Thanks, but the whole thing is setup locally. I just ended up creating a page that I am using as the footer. I will say that everytime i try using the cloud custom footer, I have issues. I was abvle to do a header no problem. With the footer, it never lets me save – it just spins and I lose any changes. When I close and then check it shows a save copy but it says it was not created using tagdiv and it is blank. I have found a work around, but there is definitely something conflicting somewhere. i will reach back out if it pops up again and move it over to a staging site for review.
When i try to preview post before publishing i get this error – Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function format() on bool in /home/setlansb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/state/single/tdb_state_single.php:777
I meet all the requirments, i’m using version 10.3 and i have disabled article schema. I also restarted cloud library, but nothing changed. Can you help me?

I have the latest WordPress and Newspaper 10.2.
I have a blog post set up but when I click to preview it, it does not show any images. The post also cuts off at the share buttons at the bottom. No footer is shown.
It’s some kind of bug. I’ve worked with Newspaper themes for several years and never had this problem.
How to fix?

I deactivated all non-theme plugins but it didn’t help. I also don’t have Elementor installed anymore. Though it was installed when I got this theme. I uninstalled after though. That document you sent, I had reviewed previously but it didn’t relate to my issues. What can I do next? Thank you!

We are getting a big white space from our video to text. We turned off all our plugins and tested but this did not rectify the issues. Also, the youtube feature video does not pull an image in the preview.

The header of my site looks weird when I am logged in and especially in the post preview mode.
I am using Apache with its theme and I have noticed that my instances in AWS are overloaded.
My configuration is with PHP7.3 and I have 256Mb of memory configured, I previously had 512M for php.

Did it multiple times on other pages and everything worked just well.

When I go into preview mode (http://prntscr.com/r3947c), nothing happens on the website. No container at the bottom showing GTM is installed properly: http://prntscr.com/r394pq. Tried cleaning the cache, tried incognito, tried on Mac, tried on PC, not working.
I checked if things are working with Chrome add-on Google Tag Assistant. Nothing: http://prntscr.com/r395gr.

This is perplexing. Since we’ve upgraded to Newspaper 10.x, links to embedded Preview Images from new-theme content in Twitter and Facebook posts won’t load UNLESS the image is also embedded in the content. It’s not just new content, which worked fine previously, but content created before we upgraded. The S3 bucket links are the same, and valid from embedded photos and the preview images. Anyone else have this happen?
Hello, I noticed that when I post something I select the main image that will be shown on the home page for example, at this point it’s ok, but when I open the post the main image shows again, I would like to know if this can be prevented. Show the main image in like home page but when you open the post, it doesn’t appear.
