Hi,
I see it. The homepage displays a footer template, but all the other pages seem to display a footer page. It is unusual because it can only be one or the other, not both. Please check if there is a page set in the theme panel footer settings
– http://prntscr.com/ny9k5k
If there is no page set there, try to clear any cache you have for the website. Could be a cache related issue.
Woocommerce allows custom pages for shop, cart, checkout etc. You could build pages with the composer and set them. To display woocommerce elements in them, you can use shortcodes
– https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/
Shortcodes can be entered in the composer, in column text elements. A similar topic here

Hi,
You can edit the templates for tagDiv Cloud Library using the tagDiv Composer to achieve the layout you need.
I will note your suggestion on our suggestion list and maybe this will be implemented in in our forum.
Thank you!
I am using the theme header template 27, when scrolling down the page, the sticky menu shows the top header menu instead of main header menu. How to make to show the main header menu when scrolling down the page instead of the top header menu? thanks!
We are using Directories Pro to list businesses on our site as well as listing articles. Via Directories Pro we have built our own Login/Registration page (/login) and a member dashboard (/dashboard). We want to use our login/reg page as the default “Sign in / Join” link instead of the #login-form link, and our own dashboard page instead of the “author/name” link once logged in. We could not find a way to do this within the Newspaper theme settings. We are fine hard-coding this or setting the values in the db. I assume it can be hard-coded. I did a quick look though some of the template files, but was unable to find the correct file(s) to edit. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks
Hello !
Unfortunately this is a known issue and our developers are trying to do something in that way. We are sorry for the inconvenience ! You can always make a sidebar using the tagDiv Composer or getting a cloud library template: https://tagdiv.com/cloud-library-page-templates-newspaper-theme/
Thank you !
Greatly appreciate your time taken to answer my queries.
On point 2, can you explain what “modelate the templates” means. This appears like it could be a solution to the kind of minor changes I wish to make. Apologies, I am not a coder, and a hobbyist learning and keen to learn as I go.
One suggestion that could be a huge bonus to TagDiv theme users. A page that is a list of known issues, and short term fixes. I often find that the issues I face have been faced by someone else, and the solution has been offered up in another thread. Pending a future update fix. Sometimes it is hard to find those same errors if the terminology i use is slightly different.
Hi,
The only H1 that our theme set is on logo, if you do not want to have h1 on logo please select a different page template, for example“Pagebuilder + page title”. -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Fz4wge23Ptf
Thank you!
Hi,
1. If you want to set the Newsletter in category page you can get a category template from tagDiv Cloud Library edit it using tagDiv Composer and set the Newsletter in sidebar.
Or you can create a new sidebar and go in widgets set the Custom html and set the code that you set in Newsletter in custom html.
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/L1gXiWkp7n3n -> https://www.screencast.com/t/pQft8xFSXI9f
2. You need to go in theme panel > Translations and search for those words -> https://www.screencast.com/t/sfgxFW2rG
3. You can import a category template from tagdiv Cloud Library and set on content a border or you can use this custom css -> https://www.screencast.com/t/FD4DjugU
.td-pb-span8{
border-right: 1px solid#e8e8e8;
}
Set the code in Theme panel> Custom code > Custom css and you’ll have that border on full website.
4. If you want to remove the show comments from modules/blocks all you need to do is to go in Newspaper>Theme panel> Blocks Settings > Meta tag on Modules/Blocks and deactivate the “Show comment count”.
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/P64OrKwQ
Thank you!
Hi,
That is the latest articles section, it will always appear at the bottom of the page when the required page template is used – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
It’s settings are here in the composer – http://prntscr.com/nwzs8g
Or here in the backend – http://prntscr.com/nwzsn3
If you don’t want the latest articles section on the page, select a different page template, for example the default one.
Thanks
Hi Rildo,
You need to create a new category template for your Category pages if you want to have these settings. Use the Cloud Template Library for that and import them from there.
Hope this helps!
Thank you!
I have my template set to the default template when creating pages. But when I try to remove the sidebar from a page by selecting No Sidebar it does not do anything. Do you have a way of removing a Sidebar from a page?
I looked at the header manager. I couldn’t find a template in the cloud that provided a vertical menu nor a two column configuration.. Plus I need to up to 8 titles with there corresponding text to exchange the content per title on the same page.
Do you have an example that I look at?
The site is in development stages.. The https in that setup for the site. http://ijjcoin.com the page is Key Features.
So you use a footer template. Then you could use the settings for widgets and display the ones you want to appear for each language, as I mentioned above – https://prnt.sc/nvuo2f
For example you can set some widget to appear for one language, and some to appear on a different language. They will change when the language is changed.
In this example I have 2 widget blocks in a footer column – http://prntscr.com/nxep83
One is set to appear for English – http://prntscr.com/nxepir and one for French
– http://prntscr.com/nxepqn
When I view a post for example, in English the English widget appears
– http://prntscr.com/nxeqme
When I view the post in French, the French widget appears – http://prntscr.com/nxeqws
You could consider using pages in the footer, designed as you want, with the elements you want in them. You can create one for each language and set them as mentioned in the topic from above.
If something is now working properly for you, please specify what exactly are you doing and what is happening. I will check on my end.
>>The posts, pages, templates and theme panel won’t be affected by a theme update.
Good to know!
>>The actual date should translate automatically, when the language of the post is changed.
There was a setting with WPML which had changed but now it’s working fine again.
Thanks, Simion!
The posts, pages, templates and theme panel won’t be affected by a theme update. But as always a backup should be made prior to updating the theme, just to be safe.
The actual date should translate automatically, when the language of the post is changed. So for example while a post in English date looks like this – http://prntscr.com/nxbsqf
Using the switcher to see the French version should also translate the date
– http://prntscr.com/nxbsvl
Setting the infinite load to 5, 10, 20, or 50 (%) doesn’t work. It doesn’t start pre-loading until at the end of the page when you start to see a blue square moving around, loading the next articles (which takes another 2-4 seconds).
It doesn’t matter which post template we use (that support it), it will not load until we’re at the end of the article.

Hi Simon,
I use a default footer template and in the widgets I do not have the footer-template to switch it!? In the pages I have translated the footer-template in English but when I switch the website to English only the footer does not change?

Cesk
Hello,
Yes I used the Wp Rocket plugin that I used before on another website. I desactivated it and now it’s back to normal, everything seems to be fine.
So I ask you again :
I’m using the template Pagebuilder + Page title for the homepage of my website : “Racelab : Analyses de l’actualité F1”
The result is like this : https://racelab.io/
I would like to customize the Page title. I would like to center the Page title, change the font… But I don’t know how can I achieve this. Can you help me ?
Thanks by advance!
Hello. I am also having this same issue. My Cloud Templates and Post pages (I’ve made a few sample posts to check layout) both save perfectly fine. When I try and create a new Page using the TagDiv composer I can add content, save and then exit. I can see my content in the source code, but if I click back in to edit, everything disappears and I’m starting with a blank page again. I’ve tried creating three separate pages and all result in the same thing.
Hi,
If you are using a cloud template for author you can edit it using tagDiv Composer and change to the loop the limit post number -> https://www.screencast.com/t/XQ9rGHkAm if you are using a default template you need to change the limit post from Settings > Reading -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Kg5DJU1AB
Thank you!
Hi,
If I’m understand correctly you are referring to the breadcrumbs -> https://www.screencast.com/t/PS19rZxju please change the page template to default -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/ or use this custom css
.entry-crumbs {
display: none;
}
Hope this will help you!
Thanks.
Hi,
1. Using 9.7.2 there should be no problem with the lightbox. Only in 9.7.3 there is currently an issue with it. So if you follow the guide there should be no problem
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/
2. The ad box element now support ad codes to be entered in them directly, so there would be no limitation to how many ads you can place in a page or cloud template
– http://prntscr.com/nx0jd9
However as a widget this is not possible, so you will be limited to the 5 custom ads. Adding more would be possible only in the theme files code.
3. Depends on what the problem was initially. However if it’s solved now and working, it should remain like that.
Thanks
Hi,
After a demo is installed with content, you can configure the homepage to display the posts you want. All the grids and blocks have filtering and sorting options
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Currently you have the default wordpress blog page as homepage. You can build/import a homepage with the composer/cloud library plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
The color of the stars when using default post templates can be changed only with CSS
– http://prntscr.com/nx0a2g
In this case enter this code in the theme panel->custom CSS section
– https://pastebin.com/JLfH8PLZ
However using cloud post templates (which can be edited with the tagDiv composer) there will be options to color the stars – http://prntscr.com/nx0aq6
You can find out more about the cloud library template here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Also you can see the templates created by us here – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/All
Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
