Widget is fully tested with our theme and it should work for most cities. For more references about how you can set it, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/weather-widget-newsmag/
2)You do not use the correct HTML tag to add an image link to your website. Try to check the guide from here -> https://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_a_href.asp and check the results.
3)If you want to remove the white space which is placed above to your footer section, you simply use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-footer-template-4{
padding-top:0!important;
}
.td-footer-wrapper{
padding-top:0!important;
}
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-bottom:5px!important;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/bAqAwjC8W
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
If you want to remove the bottom shadow on the lightbox images, you can add this code in the theme panle-> custom css box:
.mfp-figure:before{
display:none!important;
}
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry but the css problems you are facing is beacause of your modifications. The bottom sharing should show up like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/O0bQJh5JVdk
The social icons were nefver meant to show the text as yours do. It has been tempered with and that is why the layout broke.
Please be mindful that css is very sensitive and each change will affect multiple locations and cases.
You already changed a good bunch of the theme css so before opening a topic with css issues like the cuting on the titles, please try to remove your customization and test again. The theme in it’s default state does not cut titles.
For the author name on the post, please use this css code to center it.
.single_template_7 .td-module-meta-info{
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
display:table;
}
Thank you!
Hello,
In order to get the pagination above the ad, you will have to remove the article bottom ad and use a custom ad in the post template files and simply place the ad below the pagination:
<?php echo do_shortcode ('[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1"]');?>
https://www.screencast.com/t/3domcBEg5
You will have to do this for each of the post templates that you use. Each post style has it’s own file.
Thank you!
Hello,
1) It is not a bug. You simply did not modify the css properly on a responsive layout.
please also add this code:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-post-template-7 .td-post-header-holder {
width:100%!important;
}}
2) You can change the site width with css but please keep in mind that this is not recommended as the theme elements will not position properly anymore and there could be css issues. If you did change this, please note this change is not recommend by us and if you have future css styling issues, you should definately start by removing the width alteration as our elements were created based on the fixed width of the containers. I did not say it is not possible. I said there is no solution I can provide because simply changing the width will not be enough for this modification to function properly.
7) We implemented a fix for this in the next theme version we plan to release in the near future. I have passed this information on to my colleagues and we will fix this in the next update.
8) In order to remove pinterest from the post sharing options you can either hide it with css or remove it from the theme code.
css version:
.td-social-pinterest{
display:none!important;
}
The code version:
Please remove this line of code for top sharing:
https://www.screencast.com/t/bTiYLtemTyK
and this line for the bottom sharing:
https://www.screencast.com/t/ZXoSzECDzYeY
Thank you!
hi, ok i moved it upto here on loop-single-2.php but its still not showing?
<div class="td-post-content">
<?php
// override the default featured image by the templates (single.php and home.php/index.php - blog loop)
if (!empty(td_global::$load_featured_img_from_template)) {
echo $td_mod_single->get_image(td_global::$load_featured_img_from_template);
} else {
echo $td_mod_single->get_image('td_696x0');
}
?>
<?php echo $td_mod_single->get_content();?>
<?php echo $td_mod_single->get_social_sharing_bottom();?>
</div>
Hello Ingente,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to move the article bottom ad to be under the sharing bottom ad, sorry! What can you do is to hide or not use the article bottom ad and insert with the do_shortcode method an ad, which have to be placed under the sharing bottom ad? For example, if you are using the post template style 2, you should edit the loop-single-2.php core file and under the sharing bottom you should insert your desired ad, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Y5kJXj5sJ
<?php echo do_shortcode ('[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1"]'); ?>
Thanks for your understanding!
hi, how do i get your bottom social share plugin to appear above my facebook comments box, immediately below my post, like on the is page here: https://www.kodibox.tv/addons/install-4horsemen-kodi/

I want to move bottom category to the top of article :

Regards,
Udin
Hi,
From what I can see you are using an article bottom ad – https://www.screencast.com/t/X4T5Ljr31hQI and it does not interfere with your custom post type – https://www.screencast.com/t/DT9z5gmSA Unfortunately it would not be easy to remove these ads just for this custom post, because they are part of the post content and will display in all the post templates when an ad code is inserted in the article ad field (top ad, inline ad and bottom ad)
Thanks
Hello Pierreto,
If you want to remove the bottom gradient effect for modal image box, you should use a bit of CSS code to do that. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.mfp-figure:before{
display:none!important;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/afFjPdob6
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
First you have to move your ad code from the article bottom ad and insert it in a custom ad spot – https://www.screencast.com/t/8UFvuTxboHI Then you must edit the corresponding loop single file to the post template style you are using (post template style 2 – loop single 2), from the theme folder – https://www.screencast.com/t/sNN926Vt and insert the code provided below (you can change the custom ad number if it is currently in use elsewhere) in the post structure, like in the example after the post pagination. The result in my case is like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/aHRrFK18c1B the ad in now after the post pagination, and in your case should appear before the ad too reducing the distance between the post content and the pagination. This is the code used
<?php echo do_shortcode ('[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1" tdc_css=""]'); ?>
Thanks
Hi, Yes, I am aware of the additional plugins but as you said, post navigation appears in the footer of the post, just after the post bottom ad ,
I want it to appear before the post bottom ad, where should I move the “get_post_pagination’ code so that it can appear before bottom ad, not after it.
Because even if I move the additional plugin codes between pagination and end of the post, it will still appear after ‘content bottom ad’ and in my case, content bottom ad is a native ad and it is creating a big gap there.
If there is no way to move ‘post-pagination’ code before ‘content-bottom ad’, kindly instruct me this ‘do_shortcode’ method to achieve the same result.
Thank you so much.
