Hello Team,

We faced a strange issue while updating Theme update recently – Ver 10.3.7
So we reverted the update to Ver 10.3.6.1, now its working fine.

There is no issues as such. No console errors. But homepage just shows the title message. Its not reflecting page template as well.

Requesting to look into this at the earliest.

I applied the Garden PRO header template which works for normal pages such as this https://chacr.org.uk/about/ but on this page with a different header area the top row is jammed right up to the top. https://chacr.org.uk/global-analysis-programme/

The TAG DV Composer only lets me change the padding-top/margin-top for one viewport, so if I add 100px, the mobile view is ruined.

How can this be fixed across all devices?

Also, I applied the Garden PRO template header, which is related to the above, but on mobile there is no logo showing, even though the theme options have it set, and in the TAG div composer when I preview the mobile viewport I can see an image of a garden leaf – how can I fix the background to be black and the correct logo be added back to the website.

I’m building a custom page template that automatically inserts blocks based on taxonomy terms.
So I’d like to insert filtered td_blocks, programmatically via PHP.
I think I can use do_shortcode() and pass all the raw/columns/blocks shortcodes that I need, but I can not find any documentation on how to set shortcode parameters to set syles, filters etc.
Can you give me tips on how to use your td blocks and components in PHP?

My company is using WP multisite to host multiple sites; 2 right now, but we’re expecting to grow to 30 or more over the next year. 6 or 7 times over the past 3 months though we’ve experienced a concerning issue that I’m trying to identify and prevent/resolve.

Occasionally a site’s theme settings will be reset or changed in some of all of the following ways:

* Newspaper > Theme panel > Header changed from our Header Template 43 to “No Template”
* Newspaper > Theme panel > Theme Fonts > Typekit settings will be wiped out
* Layouts on category pages are reset (either partially or completely).
* Search result formatting is wrong: description previews, and a reset default text.
* Footer content changed from center align to left

There are other changes as well, but in a nutshell it’s happening in both the theme panel as well template changes.

Here’s some additional info:
* All sites have a child theme which inherits from Newspaper. Currently none of the sites have any custom code, or styles in the theme files themselves.
* The parent theme is network disabled

It should be noted that I don’t think this is a WordPress or Newspaper theme issue. However, it’s happened enough times now that I need to figure out what’s causing it. I’m mostly posting here in hopes that you can offer some suggestions for things we could look for, or ways to prevent this from happening.

One thing that’s concerning is that it doesn’t appear editing the Theme panel settings is injecting log entries. I made a change to the theme settings, then changed it back immediately, and determined that neither of those actions showed up in the WP Activoty Log plugin. That would help me out in this case, to see if it was one of my teammates editing the wrong site for example. Is there any chance that you could add that functionality?

I am using a cloud template for single posts but when I am updating my blogs in the post in single page more than one blogs are showing. I tried to change the Post Settings in Theme Panel but issue not resolved. Can you please help me to solve the issue.

I think you have the best template.
That’s why I use It.

But I experienced since the installation of hubspot and desinstallation some problems, like that:

When I click on my homepage I am always redirected to the admin.
I am unable to change anything on my Homepage, before this experience (and I don’t know if it’s really related, I could use, your fantastic option : « Edit With TagDiv »

I am using cloud library templates and mobile pages created with TagDiv composer. All looks good after a few hours after saving my templates. Then, the desktop appears like this on Microsoft Edge: https://prnt.sc/vctl62. It should look like this: https://prnt.sc/vctogu.

The same happens on mobile.

Hi, I’m just installing a newspaper pro template and on my way to customize the site. I’m facing a problem with the single post template and not sure how to fix it. When I roll down to read the article, a pop-up appears out of nowhere from the right side of the page.

Please help me fix this.

My client has started editing the site I built. They have managed to create a different looking ‘About’ page:

I can’t see any settings on the page itself that would have caused this or any theme options. I think they used the TAG DIV Composer but copying all the raw code into a blank page doesn’t replicate the same menu/title area.

The client likes the new layout/style on the ‘About’ page, I can see ‘Header Template – Garden PRO’ in the cloud templates area of WordPress. Can you tell me how they would have achieved this?

I am using the template “Magazin Pro” and am looking for a normal GRID element to create a WP-Page [Posttype Page].

All elements of the composer are grid elements in which articles are already loaded automatically. Are there no elements that can be used to layout a landing page? Do you have to build them yourself in HTML?

If you have to build them yourself, can/should a regular <div class=”row”> be put into a ROW of the composer?
